Hello masdi,
Please notice that the Top Bar menu was been removed from mobile devices because the menu contains this top bar, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tRsmW1XCT
Thanks for the message!
On my site, top menu not show on mobile version. As you know, I use header style 3 and enable Top Bar.
Hi,
The top menu will not be displayed on mobile, it is not supposed to display. It can be made to appear. I see that you already made some modifications. Try adding a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EEsOvws2iD
It may require additional modifications. I see that you are also using an AMP implementation for your website on mobile. That could also interfere with the top menu, and how it will display, if you choose to make it visible.
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-style-8 .td-header-top-menu {
display: block;
margin-left:auto;
width:auto;
}}
Thanks
Hello,
Sorry but the menu on mobile cannot be changed to a desktop version in our theme. You can only request the desktop version from your mobile browser but you cannot make the theme show the desktop menu by default.
Thanks.
Tried custom css to make the top menu appear in mobile devices but failed. Can you please help me out? Here is my website link emperorpost.com
Thanks in advance
I just want to change menu appearance as like desktop version on mobile version. Perhaps by turn of menu responsive system.
Is possible to have a floating hamburger menu in a mobile version like this picture?:
http://s2.subirimagenes.com/otros/previo/thump_9789768floatinghamburger.jpg
What is the css code for a mobile version?
And for the AMP?
Thanks!!
My question is if there is the possibility of including a “td-icon-menu-up” in mobile version, just as it exists in desktop version. I mean an arrow that allows you to return to the beginning of the post.
Tanks in advanced 🙂
I deactivated to Total Cache plugin and I am still having the issue. I would like to keep the mobile theme, as I had issues with the responsive menu as well. Any other ideas that I could try?
Thank you for your help.
Abby
Hi! I’m trying to add a background to my mobile logo, exactly the same one I have on my header currently. Is it possible? I tried using this code:
.td-icon-mobile{
background-image: url(https://www.financeclimatenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/header-finance-climate-news-1.jpg);
margin-left: 0px;
but it only changed the background of the menu button, not the whole mobile header.
Thank you so much in advance
Hi,
I see you have managed to change the background color for the menu on mobile, to white as you wanted. That can be done in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vuqdE4Gfs
More settings are available in the same section for the mobile menu colors.
There is no setting to make the logo display like you want, above the menu bar. The logo is part of the menu container along with the menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/p0P3OfrujThat could only be done with custom code or modifications to the theme files.
Thanks
Dear Team,
Please find our website:
When it is in mobile mode, the logo will be incorporated into the mobile menu.
There are two questions.
Firstly, can I change the background colour of the mobile menu from black to while? Besides, change all stuffs on the menu from white to black?
Secondly, can I put the logo above the menu rather than in the menu?
Please kindly advise. Thank you very much.
Regards,
Nico
Hello,
i just bought the theme, which looks amazing on desktop but horrible on mobiles. none of the images inserted in pages (featured images of posts are fine) will show up.
Actually, none of the text either.
Can you help me please? knowing half of our readers use their mobiles.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please install the fontawesome 4 menus plugikn and then add this code in your theme panel-> custom css box:
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right:before{
content: '\f055';
font-family: fontawesome;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
If you mean the mobile menu/search background image, the theme demo uses an image if this size for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NfE59bYor
You can try experimenting with an image like this, or make some tests with different sizes and see which are best to be used as background.
Thanks
Hi TagDiv,
We would like to change the ‘angle-right’ sub-menu icons in our mobile menu to plus-icons. We currently have:
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right:before {
content: ‘\e83d’;
}
We have tried altering the content value to: ‘\e145’; but the icons appear broken.
Any help would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
Paul
My (mobile) menu expands open and you can see the items in the menu. However, when you click on a menu item you are taken to a blank page. I am using the mobile plugin.
My URL is journeysofyoga.com
Thank you
Hi,
I strongly believe that it is the encoding, but I don’t know what would be the solution. For me it does not happen, the exact characters are displayed properly. I have opened the php file with notepad++ and changed the character encoding, and somewhat managed to replicate the problem. Try opening the file with the same editor and check if the file is encoded like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AVXS4ABFfTr
There are multiple references to this online, but nothing more specific to the exact solution.
The menu when sticky can use two options for the logo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wNYHxMnt2R
Either the same normal logo or the mobile logo. If the mobile logo is used you will have to make the modification in these files as well

Hello,
You search, the mobile menu and ajax filters do not work. This is a js conflict and it has the console errors to go with it: https://www.screencast.com/t/t6yXfaGQQ
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no setting as the top menu was never intended to show up on mobiles. It can be activated though with a css code. Please add this code in the theme panel-> custom css box:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full {
display: block;
}
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block !important;
text-align:center
}
}
Thank you!

Many Thanks for you support.
Hi,
The social icons that are displayed in the mobile menu are the ones from the Theme panel->Social networks
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kzf3PEp634k
The social networks that you have inserted accounts for, will be displayed in the mobile menu.
Thanks
