I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, without any untested plugins and check the results.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.6) and Social Counter 4.1, otherwise, please try to update them only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. In this case, my advice is to make a full backup at your database to be safe, and then, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP with the latest version of the theme and also, with the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. I have inspected your console and source page and I saw that you have some warnings and errors in it which can cause these issues. Also, I notice that you do not use the latest version of Newspaper which is 7.6 (you have 7.4 version).

If you still cannot install it, though, install it manually via FTP. Oddly when WordPress installed via server panel there can be some odd permission stuff and it sometimes can be a headache.

The code you mention is not added in the theme panel. That is a screenshot from our linkedin tutorial. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-linkedin-sharing-button-2/
You will need to edit the theme files, there is no apnel to edit the core files of the theme. you will need to use ftp to edit the files.
