Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, make sure that your WordPress version is the latest one, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. This functionality should works as expected because I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly.

That is actually a WordPress provided plugin, the default WordPress gallery. That error specifies that this WordPress file is not found or cannot be loaded for some reason

Check if that file exists in your WordPress install. Maybe something got damaged in WordPress while migrating.

That is not possible by a theme option. Each demo contains custom design created by us, each is unique. This design along with theme panel settings will be imported as soon as the demo is installed

That block 5 has custom design for it, only in that demo. By default it looks like this

However you could use the design for that block without installing the demo if you don’t want to. This is the code used to style the block like that

This code can be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS section, it will affect all the block

You will not lose ant theme setting if you will make a full backup to your database before re-installing the theme. You should follow this way and check if the issue will persist. If the error is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

I have checked your website and it seems to work and I do not bring HTTP ERROR 500.
Notice that the 500 error is usually a server side error meaning that there is something wrong but the server couldn’t provide more information about the problem. It is a general error usually caused by configuration issues with the websites programming, PHP or system permissions.
I found here some useful information about possible reasons for this errors and a few tips in order to fix it: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/500servererror.htm Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out conflicting plugins. Also, please try contacting the hosting provider, tell them this problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

Also, check your header ad code to be a valid one in order to achieve better results. As a test, you should try to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way and check the results.

I suggest you make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing, clear all the caches, update the plugins to the latest version of them and check the results. The theme install should have to be done via FTP way.

Hi,

Deactivate it if it appears as activated, then delete it. Re-install the social counter plugin from the theme plugins panel

Then activate it and there should be no problem. This plugin along with the composer will try to be updated automatically after a theme update, sometimes this fails however leaving the plugins deactivated. Let us know if there is still a problem.
