These errors are due to an incorrectly installed/updated theme. Please make sure if you have properly installed the theme via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/. After this, if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and Cpanel access so we can further investigate it closer your theme install.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi, I just installed theme newspaper with demo dentist. I have not other plugins installed except those of the theme. When I try to login in dashboard from wp login or wp admin I see a blank page.
Log error says there’s an error on files of wp include and wp boost at certain lines.
If I disable plugins I can enter site.
How can I solve this conflict of the theme with WordPress?

Please use only the mobile theme version that comes with the Newspaper package that you have install, for example if you have Newspaper v9.6 use the tagDiv Mobile theme from that package v9.6.

I followed your instructions and I found out that was a problem with WP Super Cache. I tryed to reinstall it after deleting but still get this error in tagDiv Composer.
Did you have any suggestion about caching plugins?

How to update newsletter 9 theme without losing any content or previous themes and plugins configuration.
If I downloaded the latest version of Newspaper Theme from my ThemeForest account.
I go to my WordPress Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Themes active another theme. and delete the old version of Newspaper Theme. then From your Appearance > Themes, choose to “Add New Theme.” Upload the “Newspaper.zip” file and click on the “Install Now” button. After this, I activate the theme. Will my previous newsletter theme and plugins configuration remain or will it be removed?

Usually when the mobile version appear on desktop are some problem with cache plugin, browser cache, please clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Make sure if you have followed the steps from this guide if you want to achieve good theme results.

I just purchased Newspaper from themeforest.com and installing Newspaper and enter the Item Purchase Code # nothing is happening and I keeping getting Please activate the theme! popup Please help me?
I’ve tried just about everything to get this to work, and boy am I frustrated at this point. I followed the instructions on the update, and as soon as the TD composer activates the 500 error starts. Can’t really do anything unless that plugin works. So for now I just had to revert it back to the old version. Let me know if there are any ideas as to why the composer plugin would cause the 500 error. All other plugins were deactivated, and I even reinstalled all the wordpress files to see if there was some other error. Thanks for a response 🙂

I have good news I guess, so I am sharing it. Not sure what the future holds in store for me but as of now my site is working along with Mobile Theme. I faced the same problem of
“This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme! Please update your theme!”
While updating via FTP, I was getting “1 Failed Transfer”, all files except one were getting transferred. So I deleted the entire Newspaper Folder in Themes. Then I uploaded the new 9.7 Newspaper folder and there was no failed transfer. But I got another problem:
Not able to login using mysite.com/admin. From another support thread I got this: Login using mysite.com/wp-login.php. This worked. After login, I installed the Mobile Theme plugin and that too started working. My earlier customization of Mobile Theme was still there. Now I am back to normal, touch wood.
So, the moral of the story is:
1. Put the site in maintenance mode.
2. Use FTP and delete the old Newspaper theme folder.
3. Upload the new folder.
4. Login to the site using mysite.com/wp-login.php
5. Install & activate all new plugins including Mobile Theme Plugin.
I just hope I am not celebrating too soon.

We updated to new version 9.7 but when we activate the mobile theme we recive an error: This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme! Please update your theme! We uninstalled mobile plugin and reinstalled but still same message.

I updated to the newest version of the theme just now and it seems to have broken my site… The issue is it’s not letting me install and activate the tagdiv composer.

I’ve never had composer installed until it bugged me today. Is it really required for the mobile theme?
Never used to be required, been using the theme for years without an issue. Really don’t like it as I am worried that it will delay pages from loading despite not being used, and like to keep the amount of plugins slim.

Hi, I’m using Newspaper 9.5 and the related td AMP Plugin on my localhost test site. When I activate the plugin, it all works great except for the mobile menu which disappears. Is there a bug with this version 9.5? Is it required to install the td mobile plugin besides the td AMP plugin? (I tried this but in 9.5 this leads to a huge bug on AMP posts)

We have set up the Newspaper theme but every time when we are trying to install the demo it is installing partially only with header and the footer part.
We have installed all the plugins shared with your theme, is there any additional we have to install? E.g. wooCommmerce?

Note that, I installed the Mobile Theme plugin from the 9.7 version package, in case you think I installed the previous one.

Newspaper’s requirements are respected.
As mentioned in the documentation, activating both plugins makes div extends to 100% and some others disfunctions.
I Actually installed Newspaper on an existing website with hundreds of pages made with Visual Composer. So I need to keep this plugin activated (to not having to edit each post).
I found “Plugin Organizer” wich allow to disable plugins on specific pages (in my case, deactivate Visual Composer on home page). It seems to have solved my problem ! Hope this won’t create ones. May be usefull to @dragonstreet.

today I received an E-Mail from you, informing me that you are updating your Newspaper theme to 9.7 soon, to meet the Envato requirements.
Your are also speaking of possible issues then you are running Newspaper as a childtheme on your WP installation.
That’s exactly the case for one of my websites.
I am running a childtheme, but have only modified one file in it. The headerstyle-10.php to achieve changing variable header logos.
Could anyone from your developers foresee, if I might getting trouble with that kind of modification?
When will the update to 9.7 be available?
