I just purchased the Newspaper theme. Here is the error that I am getting over and over and over again as I cannot edit my page using the tagdiv composer.
The plugin does not have a valid header.

I did a clean install of the Newspaper Theme. When I tried to configure the menu to display mega menu categories the option was not available per your instructions. Do I need to enable Mega Menus in some setting or is this a bug in the code?
I currently have Newspaper 8.6 installed and my site (www.superkaiju.com) and saw the email about upgrading to the new 9.5.
What is the best way to update the theme without losing all my settings?

I would like to ask in advance if you know how does you theme work on managed wordpress services like kinsta.com , Flywheel, Onyx.io and others
I ask because these services offer caching on server level and most of them say ( for example Flywheel ) to not even install a caching plugins because they do all the caching necessary .
And, for example i know you guys say about the plugin called WP Rocket that it is “problematic”. Even thought it is the most appreciated caching plugin at the moment
So, how will you theme work on these hostings ? do you know ? Will I encounter any problems with them using your theme?

Unfortunately if this is a must have for your install, you will need to hire a developer to take a look at the plugin and find a coding solution that will not influence the theme default implementation. Somewhere the code conflicts and there is certainly a way around it. But unfortunately we do not have a customization department so we cannot offer such services. You can hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com or other trusted freelance website.

The empty page template is still appearing. Moreover, when using TagDiv Composer I don’t see the Header manager.
The theme is updated to 9.5 and I deleted the composer plugin and reinstalled again. Maybe the update was not well done?

Make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, update all of the plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

At the moment we are using your theme on our main site. We are thinking to create a subdomain with the same site (design) but with different content, not testing subdomain, let’s say that now we have 10 categories of News and we want 2 of 10 categories to become sub domains, example health.domain.com, (new WP installation/duplicate the main site and transfer it to the new subdomain, but same theme and design). For that we need new license?

I have inserted as per Google AdSense instructions the codes from Adsense on html header and <body> pages from my Newspaper theme at https://pipeify.com
Also, I download the plugin Ad Inserter 2.4.9 and installed the In feed and Native Google Ad sense codes.
As you may see, it’s correctly displaying on my desktop Newspaper theme https://pipeify.com (home and posts pages)
However, it’s NOT displaying any of the Ads (Google Adsense IAB formats, In-feed, Native) on my mobile and AMP devices.
Could you please have a look into where is the issue for all the Ads not display on MOBILE and AMP devices?

I understand now.
The problem is with the ‘tagdiv composer’ plugin. Because before wordpress that I used was upgraded, the display can still be used as usual.
When I upgraded my wordpress to version: 5.0.3, it didn’t appear.
Because the wordpress editor is the latest version and when I try to install the old version editor from wordpress, I still get the same problem.
First, when I click edit on the page I want to edit, if the page I am editing is still loading, the part I meant above is visible.
But when it’s finished loading, the part I meant above seems hidden or not showing.
I beg for help, if necessary, try the latest version of wordpress, for the ‘tagdiv composer’ plugin.

As I previously stated, we are going to delete the old theme. The process will be:
1. Deleted the theme from the production site
2. Export the theme’s setting from the beta website which has already installed the latest version
3. Install the theme’s latest version to the production site
4. Import the settings from the beta site to the production site

I have a similar problem with the TagDiv composer not working, its showing Error at rows: 5(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content
I tried to install WP Super Cache, but it is not allowed and won’t install.
I have disabled and re-activated all plugins and clears the cache. Just started today, we updated to 9.5 yesterday so I assume that is the problem?

For the previous version, it still looks normal.
I have selected the ‘Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination’ section, but the ‘general’ section looks like the picture I gave.
So the ‘Poosts loop setings’ section does not appear in my editor page.

Hi, After downloaded newspaper 9.5 from themeforest and deleted all old theme and old plugin, I uploaded the newest theme. Everything is okey except when I install plugin from Plugin tab inside Newspaper theme.

This is the only one available it seems for that video, and the one that was downloaded in my case when using the video as featured

It should be the same for you, working as it did before and like in my case. There were no mortification on our part to this functionality. Does it happen with all YouTube videos or just with some? Maybe you made some modifications recently, installed a plugin or something.
The PHP version can usually be set from cPanel, or contact the hosting provider to do it for you.
