I have the same problem with the “save” button: it loads in a loop without end.
At the moment I cannot use the composer at all. I followed all requirements, but still no change. No other plugins are installed.

When ever I try to install a new pre-designed template, it will just say “installing… please wait” literally forever. I left my laptop overnight, hoping that at some point I’d wake up to some form of progress, but it remained without even a percent of progress the entire night.
Everything else seems to be working perfectly fine and fast, except the install.
What could be the issue and how do I fix it?
I installed Romania News template.
When I open a new page and write a title then publish, the page will automatically have the same template with homepage – top menu, main menu, header, etc. When I change these elements on this new page, the same element on homepage are alos changed.
Can I create a page that is totally independent from homepage?

This is the issue they provided…
“We just installed Newspaper theme & its plugins. But to import demo content we need to set file/folder owner/group properly. Now few folders has root & few has nobody & few more has www-data. those folders should be linked to all these three users somehow.
Hope you got the point. Let me know if you need anything else.”
However, I have made sure everything has that correct ownership and everything is 0755.
Any ideas?

I’ve just installed Newspaper and the Pulses PRO demo along with it. I noticed that the single post template is misplacing the author and read more boxes as you can see here, making them overlap with the post content. However, when I press the Edit template button on top, the boxes are rendered correctly.
The only plugins I have active are those installed with Newspaper, plus Akismet and Jetpack. I’ve also made no changes to the overall configuration via the template panel. At this point the installation is pretty much on vanilla state.
I wonder if you have any thoughts?

I’ve some issue with the video playlist for Youtube (Vimeo works perfectly).
I’ve read all the topics talking about it and couldn’t find any solutions.
I’ve the 10.3.2 version of Newspaper, the API KEY is done, I tried to delete/install the Tagdiv Composer, I tried to make a playlist using video ids, channel id, username, playlist id… nothing works.
I always have this : “Video ids were not found or can’t be retrieved.”
Any solution ?

I have succesfully installed the newletter plugin and it is working great on Desktop(forwarding to mail chimp). I have however a few questions:
1) can I somehow add a “Name” field and pass this to Mailchimp(or whatever provider)
2) I have my site using the AMP tag div pluging. It is working rather well but I canno see the newsletter plugin appear in the mobile+AMP version via my phone. Is there any way to allow it to appear?

Unfortunately for the moment if you’ll replace all the rows rows database that have an tdc_history with meta_value to “0” will appear some problems, the developers said that the data from meta_value filed need to be analyzed and removed only the part that belongs to the historic in this way we website will not be damage, unfortunately for this they need some time to investigate the code.
The provide me a code that should remove all the content from meta_value field, but before you try it. please make a full backup to your website and database because the code is texted only localhost and for new installed demos, also we do not recommend this.

On the dashboard under the newspaper tabs I do not have a updates tab, when I updated i downloaded the latest newspaper from theme forest then deleted the newspaper theme installed the new theme – as per the instructions on there website. then when i went to the site all i got was a lot of code on the page and no layout.
I have missed some of the updates could that be the issue?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version, Newspaper 10.3 also please check the theme requirements to be st as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tag Div plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them,
clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persists, deactivate and delete tag Div Composer, tag Div Cloud Library and tag Div Social Counter and install them again from Newspaper> Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3yuTFLz.png .

I’m a novice user and back to Newspaper theme! I would like some help with customising Gadget Pro please
After a new install of Newspaper 10.3.2 on a new host, I have installed the Gadget Pro demo with demo content. I want to edit the home page layout. I have clicked the TagDiv composer. First I created some new post categories, and updated posts to be in these categories (example: I created a news category and added multiple posts to news). For the first element on the top left of the page Flex Post 2, (see Pic 1) I clicked the Filter tab and set the Category Filter to News – but no content showed up. So I switched it back to All Categories – and no content is showing so it remains empty. Why doesn’t it show any posts?

I love the wide page layout, but further down I would like to add a new content block that lists a series of posts from news category, and on the right column lists a social counter, ad box and most read etc. See Pic 2. How do I set this up?

Form what I can see you your screenshots look that home2 is empty.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please reinstall the demos again using the static page, and this should be fix.

I am trying to install Newspaper version 10.3.2 and it keeps giving me “Critical Errors” when I try to activate the “required” plugins. I am trying to install the theme on WordPress version 5.4.
My hosting support has tried various fixes (such as firewall and security settings, etc.) but has come to the conclusion that the required plugins are not compatible with this newest version of WordPress.
Can you please advise as to a possible solution?

Hi i have installed the Newspaper X (10.3.2) theme on my WordPress along with all the plugins and i have installed one of the pro Demo theme, when i make any changes through Theme Panel Customization it is not working on website i tried 4 Demo Themes but non of them working for customization, Example: Post setting/post and custom post types and deleting, changing logo, font and many more customization are not working,
What ever i make changes on theme panel it is not reflecting on Demo Themes

i installed a new site with the last version ( 10.3.2 ) and it is impossible to update the content with td composer.
I have installed the new update today but amp is not working, I have installed an amp and activated it, but in the theme plugin, it’s showing pls active amp even though I activated it. I uninstalled all plugins and theme and reinstalled but not working

Hey man checked all of that, disabled plugins manually and re-activated. Cleared cache between each change. I’m still getting this blank screen.
I have all the requirements necessary installed in my site to use Newspaper, but I can’t edit my page designs.
How can you help me with this? I am totally stuck.
