Hi, brand new site with nothing on it, on siteground, server cache off, no other plugins on site.
When I install the latest version 12.3, it errors when installing the plugins.
tagDiv Composer : Ajax error
tagDiv Cloud Library: Ajax error
An error occurred and we could not finish the process. Please manually update the plugins.
And if I manually do it, then it works, but license doesn’t activate to install demo’s, it just hangs. Any ideas?
Hi, I have just installed newspaper with black version pro with demo data but there is a black screen with nothing on it.
I tried installing different websites and they work fine except this demo. Please tell me how to fix it?

You are probably uploading the whole theme package. You have to upload only the theme zip file, not the whole package which contains other items

Hi, I am unable to install prebuilt demo as shown on https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_travel/ however didnt find any issue in installing the “Default Pro Demo”. There is something wrong with the the design name “Travel Guide”. I am unable to install it. During the process a popup occurs saying
“tagDiv Importer detects that your server is not properly configured.
Don’t worry, the importer will continue to install the demo after you click the OK button.
Steps to verify:
– Please go to the SYSTEM STATUS tab and check if all parameters are green- Verify the permissions on your upload folder
– Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com (please provide your product license key)”

So, if I understood correctly, you had a demo installed and now you want to install another one without content to keep your content, is that right?
If so, the problem arises that when a demo is installed and then another demo is installed, even if it has no content, everything that came with the previous demo is deleted, this includes the page, posts, categories, templates – https://i.imgur.com/zqEWEHN.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Now what I can suggest is to stop installing that demo, but to search the cloud for the templates for it and set them as global – https://i.imgur.com/wGJSbGs.png

Hello all,
I am installing this theme on a website that already has a lot of content on it… so I don’t want the “dummy content” that comes with all of the prebuilt sites. There is a toggle for each prebuilt option that lets you switch between “Design only” and “Include content,” but it doesn’t seem to matter what it’s set to… when set to “Design only” it pops up a warning dialog that says “INSTALL THE FULL DEMO” and when you click install it does, in fact, install the full demo.
Can someone point me in the direction of how to fix this? I would like to start with one of the prebuilt themes but I don’t want to have to deal with the demo content.

@Bettina, as you said, it wasn’t working. So I reinstalled the theme. And I was asking that question in case something happens in future. So please tell:
if I change the theme demo/ reinstall the whole theme? It will delete that RAW HTML or Now its SYNC with tagDiv Cloud?? I am worried that it gets SYNC and attached to my profile.
I also noticed while reinstalling theme, raw tagdiv code is present there even if theme is deleted. So how to delete it just in case someone wants to delete?

These shortcodes appear because they come from the theme, this is how our theme is built.
What you need to do is rebuild all the pages that were built with divi, they cannot be used with our theme. As for the stations, they will be displayed automatically in blocks if you install a demo. I recommend you try on staging – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/

The Newsmag theme is not 100% RTL, but the elements that needs to be adjusted can be easily done using css.
What you need to do is just to install the demo “Video” and after that provide the website link. I will do some css to align nice the elements and to change the menu from LTR in RTL.

This can be possible only if you do a staging or you use a subdomain where you can test all of those. Another possibility are to duplicate all the pages and cloud templates that comes with the pre-build website you have now, or instead to install another pre-build website, install only the cloud templates from it (use tagDiv cloud library).

After installing a demo, the website should look exactly like the live demo. I tested the default demo now, it seems to install correctly. I installed it with content, and the content was imported.
Maybe there was a problem when you tried it, I will take a look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website. I see you are using a different theme now, let me know in the email if I can activate the Newsmag theme in order to try the default demo with content.

I recently bought a newspaper license and realized that I could use it on one site and another for testing.
After installing on both, it only worked on one for me to change the layout.
I was very upset about it.
As they were different domains, I removed them and then put them in demo.expressaorondonia.com.br and in the domain expressoorondonia.com.br
Now, even if I remove it, and leave it only on a domain and subdomain, I still can’t activate .
Please resolve this for me. You need to have more control over the database. Even after I removed it from the other site, it still shows as activated on dfmnews.com.br and I completely removed the theme from there.
