Hello !
In order to remove the errors you will first of all need to increase the WP-Memory: https://www.screencast.com/t/huGRNPTpeH.
Also please take a look at this documentation regarding theme’s requirements and make sure that you’ve accomplished all of them: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Thank you !
I uninstalled and tried again. I was able to get the manual plugin install page and when I installed the tagdiv composer which it said succesful I got this error when I attempted to install the next plugin I get the same error.

I tried to install your plugs. I got an ajax error. So I went to go manually install and I got the above. I will need to uninstall WP (again) to start from scratch. So what do I do?

Hi,
Seems there is a 500 error – http://prntscr.com/nlw8dr I suggest that as a first step you check the theme requirements guide – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
In most cases such issues happen when there aren’t enough resources available.
We recommend a value of 256M for the wp-memory location. Most hosting provider initially set it to 40M which is not enough for the theme, theme plugins, and additional plugins. The guide mentioned how the required parameters can be increased, you can also contact the hosting provider to do it for you, they should be able to.
In case the issues remains after trying these suggestions, or there is no need to increase the resources, we could take a look at it. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP. We will investigate. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

Hi,
Check if your theme was properly installed or updated via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ In most cases, that problem happens due to a bad configuration of your parameters. PHP memory can be exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Thank you!

When I add a Text with Title element I’m unable to save the text under the WP Editor. I understand there is no “SAVE” button. when I click the “X”. The box closes and does not sage.
I’ve read all the posts on the forum.
Theme Version = 9.7.2
max_execution_time = 3600
WP Memory = 265
max_input_vars = 2000
Also, i’ve disabled unsupported plugins and cleared cache.

For WP_MEMORY_LIMIT you need to change the files via FTP
Or you can use some plugins to do this, with WP Config File Editor

Hello !
First of all, please check the system status parameters to be properly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Thank you!
Hello Catalin,
Thank you for responding on my support ticket. Also about my system status. It appears I have most of the status on GREEN.
Here are my system status:
PHP Version 7.2.10-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
post_max_size 512M
max_execution_time 300
max_input_vars 1000
WP version 5.1.1
WP Memory Limit 256 MB/request
Please tell me where did I do wrong, Hoping to find a solution this day. As I will make my website LIVE.
Thank you
I keep getting this error on larger images when tagdiv composer is enabled. My memory limit is set to 256mb/request and everything in the system status looks fine:
php.ini configuration
Server software i LiteSpeed
PHP Version i 7.1.28
post_max_size i 500M – You cannot upload images, themes and plugins that have a size bigger than this value. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
max_execution_time 600
max_input_vars 8000
SUHOSIN installed false
PHP extensions
mbstring available
GD library available
WordPress and plugins
WP version i 5.1.1
WP multisite enabled i No
WP Language i en_GB
WP Memory Limit 256 MB/request
WP_DEBUG False
as soon as I disable tagdiv composer all pictures upload fine. Is there anything I can do?
I tried it all: reinstalled the theme by ftp, set the memory limit to 256, entered the code in the htaccess (but some doubt about where to put it exactly in the file). But nothing helps. Would be good if you could take a look.
But isn’t there a secure way instead of plain mail to provide you with the login?
