I have once faced this issue before where my TD_Composer plugin was outdated and I updated it to new version and it worked.
Issue – Please visit my homepage http://www.accountingcapital.com, it is all code and TD_Composer is misbehaving yet again, this time I updated it to the latest version 2.3 by a fresh install from themeforest, My theme is 8.8 and theme panel options are all green.
I am unable to solve this and this is killing my user interface. What is this and how can I resolve and stop it to re-occur?

On my website’s homepage: thefullnineyards.com, the social counter is showing as this opposed to the actual counter:

In my wordpress menu > appearance > install plugins, it says “Installed But Not Activated” next to the social counter. When I try to activate it, it says it was successfully activated however nothing happens and then revers back to saying it needs to be activated.
Any ideas?

You must have the latest version of the theme and the tagdiv cloud library plugin installed (I guess).

So the max upload size is set according to the recommendation (50M), that would be more than enough for the theme. In some cases having an older version of PHP caused the same issue, updating to a newer version (theme supports PHP up to 7.2)solved this problem.
You could give FTP a try, your hosting can provide the FTP access login. FTP is the most reliable method of updating a theme, sooner or later you will have to use it probably. The theme install guide mentions the steps

What exactly is happening in your case that prevents you from installing it?
Regarding the issue with the Cloud library plugin, that is currently under investigation and we will try to fix it in a future update. It was caused in a few cases by plugins, you could try as a test to deactivate them all and leave only theme plugins active, check if this has any effect.
If not, then please try and wait for a new update of the plugin and theme. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,
I installed the mobile theme and prepared a menu.
When I click on one of the two pages, only the footer is displayed, with no other content.
This only happens for pages (excluding the home) and not for categories.
I would like to understand if there is a possibility to decide the 3 articles to highlight in the mobile menu, since I did not find the item within the section in the theme panel.

@medicos Twitter will probably not work if you are not using he latest theme version, there were changes made by them. Try installing this social counter plugin

If it still doesn’t work, download the latest theme package 8.8.1 and update the theme and social counter (they should be automatically updated when the theme is updated however)

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any top bar there. Make sure that your theme installing has been made via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.

After I bought the theme, I tried to upload both ways via WordPress or FTP but do not work at all. I also researched on your support forum and saw answers suggesting to go through steps like developers would understand. I’m not a developer and already spent hours on this. Please give me the refund. I don’t want to deal with it anymore.

If you updated all the theme plugins that should not happen. Please check if your WordPress install is up to date. Both theme and WordPress should be updated as soon as available and possible, this is most recommended. Let us know if there is still a problem.

I couldn’t say, up to this point there were no tests made with such plugins. So you could install it and give it a try, make tests with it. Install it per plugin provider instructions.

Whatsapp is a mobile first app and requires the actual whatsapp installed on mobile device to work, which is why its hidden on desktop.
Tagdiv might have a hack to change that for you, but that is why you dont see whatsapp option on any major site when viewing on desktop.

I am working on my site with Newspaper Construction Demo. I installed it but deleted project and contact pages. Can you please let me know how can i recover only these two pages. Since I have made many changes to the current theme and I dont want to lose them as well.
Ok, the solution to my problem.
In another wordpress installation on the same server I had installed the Wordfence plugin that creates conflict to save changes of the themepanel.
You must disable the plugin in that installation, and finally works.
I just bought and installed and the theme panel does not save any changes.
I’ve already read forum suggestions but nothing works. Here you can see that everything is correct.
I hope you have a quick solution, other than to provide my private FTP access data.

I am plagued with the same error. Memory limit on the WordPress install is actually 512 MB. So this symptom that keeps showing up now — as I can see — at many of your users has a different cause.
When I try to ‘fetch as google’ the url wp-content/wp-themes/Newspaper in Search Console it gives me the information that it is ‘redirected’.
Checking the redirection givces the warning that that the address it is redirected to is unreachable. (It seems like for me that there si no difference in the original and redirected url. Also, I have not set a redirection for this url.)
Please fix this, my site has already fallen from Google search results because of this.

@sbconle it’s good to hear it works for you. I use some theme shortcodes which disappear when I install Gutenberg. So I am waiting until it is rolled into the WordPress Core and the tagdiv team integrates the shortcodes into the editor to switch fully.
