When I installed it in the three options I chose standard.

As I can see you do not longer ave the Newspaper theme on the website, also I see that you have WordPress v5.4 this version was not tested with Newspaper v10.3.1 and as far I know is not compatible 100%, for this will appear very soon a theme update.

Usually this problem appear when you do not install the right file and you try to install the whole theme package.

Im not sure if this helps, but I believe my site updated automatically to 5.4 overnight. When i checked it today nothing was workign it was like a basic wordpress theme, and after i checked the Newspaper theme settings it was though it was not installed showing all the theme plugins and deactivated. I had to re-install them all then site was back to normal and working fine now

WordPress 5.4 has been released. With Version 10.3.1 of Newspaper installed, is it save to upgrade?
Disabled all plugins and reinstalled footer from could templates
I can now edit the footer in the front page.
My mistake was the plugins and trying to edit it from the cloud templates > footer and not just from the front page.

im Not using the mobile Theme plugin at all,
My website still showing mobile version from my previews demo, even though I have installed the Pulses PRO, so in desktop it’s showing the Pulses but in mobile it’s different.
I use Newspaper theme and the excerpt length doesnt work for Chinese.
I understand when counting the excerpt length in English, wordpress counts number of space but there are no space between Chinese characters.
I tried to install Chinese excerpt plugin but it seems not compatible with the theme.
I also tried to edit the function.php with Chinese excerpt but it did not work
Is it possible to make the excerpt plugins works with newspaper theme?

I purchased the newspaper theme and I tried installing but I get the error that the theme is broken and missing style css. This the error I got: Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
Newspaper Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
Please help.
I have also problems. AMP is installed and activated but in theme/plugins there is displayed it´s not.
In plugins is also notified:
“The tagDiv Mobile Theme now works best with the AMP plugin to provide a complete solution for your content on mobiles.
I disabled all plugins and I reinstalled the AMP modules again but the error still exists.

Please make sure that all the settings for WP Super Cache are the same, also this problem appear some times when you have more cache plugins, also if you are using a Cloudflare, make sure that is set as in our guide.
