To bad i am getting a robotic reply, I do not have PLUGINS. I have a freshly installed theme from you guys. I do not have SEO Yoast, I do not have WP Super cache running.
And it is my homepage I am getting it with, I do not even have other pages added or what so ever. Soon I want to adjust the homepage to my stuff, it keeps giving that error. I
And how can I edit a page with another pagebuilder if your theme is the only one I have on it????
I have read through the forum and all you guys do is give the same robotic reply to this error, I thought I would get actual help here….. and worst part is, I have to wait again till next morning, cause support is offline again…. Get some evening dudes, cause yes people are in dif timezones, and not everybody has the time to wait 24 hours every single time they leave a question
Chris I honestly have no idea what you mean with those settings, I am a total noob when it comes to wordpress.
Something i cannot stand, it is support that does not even bother to read.
Please give me an answer I can actually do something with? Cause I am stuck on my theme now, do I have to do a clean install again or what is the next step.

I have checked WP Super Cache settings and it is all fine. We have had this theme for a couple months now and never had trouble editing homepage. It was after we made some edits (inserted RAW HTML tags). There was nothing else that was changed in regards to plugins before it stopped working. Can you please take a deeper look?

1) I created all my pages on the site but the articles on the pages are not showing, how do i resolved that.
2.)How to move this ( “LSTEST ARTICLES” on the homepages to my desired position) I want to move it to where “DON’T MISS” is but i can’t access it.
3) How do i make all the articles shows on a specific caption in the homepage (eg HOT NEWS, MOST POPULAR, HEALTH & FITNESS, BUSINESS) only article on each of the specific heading should show instead of random post

Sorry but the homepage post will need the background visible so there cannot be a full width layout with a background. A background immediately means the site will go into boxed mode.

When we activate the theme we bought from you, we redirect to other virus sites from the site’s homepage. When we activate a different theme, this problem is getting out of hand.

just reinstalled my entire wordpress to a fresh clean install again 3th time (10 min ago), re installed the entire theme, got no plugins nothing, just the fresh black install from newspaper theme. Working on my theme and bam i am getting that error again Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! while working on my homepage. Getting really frustrated with this, especially cause support is only active from 8 to 17:00 (yes i am aware of timezones) stuck now till tomorrow…. I hope you guys can help me out, cause the fun is slowly getting killed by this lame error

Hi there, I would like to use the Homepage Post but would prefer if it did not make my homepage appear as a ‘boxed’ layout. So I would like the large header image, but want the rest of the page to be full width so that there is no image background on the left and right. Is there any way to achieve this?

Regarding that white color, I believe that maybe you set a white general color as theme accent color. Try changing it or reset it to default

The same thing is happening for the email address in the footer. I will inherit the accent color. If it is white on a white background that is the result.
The shadow and borders are particular to the magazine demo. They could be removed with custom code or by editing the demo stylesheet

This is a code that will remove the shadow as well as top and bottom borders, if that is what you want (enter the code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section)

Facebook comments are not added there by the theme. If you use a plugin, try to configure it so it does not display on the homepage, if possible. At the moment they are not present on the homepage

Usually plugins cause this kind of problems. I suggest you try as a test to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, and clear the cache. Then create a test post, set a featured video to it and check if it displays the proper image on the homepage.
I don’t know what to say about that caching plugin, we have not had many reports about it either way. The recommended aching plugin is the WP Super Cache

It could be the one that is causing this, deactivate it as well and see if everything is working right. The featured image that is created from the video should be the one used on pages, not a different tone form the library.

If you are referring to the post with pagination style and if you want to achieve a similar pagination you will need lots of customizations in theme’s core files and I can’t provide a quick solution now. You can use this example to customize the pagination on posts by adding this parameter: ‘next_or_number’ => ‘next’, here: http://screencast.com/t/hkqJljKyxr3 (remove this code if you want: http://screencast.com/t/87kGUcin5YQN – result: http://screencast.com/t/8THEIGR5) If you do not remove of this, will have this pagination -> Previous page 1,2,3,4,5 Next page.

Just upgraded from Newspaper 4 to 8 at http://www.automotivereport.net. Not only does the home page layout no longer look the same as under 4 (I’ve tried different style settings), but all the content is missing — no logo in the header, no stories on the page, no sidebar, just some of our categories and some code (unlike secondary pages, which look different but do load the old content). We may use a different style for the site, including the home page, but how do I get the home-pag content to load? Also, and far worse, I can no longer access the WP dashboard to make any changes. Text message warnings load above the login area, and when I log in, all I get is a text list of warnings, no WP dashboard. Please help.

Using the mobile theme removes all of the custom content on the homepage. Is there anyway to have a mobile menu and retain my homepage content?
I’ve been editing my site the tagdiv composer but suddenly it has stopped working. The last thing I did was ad some ads to my sidebar. I have not installed any new plugins or anything.
Once I saw this error: Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! but when i go to tagdiv composer, the loading animation just appears.

Some of my anchor images became plain text images, I dont know why is this happening.
‘Noticias legales’ used to be an embedded image with an anchor url, but now its just text.
On the homepage, the ‘Follow us’ youtube bar is not working when showing account subscriptors, its showing 0 everytime.
And ‘Más populares esta semana’, which means ‘Most populars this week’ is not working even if I enabled ‘AJAX POST VIEW COUNT’

Good evening! My homepage has some anchor links (http://kairos.santoantoniomacae.com.br/) that work perfectly on desktops, but in responsive mode for mobile the links do don’t work. Clicking on any menu with anchor simply does not happen, nor does it close the screen. In the menu using the link for example: “#fale-conosco” instead of “http://kairos.santoantoniomacae.com.br/#fale-conosco”, because in the latter way the page gives a refresh instead of just Go to the anchor. Can you help me solve this problem urgently, please?
Hello there , I Have a problem of not able to send a email from my website imhnews.com.I did checked with my server management and they suggest me that my email option from the server is absolutely operational and active .
At the footer section I have introduced my mail address for contact us section newspress@imhnews.com.It dosen’t work at all now though it was working at my initial stage .Suddenly it has stopped working .Now I found something very strange ,which is I have set up a contact form on my homepage first block and whenever I sent an email via this form it was stored in feedback panel .I have no idea where I made a mistake while I set up the theme .
Please, your description for that matter really means a lot to me .

Possible to do this same design in Newspaper? Doesn’t look like in composer we can play with that section. Would editing be the only possible way?
I can’t use, for example, visual composer to set my homepage. Last time i’ll guess it
Try this method:
Step 1 – Install both the Visual Composer and tagDiv Composer plugins.
Step 2 – The page has to be recreated using the new page builder. You will have to build a new page and edit it with the tagDiv Composer replicating your original page (made with Visual Composer).
Step 3 – Save the page. Replace your homepage with the newly created one. You can always revert to the original page if you encounter any problems.
Step 4 – Disable visual composer as it is not recommended to keep both plugins active.
Important Note: Do not use both page builders on the same page!
Dear TagDiv Team
After having updated the Newspaper Theme to the version 8.1, suddendly a huge text area appears on the bottom of my starting page just above the footer area. The content which is shown, is from an event article I once wrote but has never been put on the starting page (http://radiouahid.fm). What is causing this problem?
