I need some small changes. Could you help me?
1. Website uses style 9 header and I need a bigger logo on desktop only (max height 54px instead of 44px). Mobile version should be the same.
I tried this by changing this:

This will apply to every page where you use modules.

This will apply to every post sidebar.
To move the title below image you need to edit the each module file and move this line of code:

The last post was wrong as I was not testing it correctly.
I am afraid you were wrong. Yes, you can set the page to “homepage – with articles list” to limit the posts to one category, HOWEVER! once you set it as Posts Page in “WP->Settings->Reading->Posts Page.”, it will go back to the default posts page setting, which shows all the posts in all categories and there is NO place that we can edit this template. (in theme panel->template settings, there is a little bit, but cosmetic only)

Interesting thing is the breadcrumbs. I do want to use breadcrumbs for pages. But the “homepage – with articles list” template does not have breadcrumbs. To set as Posts Page in “WP->Settings->Reading->Posts Page.” will add breadcrumbs for that page, but not other pages using “homepage – with articles list” template.
Any ideas to control breadcrumbs?

You can make a new page using the “homepage – with articles list” template then customize the loop (latest articles) section as you like and also set it to show only the category you want, number of posts, sort order.. etc, like this: http://screencast.com/t/ZwmSWxchDhu then set it as your blog page “WP->Settings->Reading->Posts Page.”

Hi, is there any way how to move from newspaper theme to newsmag without need to set everything all up, i mean , ads, homepage, widgets, sidebar, post styles etc? or when i purchase newsmag i have to set all the settings again?

I am trying to show a grid with all the categories in the website as well as their thumbnails.
I don’t know how to add them (with thumbnails). The only options I see are list and dropdow.
I have installed the categories thumbnail plugin so that I could attribute a thumbnail for each category:

You need to set a featured image for each post for it to show up on the homepage.

Yes, but you will have to edit the page template for that and add the ad or if you want it on a homepage you can use the page builder and add it using the ad box element of Visual Composer:

In order to add an H1 to our Homepage, we have created a text block with an H1 title inside. We have added a colour background (red) and put it at the bottom of our homepage.
However, the text blog seems misaligned compared with the other modules (it seems moved to the right). How can we solve this?

Hi,
Please let me know if I haven’t understood well but if you want an different feature image of the post than the video thumb on homepage you need to set the post to gallery format then add the video URL into your post where you want the video to appear. This way you will have a thumb on your homepage of the image you set as featured image and on post page your will have just the video and the content you want as when set to gallery post format the feature image isn’t displayed on posts pages.

Thanks for the response. When I add the video URL to the featured video field, the video itself shows on the homepage. What I would prefer, is to have only the featured image show on the home page, and only the video to show on the post page. I have tried numerous different combinations of post templates, embedding the video, etc. to get this result, but with no luck. I’d be more than happy to create an admin login for you if that would help.

Im pretty sure its an alignment issue, there appears to be a small whitespace gap on the right handside. Have a look on the homepage.

First Issue:
Few issues, I seem to be getting a column issue, where the slider wont fit and modules afix themselves only to two third of the page, heres a dummy page example:

On the homepage for most of the images displayed, they all show different dimensions. Understand they were uploaded with different dimensions but is their no standard way to display images?

Where can I change excerpt text and size? Havinga little trouble finding.
Fourth Issue:
On the slider where images are different dimensions, they don’t seem to auto fit the sldier, it just adds a grey bar depending on dimensions, any fix on this?

I just switched from DFP to ‘regular’ Adsense, and it seems that the single post-view went back to the old version. The homepage still works, is there anything I missed? Can’t imagine it’s because of the Adsense switch.

I have checked your site and seems that this only happens on homepage as on other pages like post pages/category pages.. the ads are loading as they should so please make sure you disable all plugins, empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services then check again.

So, I used your advice and added the code:

Since I on the home page I use block 2, I changed it to:
.home .td_block2 .block-title {
background-color: #008000;
But now, all my 5 Block 2 which are on the homepage are the same color. Is there any way of adding a different color to each Block 2?
Just add Css Code like this for different blocks on the home page…
Where it say block6 you just have to change the # of the block on ur home page and the color you want as well..
Make sure you edit each block and remove any background color and change the text color to what you want like #ffffff also change the “Title style” from default to style 1 and then save your settings..
Then go to theme settings and in the CSS Box you add the code like what i have below with ur own color and the block that you want to use on the home page..
