Hello — I have added the Max Mega Menu plugin in hopes of adding some functionality to our menu beyond the TagDiv category options. However, I’m having some trouble integrating the new menu with our cloud template headers.
According to the Max Mega Menu documentation, I tried adding the menu shortcode via a Raw HTML block. The shortcode will not render. The “Header Main Menu” block does not seem to recognize any of the Max Mega Menu settings.
I think everything is configured correctly on the plugin end — am I missing a step?

I moved the site to another hosting and then Opt-In Builder Subscriptions settings were corrupted – login-register on header login, subscription plans section and my account settings were also corrupted
1- previously my account page – /my-account/ was now /my-account-week_pro/
2- previously header login page – login-register/ was now /tds-login-register-2/
3- previously subscription plans section choose plan button login-register/ was now /tds-login-register-2
how can I restore these and
4- now when trying to register or login it gives this error Invalid Pass Pattern!
Thank you
Hi samhenes, if you have Newsmag version 5.4.3.3 then the theme banners from dashbord are already removed, but the button from the system status was forgotten and not removed, it gives that error because that ajax function no longer exists.
Now if you are referring on theme ads from frontend website those are set using the theme panel ads options – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-ads/ – https://i.imgur.com/6xs0F9v.png
Thank you!
I went into the Theme panel to delete all the demo ad code. That didnt kill the header ad.
I went onto the ThemeForest Comments, saw the option for TagDiv advertisement found in System Status. When I toggled it, then left that page to any other one, the ad wouldnt go away. I’d go back to System Status and it would be toggled on. I checked the Chrome Developer Console, and it throws an error.
Here’s a Gif of the issue! https://makeagif.com/gif/newsmagtagdivad-kt5nhK
Hi.
Thank you for your response. But I have already tried all that you’ve mentioned above. I used to write CSS in the additional CSS section in order to make some changes to the Contact Forms and header section, but recently I decided to make changes and deleted all the CSS that I wrote. Despite I deleted them I didn’t see any changes, I mean those parts where changes made by CSS did not get to the previous version. I checked whether the additional CSS section has the problems, but not, it works with other codes. So, it seems the changes that I made using CSS remained even after I deleted the CSS codes. Could you please check it?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
First please make sure that you use the last theme version 12.7.1 and last WordPress version, after that please do a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problems with “When we try to upload a post we get the following error:” is still persisting, is possible to be a plugin conflict.
The “Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Tra …” is just a notice, this will note affect the website for logged users or visitators.
When you see shortcodes like this [tdb_header_weather icon_color=”#ffffff” …] it is because one of the theme plugins taht provides that shortcode is disable and you need to install/enabled the tagdiv plugins (can be tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library …)
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide some more details? Do you refer that the search width is to small? If so and you are using a cloud header you can adjust it from here – https://i.imgur.com/C24NAva.png
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to use a single post template this can be edited using tgaDiv Composer and you can use the element “Single post Table of contents” and this will list all headers from your articles – https://i.imgur.com/cJ0Ah3k.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Maye this will help you: https://medium.com/@dtkatz/3-ways-to-fix-the-cors-error-and-how-access-control-allow-origin-works-d97d55946d9
Also, you can try some WordPress Plugin (Easy for Non-Coders). Use a plugin like:
– HTTP Headers
– Security Headers
– WPCode (Insert Headers & Footers)
Thank you!
Specifically, I was able to target td-login-modal-wrap, and .mfp-container, and elements within #td-login-div like td-login-form-div, .td-login-button, etc to style the popup generated on desktop when that Header login element is clicked.
What I couldn’t find through any means I used, was what containers and elements were called when generating the mobile version.
Hello. I’m sorry, your response doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I am using a hamburger menu for the categories list, yes. For the log in menu, I am using the “Header login” element. I know the pop up is mobile – I was able to style the desktop version, but what I can’t discern is how and where to style the mobile version of the popup.
Hi,
That popup is from mobile menu, but I see that no you no longer use the mobile menu and you are using a the header categories list and for login the same header login as on desktop.
Hi Ari,
1. You need to use tagDiv Composer edit the homepage and select the logo from header, then select the svg tab and remove the code from there – https://i.imgur.com/zkR1mV6.png this operation is need to be done on all header logos you are using (header, footer, sticky header, mobile header) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
2. From blocks it can be removed globally using the theme panel settings from Theme panel > blocks settings > meta info on modules/blocks – https://i.imgur.com/daSq2MT.png and for removing it from articles use tagdiv Composer to edit the single post template, and use the right click on element you want to delete – https://i.imgur.com/rl6q5O2.png – https://i.imgur.com/GTJmGPV.png
3. Unfortunately the element for the location is not working like that to display for each user the location where he/she is accessing the website, sorry!
Thank you!
Hi,
For an old header (that is using a standard template) you can remove the popup login from the theme panel > header > sign in / join -> https://i.imgur.com/9I27kUV.png for a cloud header, use tgaDiv Composer to edit the header and use the right click on the popup element to delete it – https://i.imgur.com/DwkwrEd.png
Thank you!
Hi TagDiv Team,
We are experiencing a serious issue on our website (https://nowinsa.co.za).
When we try to upload a post we get the following error:
“The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

Issue:
We’re getting the following error notice when debug mode is enabled:
Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the td-cloud-library domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 6121
This warning seems to break frontend shortcodes and prevent post uploads from working correctly. For example, instead of rendering, we see raw shortcodes like:
[tdb_header_weather icon_color=”#ffffff” …]
What we’ve tried:
-Enabled debug mode via wp-config.php to identify the issue
-Confirmed the warning disappears if we hide debug output (WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY set to false)
-Verified that the problem comes from td-cloud-library or the Composer plugin, as switching themes or disabling TagDiv plugins resolves it
-We treid to backdate both WordPress and theme Theme, and nothing seems to work.
I looked at the header through Chrome developer tools.

I’m replying to your question rather than posting a new one, as I think it might be helpful.
thank you
Current implementation can be at test site here. The element is part of a four-column menu embedded in the page, not the actual header: https://dirgemagazine.com/
I was able to target the desktop modal for styling through CSS after inspecting the elements of the popup. I was not able to do this with the mobile version.
I tried using the Moda Pop-up element, but I found it confusing in this context and couldn’t corrolate it to this modal.
I activated the Mobile Theme early on and it enacted some unsavory effects (such as setting all post types to mobile), which persisted even after deactivation. I had to fix that by executing a code snippet. I can’t tell if this mobile header login modal was imposed by the Mobile Theme.
I set the colors and fonts while Mobile Theme was activated, and it had no effect. I deactivated mobile theme again, and there was still no change.
I either need to know the specific classes that inform this mobile modal, or I need to know where I can go to actually style it. Nothing I have tried has seemed to affect it whatsoever.
Of secondary concern, the mobile version of the modal includes an arrow that, when clicked, invites me to use the menu creator, which I do not understand at all in this context, and does not seem intentional.

Thank you.
Hi there,
Three quick questions I was hoping you could help solve
1. How dt stop the text logo appearing in the header and footer and only show the image logo?
2. Remove Author Meta data on post pages
3. Set the temperature element to display the temperature of the location of the user
Thanks
Ari
Hi,
Unfortunately this can be done only on cloud headers, if you are using a standard header there is no option to re-arrange the socials. If you are using a cloud header, then use tagDiv Composer to edit it and select the social element then add the order of theme in this place https://i.imgur.com/sr5Y9a3.png
Thank you!
I’m using Header Template – Magazine PRO
Above the header there is space and I can’t figure out how to remove it…
When I hover over the white space it looks like something is available in there that’s causing the issue
But when I go to edit mode that space disappears and it looks like I can nowhere edit / remove it.
Can you tell me how to edit/remove that space?
Thanks, Stefan
Hi there, I have created a header with logo, menu items and a button, but the button does not show up on the mobile and I cannot figure out how to make it work. Any help appreciated! Thank you!
As I mentioned earlier, these are not auto ads, even though the inspect tool shows them as auto ads. These two ads never used to appear in both of these places before — they only started showing after changing that page setting.
These two ads are not appearing in AdSense at all, so how can I exclude them? Check: https://share.zight.com/nOur2D5Z
These are showing up here because of the theme. After changing the theme, these ads no longer appear in those two locations.
What are these extra spaces between header (https://share.zight.com/rRuKAl8o) and footer (https://share.zight.com/JruYZLdy) and how can i remove them?
And how can I revert the changes I made and restore everything to how it was before?
Hi,
Did you installed anew pre-built website? If so, most of theme are editable with tagDiv Composer directly on frontend, the same is the header and footer.
Foer the social share should be display after a pre-build website is installed, but in case you do not want to install one, please contact us via email at contac@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access to the website. Include the link of this topic to identify the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
Everything was going fine so far. Then I opened one page, went into “Edit with Composer,” and added an ad code under the header — and later removed it. I think I accidentally deleted something else too, because ever since then, extra ads are showing in the header and footer on the pages, category, and author pages — ads for which I haven’t placed any ad code anywhere.
Also, these are not showing because of AdSense Auto Ads. They’re only appearing due to some changes I made in the design of that page.
Check live pages:
https://techunpaid.com/privacy-policy/
https://techunpaid.com/category/instagram/
The 2 ads showing above and below (in the header and footer) — I haven’t placed them, nor are they from Auto Ads. There’s something wrong in the theme settings somewhere.
And what page template should I select here in Cloud Template:
https://share.zight.com/wbudq0kb
Only these options are showing in my theme:
https://share.zight.com/7KulN0R7
And if a wrong option is selected by mistake, how can I rollback or recover it?
I want to restore the pages section back to how it was earlier so that these 2 extra ads don’t show up.
These options are currently appearing when editing any page in Composer:
https://share.zight.com/BluePZ1L
What are these extra spaces between header (https://share.zight.com/rRuKAl8o) and footer (https://share.zight.com/JruYZLdy) and how can i remove them?
Help me to remove the extra header and footer ads. I want it to be like it was before.
Hi,
Some of the options in the theme panel are not visible. Header Style and Top Bar are not visible. In social /apis, the social media icons etc are not visible. please advice.
