Works for me. Main thing is disable caching, upload NEW version of tagdiv composer; upload new theme folder only via FTP vs zip file. Disable anything not being used like mobile plugin – not needed in most cases until site working.
Login, and “enable” tag div composer plugin.
You may then need to massage some things like reset sidebar widget, or reselect footer widgets and reselect menus.
(any way – that is how I do it )
the two menus no longer disappear from mobile what happened?
i due menu non spariscono più da mobile cosa è successo?

On this site https://www.sportevents.eu/multisports/
if you click on menu the mega menu pops. but If you don’t select one item you cannot close it. is there a way that this men can close on click ?
Hi Anamaria,
Thank you for your answer. Not sure why you weren’t able to see the ad that is just below the header, it sometimes shows as a blank spot for me too. Anyway, the ad is not in the header per se – it’s just the first block of the homepage’s Content area.
You can see it in the screenshots below, along with the settings we use:
Our theme panel ad settings: https://imgur.com/a/h90vxYu
The ad in question, on screens < 458px wide: https://imgur.com/3yYFp78
The ad on screens 458px – 767px wide: https://imgur.com/jC8kRRC
Your solution of inserting the code again in the Mobile header *might* work, but as this ad placement is already showing in the correct spot for all devices, it would make more sense to use the AdSense code just once (like it is now) and work with the Theme Panel options to adjust the sizing to different devices. Duplicating the ad code in the mobile menu would prolong page load time for all devices and it would show this ad on the entire website instead of just on the homepage, which I don’t want.
The built-in Theme Panel options for different devices should be exactly what I need and they should work. They already seem to work fine for screens 458px-767px wide. The quirky behavior that happens below 458px width is what breaks this feature for our site.
So I would just like to fix the erratic behavior at <458px, because that’s the real problem and I’d really like to understand it and fix it while keeping a clean code&structure.
Thanks a lot, Tagdiv team! Here’s hoping we can find out what’s happening here :).
Hello Roberto,
I think you have set the ad in the Theme Panel, so I recommend adding the ad box in the mobile menu section -> https://i.imgur.com/T1kKD38.png there is no ad in the header.
Thank you!
Hi, what exceptions should I pass to make WP Rocket load the hamburger menu and the search button on my template? If you access cached pages on criticalhits.com.br, you can’t open the search or the mobile menu, and that’s a problem I’m having for months and can’t find what I should fix in order for them to work properly
Hi, Is it possible to add a ‘Desktop Site’ link in your mobile menu so visitors can click on the desktop link and see the desktop version of the website when using mobile phones?
Thanks.
Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve checked, and those options are enabled as you indicated. However, the problem persists. The mobile menu on the homepage is still not working, while it functions correctly on the inner pages.
Could you please assist me further?
Hello!
Please check if those options are enabled: https://app.screencast.com/QraEF3FK3gj0l -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-see-header-menu-on-mobile-device/
You should access the mobile responsive, click on that menu and choose the menu from that dropdown.
Thank you!
I am experiencing an issue with the mobile version of my website https://48horasmagazine.com. The menu on the homepage does not respond when clicked, although the same menu works perfectly on inner pages. I would like to mention that this menu was created using Cloud Template and customized to my preferences.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Hello,
Did you create the mobile page? If yes, please make sure that you have also, the sticky menu for mobile enabled-> https://i.imgur.com/TA7p4Rw.png
Thank you!
I am having problems displaying the mobile menu on single posts on https://kongensoe.dk – the mobile menu works on the front page and on category pages, but not on the single posts, even though it is the same header.
It seems to work when watching it from the backend and when displaying the mobile version in a regular web browser on the desktop, but on my actual phone it is not working, and I get stuck on the post and can only return to the front page.
How can I solve this?
Best,
Thomas
I don’t want the megamenu modal though, I just want it to pull in the mobile menu I’ve created. Navigate to other pages on the site on mobile to see what i mean
Hello,
So the issue is that your menu from the header is also displayed on mobile? If yes, then please edit with tagdiv Composer, select the viewport for mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/Ljtyksr.png select the menu and there is a page, you need to edit that page to set other menu for mobile, because there is used modal popup element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
How do I fix this? In the mobile mode, the menu arrow is missing for one of the menus in the main menu. Yes, it´s a mega menu, but so is the one before and its menu arrow is showing in mobile mode. Link to images below shows the mega menu fully functional in computer mode and how the same menus arrow is missing in mobile mode.
Why is it only pulling in the mega menu module instead of the mobile menu i created? I got it to stop being buggy, but doesnt make much sense to me,
I’m currently using the Official AMP plugin along with the tagDiv mobile theme. While editing the mobile menu, I’ve noticed that the bottom area of the menu is being trimmed, likely due to the mobile device’s navigation bar, which includes the back and home buttons. Could you advise on how to resolve this issue to ensure the full menu is visible and not obscured by the device’s bottom bar?

Hello!
I’ve checked your website and I can see your mobile menu. I recommend using the cloud templates for all your articles as well.
Thank you!
That fixed the desktop page, but as I mentioned before, when that gets fixed, it ruins the mobile page. Now the incorrect mobile site is displaying, with a menu that is not clickable. Please advise.
(Default) background style image not working
The second (Stretch)shows a distorted image.
The third one (Tiled)works
See the picture

Also another question, the menu does not appear on mobile and the articles are fixed in one section
the site
Hey Bettina,
I have been there of course! I did not find it there.
Tell me please exactly where to change the color of the background, fonts etc when I have clicked on the Hamburger Menu in the Mobile Theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check if those options are enabled: https://app.screencast.com/QraEF3FK3gj0l -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-see-header-menu-on-mobile-device/
Thank you!
Hello Bernd!
All the settings for the Mobile Menu can be found in the theme panel settings -> Mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
That’s not the AMP or the mobile theme version in your screenshot. That is the default responsive version. The mobile theme looks like this https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
If I check the website now on mobile, it looks fine https://prnt.sc/jpYD4-Xg_okz Also the mobile menu works fine https://prnt.sc/z50KdMW_WtVQ
Please mention more details about the issue, or how can I see it happening. I am sorry that there are issues with the theme. In most cases when there are issues with the images or the mobile menu, like in your screenshot, they are caused by other plugins.
Thank you!
