I have checked your website and I saw that your first black header does not come from our theme. To hide it, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Also, inspecting your website, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet, clear all your caches and check the results.

That grid is a revolution slider element. You will have to install the revolution slider plugin like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
Then you need to import he slider we made like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/ and then place it on your page using the visual composer element that calls for a revolution slider on that page. It can be found in the VC elements list

Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Try to do this and let us know how it goes. If the problem is still there, please provide a screen with before and after, for a better understanding. Also, you should provide your website for a closer inspecting.

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, regarding on your loading menu bar, right? Firstly is loaded a default font and then will appear your custom font, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
