Hello,
I have a problem with the header logo in mobile mode.
I have saved the setting in the header section but I have this result:
http://it.tinypic.com/r/16c9rb8/8
I see the logo BELOW the menu bar and not over:
how can I fix?
Thanks
Ok, thanks.
I think the problem is not the plugin itself, but the big css in the header.
Hi!
And thank you for your help!

Hi,
I also tested this with this div and should not have a white space. What header style do you use?
<div class="td-visible-desktop">
<img src="http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/rec728.jpg">
</div>
Please provide a link, so we can take a look.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please try to use small font size for top menu items: http://screencast.com/t/z6td1ZGYeY4 and reduce margin, padding with this css:
.top-header-menu li a{
margin: 0px 0px 0px 3px;
}
.top-header-menu .td-icon-menu-down{
padding-right: 3px;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu .td_data_time{
margin-left: 10px;
}
Thanks!
Hi,
Header style 3 comes with an ad bellow the menu and above the content. But that’s the header ad, if you want to add a custom one you have to edit the template files.
In your case try to add it inside single.php like this: – http://screencast.com/t/7cX1Dh7b9
echo td_page_generator::wrap_start();
echo td_global_blocks::get_instance('td_ad_box')->render(array('spot_id' => 'custom_ad_1'));
echo td_page_generator::wrap_end();
Thank you, Emil G.

Hi,
I have checked your site and found that you use a logo image on header style 10(blog style). If you want to use that header style you have to use text logo: http://screencast.com/t/HJzEbpbvDU
On header styles with full size logo you should have a bigger logo also if you use a big image for this.
Thanks!
Hey Guys , I am using the default post template (single.php).
I’d like to have a Google Responsive ad ( I am using Custom Ad 1 for it) Below the header but above the content , and by content I mean both the post (loopsingle) and the side bar..
I tried playing with the single.php but failed , can you please guide/ tell me where I need to make the change to get a centred Ad above the (post + sidebar) …
As a suggestion , you could potentially have that as a header style ..
Cheers
Hi,
The code that you find it is correct and it should change, please try to use !important: http://screencast.com/t/CKfLooePVbH
.header-logo-wrap .td-logo-text{
font-family: Ubuntu;
font-size: 60px !important;
color: red;
}
.header-logo-wrap .td-tagline-text{
font-family: Ubuntu;
font-size: 20px;
color: blue;
line-height: 41px;
}
Thanks!
Hi
We’ve installed the theme on http://www.greatdaysoutwithdad.com and its pretty good so far. Though we have just started to have problem with the header block, it should have 5 articles but these have now spilled onto two levels on a pc screen with a white block on the right.
Its also meant that the blocks below also now are on just one per line, with a white block next to them.
Any ideas how to get it back to how it should be?
Thanks
Hello, I’ve added an image as ad in theme panel->ads->tour header ad:
<div class="td-visible-desktop"><img src=\"https://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/image.png\" />
</div>
In this topic I’ve added two “\” in the code because otherwise it shows an image, in my theme panel it’s ok.
I want to hide the image and all the top header ad space on mobile/tablet. With the current code, it doesn’t show the image but it leaves and empty transparent space on the top of the page.
Okay got it. The top menu background color is black and the font is white for header style 8. How do I change the font to black and background to white?
Thank you so much! I changed the entire homepage to make it more of a magazine style homepage, I never realised I could customize the homepage like this! Still a lot to do but I’m getting the hang of it! Just one more question: would it be possible to make the logo at the top bigger so it stands out a bit more? In all header styles it seems to stay quite small..
Many thanks in advance for your help!!
Manon
The white line is fixed. Thanks a lot
About the header style,
I change it again to default to recognise the difference. Here is the default ( http://screencast.com/t/enQhZgjf7vH ) and style 3 ( http://screencast.com/t/cR7aVtYQDc )on ipad.
As you can see its not the same, the first is smaller but has the same resolution
I want style 3 to be 300×100(Natural 600×200).
thanks a lot
I tried using a .png pic for my logo, but I was unhappy with the fact it kept getting blurry in Firefox. So I tried using the Site Title (text logo version), and it seems to handle resolution changes better (that is, it doesn’t get blurry when zooming in like my logo picture).
The problem is, I can’t figure out how to change the Site Title font. I used “inspect elements” in Chrome, and found this css code for the site title:
.header-logo-wrap .td-logo-text {
display: block;
font-family: ‘Roboto Condensed’, sans-serif;
font-size: 40px;
}
But when I put that into the Custom CSS window and change it, f.ex. I tried changing the font size to 60px, there is no change at all (I’m hitting f5 in the browser, and the size doesn’t change). What am I doing wrong?
Also, I might ad that all of my other ads (header, sidebar, article top, article inline, article bottom, etc.) work just fine using the same javascript code I am attempting to use for the custom ads.
Philip
Thank you for the very fast response. The front page code worked wonderfully.
The page code left a lot of white space under the featured image and before the post body: http://i61.tinypic.com/9r7r49.jpg
.single .template6-header { top: 500px; } .single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap, .page.single_template_6 .td-header-wrap { height: 500px!important; } .single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .backstretch{ height: 500px!important; } .single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .td-backstretch{ height: 500px!important; } .single #td-full-screen-header-image{ min-height: 500px; } .single_template_6 .td-header-wrap { height: 500px; }
Hi,
Please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css for homepage post block: http://screencast.com/t/5OjyBw3n7cQP
.page .template6-header {
top: 900px;
}
.page .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap, .page.single_template_6 .td-header-wrap {
height: 1000px !important;
}
.page .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .backstretch{
height: 1000px!important;
}
.page .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .td-backstretch{
height: 1000px!important;
}
.page #td-full-screen-header-image{
min-height: 1000px;
}
Also for post template 6:
.single .template6-header {
top: 900px;
}
.single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap, .page.single_template_6 .td-header-wrap {
height: 1000px !important;
}
.single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .backstretch{
height: 1000px!important;
}
.single .td-full-screen-header-image-wrap .td-backstretch{
height: 1000px!important;
}
.single #td-full-screen-header-image{
min-height: 1000px;
}
.single_template_6 .td-header-wrap {
height: 1000px;
}
Hope this helps!
Hi,
I have no custom style!
I load the defualt configuration with css theme in the head section. (a 400kb css)
Google pagespeed tool says that page loading is blocked until the css is completly loaded and mark this a red problem.
If i put the css at the bottom of the page with tagdiv page booster plugin, the page render without css (no style, not only text) and remain ugly until css is loaded. When I say that page flicks, I mean it remain without css for 0,5 sec…
Can I fix it anyway or I have to maintain a smaller css in the header?
Hi,
1. You have this on mobile screen: http://screencast.com/t/UfJ9Y6qX48
The code from above that you tested is for mobile logo: http://screencast.com/t/8p7ptjkC
I’m not sure what are you trying to do with search icon…if you want to move search icon yo have to use also Marius css code: http://screencast.com/t/LmmlgSGpW
@media (max-width: 767px) {
#td-top-search {
position: absolute!important;
right: 13px!important;
top: 0px!important;
}
.header-search-wrap .dropdown-menu:before {
left: auto!important;
right: 31px!important;
}
.header-search-wrap .dropdown-menu {
right: -14px!important;
left: auto!important;
top: 49px!important;
width: 320px!important;
}
.mobile-logo-wrap img {
width: 170px;
position: absolute;
left: 0;
top: -3px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}
}
2. This can be done only with css as theme doesn’t have an option for this. You can use @media for landscape – http://stephen.io/mediaqueries/#iPhone and add your css for post images.
Thanks!
Hi,
I see your now using header style 3 so I’ve checked your site on iPad and found that the right logo is used there: http://screencast.com/t/cR7aVtYQDc ..and it also looks fine so please let me know if you have another issue related to this.
For the white line please add !important to the custom css from my previous post or just remove it and paste the one from below:
.block-title {
line-height: 30px !important;
}
Should solve it on Firefox: http://screencast.com/t/iZqs4tCVOLk and chrome also: http://screencast.com/t/t294eifp
Thanks
hi
I have already upload retina logo(600×200)and header 3 doesnt work. (but it works on default header)
ckeck it plz
thx
Hi,
If you want full menu please use header style 8: http://screencast.com/t/HUU9eY9qd0
Result: http://screencast.com/t/zACcjiaPwijf
Also if you don’t want top menu you can disable it from here: http://screencast.com/t/crIqFNZNYb
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site, but looks fine. Did you solve the issue?
I see that you use blog style – http://screencast.com/t/lXrAFlN1Ci so if you want to change header style to blog from Theme Panel > Header: http://screencast.com/t/zLILsxIco and also you can change module to display blog articles: http://screencast.com/t/tEwleqcg
Please also use this css if you want to use footer background color white: http://screencast.com/t/0YxuTYdnW
.td-footer-container .td_popular_categories ul a{
color: #222222;
}
.td-footer-container .td_block_wrap .td_block_inner .entry-title.td-module-title a{
color: #222222;
}
.footer-social-wrap i {
color: black;
}
.td-footer-container .td-icon-mail-1:hover{
background-color: red !important;
}
