The options from the Theme Panel are for the standard template, but you have a Pro Prebuilt website and this uses cloud templates, which can be edited with tagDiv Composer ->https://www.screencast.com/t/UeBGkaYuundl, and select the element you want to edit => https://www.screencast.com/t/3vhZ5v4k and change the description.

You can only modify the footer with TagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned and edit that page with TagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. For example, edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. 1. You can drag and drop the whole row at the bottom of the page. Check out this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG.
It seems that the page content has been added in the Gutenberg editor; that’s why you cannot edit it in the tagdiv composer. You should add the content in the tagdiv composer by using the element “text with title” or “column text.”.
2. The page templates can’t be global on each page, and it is not working as a single template, for example. This is because maybe you want to have different elements on the pages of your site. If you need the same design, then you can copy-paste the element on the other open page with the TagDiv Composer. Right-click on the element, then copy and paste it after another element from another page. Right-click on the element, then paste after or before it.
This issue seems to be the same as at point 1: content should be added with the help of the tagdiv Composer elements, deleted from Gutenberg, and also deleted from the row as I described above.
You can have different headers and footers for your pages by selecting the header and footer you want from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/.
Do not edit the header because it will change on every page of your website.
A row can be added with a drag-and-drop after another row, and it should display a green color.
Please note that you can’t customize the other elements other than the ones added with the TagDiv Composer.

You can also import a homepage template from the Cloud Library. All your templates can be found in the cloud templates. Also, you can disable the header and footer from Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/.

Main things to watch out for:
– custom CSS in ‘theme’ panel, might be better in customizer; but expect some stuff will need update due to different ‘selectors’
– probably have to rebuild home page in theme builder (just like going from newsmag 3 to 5)
– probably need to redo sidebars (make sure to copy/backup any custom stuff into external file to redo)
– may have to redo header and footer
– will likely have to choose new defaults, for post template, archive templates
Not too horrible. But staging site recommended.
One thing I am testing out now is “WP-Staging” plugin which is kinda cool for this kind of thing.

I am currently renewing a site created with the NewsPaper theme version 12.6.2, originally built using NewsPaper8 series. The original site was developed using WPBakery, but I am now transitioning to the tagDiv Composer for this renewal.
I am using the default template with a sidebar, but I want to create the homepage (front-page) without using a sidebar. This means that while the template for a standard page (page.php) includes a sidebar, I intend for the homepage not to have one. I have prepared the homepage using the tagDiv Composer. However, after setting this page as the homepage (front-page) and trying to edit it, the following error message appears in the tagDiv Composer editing screen, preventing further editing:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”
The homepage displays correctly without the sidebar, as desired. This error does not occur if the page is not set as the homepage, allowing for re-editing of the page.
This issue arises whether I use a template from the Cloud Library for the homepage or create it as a regular page using tagDiv Composer and then set it as the homepage. Other standard pages, aside from the homepage, are displayed as intended with sidebars.
I suspect the error may be due to the homepage using a different template than the standard page template. How can I resolve this issue? I am not using any original templates except for the header and footer. The homepage design is different from the pages created with WPBakery, so I do not believe this is an issue related to their compatibility.

I’m experiencing an issue while trying to import templates from the cloud. Every time I import a template, it consistently appears in the footer section rather than where I intended. Can you provide guidance on how to import it precisely where I want it?
Yes, this happened to me as well.
There used to be ‘header styles’ and ‘footer templates’ that were built in and accessed in the theme panel. I bought 8 licenses of Newspaper and built all of my sites using these styles and templates, but now that I had had to upgrade to v12.x.x because of a malware infection, I find that they are simply not there and the sites look broken. I do not understand why they didn’t simply re-create the original templates in tagdiv-composer when they got rid of WPBakery builder and build them into the theme panel. Instead, I had to scour their cloud templates for similar looking templates and then customize them with tagdiv-composer.
While in the past everything was set and controlled from the theme panel, now with the latest versions you have to set some settings at theme panel and some from tagdiv-composer itself, making things even more confusing and harder to troubleshoot. Also, tagdiv-composer and WPBakery don’t play well together, so I have to switch the WPBakery plugin off when I need to work with tagdiv-composer, which is often because now it is central to everything. 80% of the content of the websites I work with was created with WPBakery, so its not an option to recreate all the content with tagdiv-composer. I did this for a handful of pages and it was too clunky and time consuming, so I gave up.

Trust me, I have researched and read all the threads about this error on this forum and tried to fix it.
The problem is, that when I go to Cloud Templates > Homepage Templates > Import from Cloud Library, it displays this error:
Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Note that I can still import Header, Footer,…without issue, this error appears only when importing Homepage Templates or Page Templates.

I am continuousely struggling with translation of headers at my site.
My development site is https://finpro.international
I cannot translate the header by sending it to translation queue because the header is base64 encoded https://prnt.sc/ItxR3ZDFz6up. While I was able to solve this for particular fields in other documents by adding them to XML configuration, with header this solution does not work. Because it does not indicate any specific attribute that is encoded. I tried to add manually base64 encoded attributes, but I failed because it started to throw other critical errors.
WPML support proposed to create a translation using WP editor. I could successfully create the translation document by this method. But when I switch the language to English in Cloud Templates section, the header template does not appear.

When I go back to WP Editor I see it as English Translation of Russian.

But from WP Editor I cannot edit it using TagDiv composer, because it is missing!
The supporter of WPML is trying to reproduce the issue with compatibility of WPML and Newspaper theme. And she is asking for your involvement, whether you can assist her to install and reproduce the issue in their sandbox. She asked me to recreate the issue, but I have no free license to be used in their sandbox. So she asked for your involvement. You can see the thread here:

I have an old version and the theme has not been updated since 2019, when I proceed with the update all get messed up.
-Is there a way we can use the same header and footer in the updated theme? These seem to be the parts harder to replicate.
For example, how to replicate the “Header style” and “Footer Templates” in the latest theme version?
– Also there are some blocks not available in the tag div composer plugin’s latest version. We were using those blocks in our Homepage.

You don’t have there a footer template; you can check in the trash. Maybe you delete it.
Also, if you use WPML, then maybe you don’t have a footer template for that language, which is why is not displayed in the cloud section.
You should have for each language cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/4agmUtg.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/.
A much simpler and faster alternative is to duplicate the cloud template you want to use in another language, edit it and select the desired language – https://i.imgur.com/z1CqgBo.png (edit the name) – https://i.imgur.com/dPX8ROs.png – https://i.imgur.com/Lc81IgP.png This method needs to be used to translate all cloud templates.

I’ve got a custom footer – Gossip Pro (it was modified by me before last year)
Right now I want to modify my footer, but I can’t reach via Cloud Templates.
There is no edit option for this footer.
Sorry for the stupid question, but could you explain step-by-step instruction how to reach edited before Template?

I have successfully imported some of the cloud page templates, headers, mobile headers and footers from TAGDIV website. They are very useful and easy to use.
However, I have a question about how to create unique pages with different cloud templates. My goal is to have each page on my website look distinct and match the content.
For example, I want to use a different cloud template for the “About Us” page than the one I use for the “Home” page. Similarly, I want to have different category page templates for different topics, such as “Politics”, “Entertainment”, “Sports”, etc. Or even the post templates to look different depending upon the type that is the category type of posts..
Is there a way to do this with your cloud templates? How can I mix and match different elements from different templates to create my own custom pages?
I appreciate your help and guidance on this matter. I hope I have explained my situation clearly.
