hello

yesterday my site was working perfectly and then wordpress automatically updated and now my site isn’t being responsive. when i enter my site into the url, the homepage comes up and it loads properly and i can scroll up and down on the page but i can’t actually click on any of the content. when i try clicking on a topic on any of my menus nothing happens and it isn’t responsive. the same thing happens for articles. site is http://www.bachelorhour.com .. how can i resolve this issue and get my site back running properly? thanks

I installed on of the demos and got a trouble – social counter appears at the homepage but i cant change facebook app key etc. like in the documentation tutorial. Because there is no tagDiv Social Counter in widgets and in visual composer. I can only change [td_block_social_counter custom_title=”Будь с нами” facebook=”22222/
when editing “News” page. But there is no opportunity to enter App ID

I am starting to use your fantastic template and here below you will find few questions:
1) Is it possible to set the sidebar only for the homepage and avoid it in the rest of site pages?
2) Is it possible to deactivate the header banner ad and the other ads?

I didn’t see any option on the theme panel regarding change the post button color(read more), is there anyway to customize the post buton color on homepage? I use the default “World News” preset with default layout unchanged.

Hi,
I am encountering an issue with Homepage latest article preview problem; the content excerpt length is acceptably long which too long to display the whole article. I have adhered a screenshot for the detail of the problem https://www.screencast.com/t/IZ9oPWPxqpA ,as you can see it seems like the content length is unadjustable with the Chinese character, while the English do not reappear these problems.

I have tried to change or add a new module according to API documentation with the ‘excerpt_content’ parameter in “td_config.php” to whatever value is, but it does not make any changes to the content of Chinese. I have also attached the code screenshot here https://www.screencast.com/t/wk52Xbu5m

Is there anyway to solve this problem? appreciate you answer.

I thought I liked this theme but there seems to be two very simple things, that cannot be done with your theme. Please prove me wrong.

#1. I want to be able to have each post teaser on the left hand side and i want my side bar on the right hand side. Simple enough right? But I DO NOT WANT ANY WHITE SPACE AT THE TOP. See for example http://makingmoneyshow.com/homepage-dean/
(every page I have ever created there is this issue with either the left side or ride side of the them not going to the very top. there is always empty space either on the left side, or the right side, or both.

Another example of wasted white space above the side bar on the side bar side, http://makingmoneyshow.com

#2. So when I name a page, for example this same url example page is I’ve named it “Home Page” within admin. (http://makingmoneyshow.com/homepage-dean/)
You see it is showing “Home Page” if you look at the top of that page. Why would I want someone to see the name of the page on my website? lol and to make matters worse it creates a the white space below my header menu that pushes all the teaser posts down creating wasted white space.

**Please just tell me how to take care of these issues please!!! Last time I created a ticket, the response to the ticket did not help me at all. Please respond with instructions of how to do this, please show from screenshots you provide from the backend. If you can’t solve this I will have to ask for a refund, thanks.

The logo on my website http://www.nativecurrents.com disappeared from the main menu on the homepage only; however it still shows on all the other pages. I have tried to bring it back on the homepage but I’m unable to. Is there any reason why this would be happening?

My newspaper theme being used at http://tayaree.com/ is not showing excerpts of articles at homepage. how to fix this problem?

Since this moring I realize that my homepage is broke (http://www.awayfromlife.com). The sidebar doesn’t work and it seems that the post block looks faulty. Also the category pages with the infinite load are also faulty – sidebar broke and faulty post blocks (http://www.awayfromlife.com/news). The posts seems to be okay. Other normal pages withouth post blocks also seems to be okay (like http://www.awayfromlife.com/info/kontakt/).

What could be the problem?

Hi… so I bought the TagDiv Newspaper Theme some months ago… Today I noticed a very strange text on my homepage. And when I click in WordPress dashboard and go to “Pages”, the homepage page is gone. There are no pages listed under “Pages”.

I don’t know what happened. Is this some kind of code error, do I need to update my theme, or did somebody hacked my page? I haven’t published the page or given anybody access… so this is weird.

I googled and noticed that some other websites are affected by this, too.
Can somebody help me out?

i am using post grid on my homepage. It is visible in Preview mode but can’t see it on live.

I use W3 Total Cache too,it is not even working after deactivating Cache plugin.

My site is videosupporters.com and it has a lot of embeded videos, so I installed the plugin ” WP YouTube Lyte” to “lazy load” of videos (note: I don´t have installed the mobile theme of Newspaper because it makes that a important part of my site doesn´t appear in the mobile devices, and besides the responsive Newspaper works fine).

After installing that plugin, the speed of the site at desktops improved significantly.

However, it didn´t happen nothing in the mobile devices, in spite of having added the code that the plugin advices:

The developer of the plugin can´t find the origin of the problem, although recognizing that the videos (on the homepage) are not “lyte”.

I just don´t know how to solve this problem, so I ask you if you have any idea of what is going on (I admit that it can be related to the theme).
