I have read the instructions and added some code to my htaccess but nothing.
I ftp’d the theme again, but now it has a problem with the plugins.

Hello,
I use the Zodiac pro demo and have uploaded the Adobe typekit font Brandon Grotesque (see staging site here http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/). I used the Manager to change the font settings for most text to Brandon Grotesque and Baskerville. It looks great on Google Chrome. However, I notice when I load my site in Safari, the Brandon Grotesque and Baskerville fonts do not display. Instead, it looks like all fonts display as Times New Roman. Please advise.
I have the Zodiac Pro demo installed (http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/) and am trying to customize some options using the Theme Panel, however they are not displaying when I refresh my site (I am clearing the cache). For example, I want to change some Post Settings in the theme panel. I have clicked to hide category tags, page views, and author name and clicked save. When I refresh my post, all of these are still displaying (see test post here for example http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/blog/test/). I am also having this issue trying to change theme fonts.

I have updated the theme font section of the Theme Panel (I want to use Baskerville for post text and the Adobe font Brandon Grotesque for headers), thinking this would override the font settings of the Zodiac Pro demo I have installed. However, I see the Zodiac default fonts are still displaying (see my staging site http://p7d.d80.myftpupload.com/ and test post). Am I missing a step? Also, is there a contact email for tech support?

Hi thejerseytour, normally the above message suggest that you already have a directory with the name of that plugin, if you still want to install it again, you need to delete the plugin, normal this can be done from plugins > https://i.imgur.com/L7i9F7C.png or via FTP.

1. Now I can not say that it will work or not, I do not know this, because when Newsmag v4.6 was released I do not know if it was php 7.2. Most of the time, you can use an old version with a new php version, but if that php version has some changes in structure
2. Yes, if you set some custom code in theme files, this will be lost when you’ll make the theme update, but in most cases these changes can be se in a child theme. Also the settings from theme panel are set in database and these should be saved during the theme update.
3. You can use any of these methods, but in this case the best way is to use the method B (Update the theme via FTP).
4. Normal yes, it can appear some problems if you update an old theme to the last version, for this I recommend to make first the update on sub-domain, staging or localhost and only after you see that there are no problems to update the live website.

I just upgraded from Newspaper theme 9 to 10. I am currently working in a staging site so I can get the format to mimic my original size. However, I am having a number of issues.
1) I cannot get the button format to change. The buttons in Newspaper 10 are unusable
2) The height of the header and the resulting alignment of the picture within the header will not adjust
3) I cannot get the red title line to appear
I have checked and I am using the same demo theme for both. However, the formatting options appear to be vastly different. I have tried to manually adjust the CSS, but that won’t work either.

Usually allowed memory size is when the wp memory limit is to low, make sure that you have set the theme requirements as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also because you have some many tags is possible to need at list double of wp memory limit.

#2 I solved my # 2 problem myself. By searching like this, in Function.php, originating from your theme <? and <?php was caused by code scripts like php creating gaps. I deleted these blanks. Then I did save. When I refreshed the page, it got better, sir. So my sitemap_index.xml page is active.
#3 For our problem number 3; Yes. After transferring the files with FTP, I updated the Theme manually for the second time. But again Warning: Undefined directory: /home/teknobi6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_instagram_access_tk.php line there was an “expires_in_ts” problem sir.
#4 I solved my problem number 4 myself. I added inline text sir.

Hi BrookelinePublishingHouseInc-online, to fix this problem you’ll need to update the theme to last version and this time you’ll need to do it manually, but first please make a full backup to your website and database, and only after that update the theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ please use method B ( Update the theme via FTP) after the theme is update, make sure that you update the theme plugins too and check to see if there are still some problems with tagDiv Composer.
Also the above steps with deleting tagDiv Composer and reinstall it is working only if you already have the last theme version, v4.9.5 only this version is compatible with WordPress v5.5 and v5.5.1

Hi indkg1286s, is possible when the theme and theme plugin were installed to be some files that were not installed correctly, to make sure that this is not the case, please delete the theme and theme plugins and install it manually (via cPanel/FTP) using option B from our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ after that update the theme plugins and activate them.

I’m volker from germany and I need your help. I use your software newspaper for a long time. I use it with the combination with the plugin from imagely for the e-commerce for pictures. After seven month, I upload new pictures and see the following problem:
