You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

I thin k that you got those message because you are uploading the entire package and not only the theme, you need to unzip that package and upload only the newspaper zip inside it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

Hi. After installing the Newspaper Magazine Pro prebuilt website, I realized that the mobile version on the demo is different from the one displaying on my website. How do I fix this.
Additional issues that I’m having is there is a “Sign in” and “Click here – to use the wp menu builder” displaying on the menu on mobile instead of the categories. How do I fix this too?
I also cant see in the theme panel mobile theme option.
i disable the mobile theme plugin.
because i dont want to use the mobile theme or AMP.
To get all templates for entire website from cloud with a click can be done by installing a demo (the latest demos and pro demos are made only with cloud templates). The problem that appease with this method is that you will lost all the settings from the current demo -> https://i.imgur.com/diVlMTF.png

I bought your theme back in 2016, used it a bit but abandoned the project. I am happy to find your new templates and i am particularly am interested in NFT Pro. I have just renewed my support licence because upon installing the template i got many challenges
(1) When i try to activate the theme using the envato purchase code, theme remains unregistered and i can not figure out why. This is the purchase code associated with my account which i received when i bought newspaper theme
(2) When i install the NFT pro i get this issues
(a) The home page is fine but when you open any of the articles, the outlook doesn’t look like it appears in the demo version
(b) The menu and footer do not load or appear like they do in the demo version and its very annoying
(3) May i know the size of the logo you used for NFT Pro demo version because it doesnt appear to be an image (at least i could not download it to establish the size)
NOTE: I would love my website to look exactly like the NFT Pro version.

I found a bug in the latest version of the theme.
I am using the Tech news demo and installed the required plugins like composer, cloud, newsletter and mobile theme.
While the above plugin activated, the option – Enable/Disable Mobile Theme on a single page breaks the layout on the mobile devices but when the tagDiv Mobile Theme is deactivated, it works fine.

I have tried deactivating, deleting existing plugins, and installing them again but no fix.
Please look into it and fix it asap.
When I enter the Key it simply loads and nothing happens.
Also for the demo, when I click to install it says to “installing” non-stop.

The navigation bar on the tech demo is made full with with custom css that is set in the code of demo.
Normally, just installing the demo should make the navigator bar full width -> https://i.imgur.com/evbuNHt.jpg

I dont seem to be able to import demo data as well, just stays at installing all day.

We recently purchased and installed the Newsmag theme for WordPress. In running the prebuilt website installer with the option to install demo content, sample posts do not seem to be installed, making the prebuilt site essentially blank.

You need to make sure that all your templates are from cloud, this can be done easily if you install a pro demo, but before this please make a full backup. (steps to disable the standard pack).
The second method required some more time, but is better. What you need to do is to import the cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and assign them (replace the homepage, category, author posts, header, footer,.. templates ). After all those are done, disable the tagDiv Standard Pack, if there are no shortcode on website, then you replaced all standard elements, but if there are, the set back that plugin and replace that element.
Also you can make those changes on subdomain and when everything is done just transfer theme on live website.

You can add the logo after you install the theme or import a demo because most changes are made using our page builder, tagDiv Composer not before installing the theme.

The Newspaper theme seems to have gone haywire and keeps emailing readers… it happened when first installing the theme when I selected demo content (my fault) and then again when I reset it yesterday (I’m nearly sure I did not select demo content).
But now it is happening again when I reconnected to Jetpack and the reconnect only seems to have half worked so I cannot disconnect from WordPress.com.
Can you please advise?
Ok so I have migrated posts from Squarespace to WordPress and installed the newspaper theme and its a nightmare.
Finally, after making some progress and building the rough structure I get down to tidying up the posts on the site (there’s over 500).
Issues:
Format is all over the place.
Massive blank spaces that when deleted they bunch the previous sentence. Then I have to do the shift and return trick to make an acceptable paragraph space. I HAVE TO DO THIS WITH EVERY PARAGRAPH in the article because it just jumps one paragraph past the giant gaping space.
If I change the a text section to a header it takes the whole section with it making the entire paragraph a header.
If I try and paste text in it jumps to double line spacing.
If I try and remove an image there is just a gaping white space left that cannot be removed.
The bottom of every post has a non-removable huge white space.
The Post settings and featured video bars sit right across the middle of the posts in the editor.
Finally, how do I turn off the endless scroll function where it just keeps displaying more articles. I just want 1 post per page thanks.
Honestly, this theme has caused nothing but issues so I hope someone can help
I also understand that the above is so unspecific and hard to describe as its demonic and buggy the way the editor behaves.
Hi findlay, is no need to uninstall it, this will be automatically uninstalled when you install the new pre-build websites. Also please notice that the current design with all pages posts and templates will be removed, so in case that you made some changes those will be lost. My homepage has 4 tags of h1.
1. GGOSIP.GGOSIP = I can’t erase it because I can’t see it after installing the demo.
2. 먹튀검증백과 = The page name is automatically H1. I want to erase this.
3. 먹튀검증 = This is set to H1 at the top of the page. I want to get rid of everything except for this.
