Hi newspaper team, i hope you’re doing well.
I have bought and installed Newspaper 10 for my tech website and I am facing an issue, the changes I have made have been applied on the desktop version Only but in the mobile it doesn’t, it shows the basic theme with no menu no nothing, and it displays a message saying there’s error coming from monach plugin. can you help me with that as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

To clarify, the new server is a clean start and import was just post/pages without any plugins etc. Do I have to export the files after the plugin was deactivated on the old server?
Or do I install the old theme and then remove it to remove the categories?

In this case I think that the better way it will be to make a staging website where to set the actual version, delete the theme using FTP and replace it with the one from v10.3.1 also deactivate all plugins until you make the update, after that go in welcome section and install the theme plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/ilG68q4.png if evrithing is go normal, then you can start to activate the plugins one by one and check the website, also if you are using a child theme, you need to replace it with the one from Newspaper X package.
From Newspaper 10.3.1 you’ll be able to use the theme update option -> https://i.imgur.com/sRolm9m.png

Indeed these errors can be from there, if you want to replace the them we recommend to delete the old one and set the new one, please do not overwrite the files.
If the problem persist, you can make a clean install with Newspaper X and check if the error persist.

Please notice that if you are using more cache plugins these can interfere between them, we recommend to use only WP Super cache with the settings from our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

I’m building a new server
imported post and pages via WP import options
installed and activated newspaper theme + related plugins
I get the errors below. I suspect this is because my exports are from ionMAG server which has the custom posts layouts which are not present with the current theme.
Is there a way to override previous post settings and apply the default one?

I have just installed the demo and for me this is displaying in the right way -> https://i.imgur.com/uhdoUUK.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vDmP2dV.png make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Make sure that the images are big enough, also you can change the image and set it round using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/wgeicNt.jpg also the second image is set inside the column -> https://i.imgur.com/kdcNfd5.png with z-index 0 -> https://i.imgur.com/okvnuWW.png in this way the newsletter come over the image.

Please notice that you are using an very old version of the theme, we recommend to make a full backup to your website and database also we recommend to make first time the update on a staging website were to set your current version and make the update.
Also is possible to do not work correctly, in Newspaper X the theme builder is tagDiv Composer and all the pages and templates are made using this builder.
As a suggestion, if you are using child theme or other plugins, please deactivate them, install the theme via FTP activate the theme plugins from welcome section -> https://i.imgur.com/wmVoNmX.png cehck the website and only after that activate the plugins one by one and check the website.

Hi, My site’s logo is messed up in mobile view. The logo is in the left corner but i want it in middle of header. Also keep in mind that i’ve installed AMP plugin. I don’t know how to fix this. Kindly help me in this matter. Site link is below alongside screenshots. Have a look.

As I have clearly stated, I have disabled WPBakery. And, the issue still persists.
So, why does this work for one of your demos Dental Studio? That demo has a background image set-up as I mentioned. It works for that demo, why not other sites?
And, what particular plugin would conflict with this? There are very few other plugins installed.
tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.
Steps to troubleshoot:
– Check the permissions on your upload folder
– Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php
