In a previous post, I said that I’ve resolved the issue: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/help-ajax-pagination-and-visual-composer-are-not-working/ BUT every time I have this issue I got to reinstall wordpress, but the problem reappears after a couple of days.
I just purchased tagDiv Newspaper 7 theme and when I try to install the theme into WordPress I get the following message :

I tried on different WordPress versions but every time I get the same result as above. Currently I’m running WordPress 4.7

I’ve tried removing old theme and install latest version but it’s the same. https version of the site is still stuck with fonts and I’m unable to set them. This is a huge problem ’cause we need https protocol.

Whenever I visit my site from the mobile device there is a Menu wrapper flash for fraction of seconds
It only comes when the mobile theme plugin is active along with the speed booster plugin.
Disabling any one of then fix the issue.
Is there any solution to fix it without disabling any plugin.
NOTE: No incompatible plugin is installed.

I installed the provided version of Revolution Slider via ZIP-Upload. It’s working in itself but your Plugins-Overview at the Newspaper menu section (page=td_theme_plugins) still shows “optional” for Revolution slider, not “activated” as for Visual Composer.
Didn’t the theme recognize the plugin installation? If so, how can I fix it?
I imported all example sliders but can’t get one of them to work at the start page of my blog. I have no idea how to run a given slider as you show it in your demo blogs – your slider tutorial ends at this point, only plugin installation is described. Or did I miss a continuing tutorial?

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, regarding on your loading font, right? Firstly is loaded a default font and then will appear your custom font, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. If you want to make deeper changes in this regard, you should check the td_config.php core files and from here you should change the default theme fonts which are Open Sans and Roboto with your desired one, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YXUNUqxE.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello and installed the topic of the newspaper with the demo Sport News, but I can not find where to modify the following:

First of all, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Now we are installing your Newspaper theme, so we ask you how is better:
is there an expect function in the theme for these function?

After this, you should check your Tag Template settings from Theme panel like this -> http://screencast.com/t/OsifrclIW and check if the corresponding sidebar for Tag pages is valid.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard. Well caching is what it is. It will show changes after it;s cleared. This is a very important role of the caching plugins. It is not an issue.

Hello!
I recently installed Newspaper theme. I changed the colors of different elements.
However you can still see the old colors when loading a page, like if it was loading the original theme first, then my custom colors 1 second later. It does it not only with colors but with fonts.
I uploaded a short video of the problem on dropbox. You can see easily that my yellow main menu becomes blue for a moment.
How can I allow my main colors to load directly and avoid this non-professional blink during loading?

I can not get Header and widget adds workling ( to be shown on my site ) I read all your documentation and tryd deferent templates but no luck. I even bought adds plugin and put shortcode in place for header or widget adds, but still not working.

My website located at http://www.theapexracing.co uses Newspaper with the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin activated.
Today I installed the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin which I learned about in this forum post.
The plugin works as expected except for one key issue. When an AMP page is loaded on a mobile device, the menu specified in Appearance > Menus and set to the AMP Menu location does not load. When an AMP page is loaded on a desktop browser, the correct menu loads.
If I deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, the correct menu loads on mobile devices.
It’s clear that the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is interacting with the AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin in some way that causes the menu to not load properly.
Do you have any suggestions for how to resolve this? We do not want to stop using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin but supporting AMP is also very important to us.

I just installed the Mobile theme. For the most part, it looks good. But I do have 2 issues.
#1. My logo keeps disappearing from the top of the page. When I tap it, it will appear but only for a short period of time….like 7 seconds.
#2. The theme seems to have added a second footer. It has my logo plus “ABOUT US”. Just below this is the footer that I developed with all of my key pages. How do I remove the first footer?

For some reason I can’t create a new post for support so I am posting in hopes to get some support here. I havent been able to figure out how to do any automatic updates for the theme NewsMag that I purchased and frankly, I am a little worried about overwriting anything. I am now experiencing this error – “Your session has expired. Please log in to continue where you left off.”
It keeps login me out every 30 seconds or so. I have run a virus scan on the server and it was fine so I assume its the template or a new plugin that I may have installed. Just checking in on that.
Also need to know how to shut off the popup.

I am no longer updating this thread or posting to forum, but you should be able to use all this stuff with Newsmag, as most of it is common to all WP installs, especially Linux/Apache stuff.
Stuff like editing/moving the fonts are likely still in the same files and locations if you look for them.
Obviously, the way to do any mods is to make backups, then working copy; upload work files with changes, test; if busted, re-upload the backup files. Make backups of changes as you go, so you can ‘roll back’ to any middle version of modified files.

I’m an absolute beginner to this stuff. I’ve Just installed the theme with the TechNews demo.
I’ve set the
max_input_vars 3000
WP Memory Limit 256 MB/request (as recommended)
After saving the changes on the Theme. It isn’t showing until I clear the cache.
What should I do?
And the Top bar isn’t changing on the Mobile. I mean, I’ve removed the Logo and set a Text Logo but on the Mobile, it is showing the TechNews7 (btw I’ve installed tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin)
