Other theme s do not use our own mobile menu. It is not the same element that runs better on a theme and on another one not. It is our own custom made menu. Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it and see how the menu loads.

Notice that the Top Bar menu is not displayed in Hamburger Menu on mobile. This was a choice from our developers. Here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/khczUFCd1VIF is the default hamburger menu.

Basically 85% of our traffic is from mobile. And most on slow connection and we have huge competition too so load speed of menu and others is an issue affecting us immediately as we switched theme. So please understand our position.

I have managed to figure out the mobile theme css has a max-height setting that blocked out the extra rows/items.
By changing the max-height style, i was able to show all items in the menu.

Sorry you are right, its not restricted to 5. It just displays 5 in my mobile in portrait view. When i turn the mobile to landscape view, it shows 12. It seems that the restriction is actually 2 rows. It will not display subcategories on 3 rows or more.
I cannot see your example you mention in your post, but do these 13 items you have in your example display on only 2 rows?

ALtho it shows only 8 items, there are actually 13 items in full. It cuts a few out to show on 2 rows only. I was hoping to show all items even if there are 3, 4 rows.

Is it the mobile menu you are referring to? It has no limit we know of. Here is an example with 13 sub-menus.

Unfortunately the mobile menu does indeed take a bit of time on it’s first load as the graphics have to be loaded first for it. Try not to use a mobile background image. Try to add simple color to it as colors load faster than images. There is little to be done about this though. The mobile menu loads faster on some browsers like chrome and slower on others such as firefox or ie 10-

I have a menu that have many sub categories (average 10). I need to show these all in the mobile theme. There seems to be a restriction on the number that display – about 5. Can i change this to display all sub categories.

1- I would like to change blocks post title font (For example for “blocks 15” I mostyly use)
I couldn’t find it on Theme’s fonts in theme panel.
2- Is it possible to change the category tag background on blocks?
I see that it’s black by default. I want to make it colourful if possible for each block.
3. Mobile menu looks very slow, sometimes as if it’s frozen, and it sometimes waits a few seconds before opening, I tried it on different devices and It’s almost same. is there another fast alternative for that? Because most of my users are on mobile, I want it to be fast.

4. I purchased the theme for speed, our alexa has really been falling drastically since install, we have noticed that the menu takes some time to load , its like it has a delayed animation.. This happens on your demo too. It thenm works fine after first load, but when you move to next page it struggles to load again. So if now if mobile isn’t faster, what will make the main site faster
2, we have optimized it accordingly and even added imagify, keycdn but the issue still persist , can you have a look? Please note that this is not a new site, it’s very old and has a history, and loads of visitors and has other thems changed. What can we do to speed up menu load. There is a delay when you try and open menu first time and then it’s fast. Not sure why. I tested on your demo too and it is difficult for our readers to navigate especially they are on a very slow connection.
We are still using the mobile theme and it’s still making us wait a few seconds before it loads first time. Same thing happens when you navigate to other pages
I have 3 items in my top header menu: A link to a page and two social media icons. In the mobile menu, the social media items show up, but the link to the page doesn’t.

i installed the theme and only added posts and linked them to the demo post categories thats all i did and if i look on the mobile version i dont see the images showing and also the mobile menu is not responding can you please explain whats the problem and how i can fix this .

In my site (www.videosupporters.com) I´ve got the Search function, that is working well in the desktop and in the mobile theme. In the Search function, it is supposed that the user writes the name of the countries or teams that have already related videos. As I don´t have videos in all countries or teams, in the menu of the site it is possible to see which teams and countries have already videos, in order that the user in the search function writes only those who already exist.
When the user is in mobile (and I have the mobile theme installed), I don´t have the menu option activated, because as you have explained in a previous support the theme can only put posts and not pages. As a result, I´d like to know if it is possible the following: reactivate the menu (I know how to do that) and, for example, if the user selects “Argentina”, it will open a page where are going to appear all the videos that have the tag “Argentina” (in order words, it is a kind of search function with a previous defined tag – for example, if the user selects the sub-menu “Argentina”, it will open a page with all the videos that have the tag argentina; if the user selects the sub-menu “Portugal”, it will open a page with all the videos that have the tag portugal; and so on).

I am trying to get some help from you guys and I’m finding even more issues and the old requests have been shoved of as if they don’t exist
I’m not sure what to do to get help as we are now stuck and may just have to switch to old theme before we find a solution with a new theme.
We like the theme but these issues reported by others too are really of concern and I hope we can get some information if they will be looked into or not
PS; please dont’t say to deactivate plugins etc as it has already been done and doesnt solve the issue
1: Images do not load when lazy load is on, you said its javascript error, we have dozens of people experiencing the same thing and only solution we found was to turn off lazyload which only fixes images issues, and only solutuion that was better was to downgrade visual composer.
I believe you say its compaitble with visual composer, so are you looking into this or not?
2: Speed has always been an issue with the theme compared to others. We have switched to 3 others before, its just that we like your menu more than anything. We have followed your suggestions aboyut speed and even use https and cdn but we see significant bounce rate and google analytics is really not cool. Other themes have worked way better with minimum issues… Is there something you can look at or you still leave it up to our guess work?

4. The mobile theme is not actually any faster either? so what’s holding it back… I know this is a vague question, but what I want to know is if you will look at our site to see as we are loosing traffic and so much bounce rate right from day one. I pasted all my stats to see and even you said it will stabilize it’s been almost a month and things are getting worse
I do hope to get a reply with solutions more than disable plugins and see speed test solution all that has been done, and nothing really works. I just feel I am trying to hold on to hoe that this is the best theme but am I wasting my time?

Regarding Q 2 of change of pattern of reviews, I know that there are three system. I just want to change colour, etc. E.g., In star, it is showing black colour star, I just want to change the colour from black to golden.
Further, If I have only one criteria for review then also it is showing that criteria review start + summary stars (which I mean an average) but if there are only one criteria then showing the same twice is not worthful.
Regarding Q 4 relating to youtube, etc subscriber, I have bought the theme only 2 days ago, so I understand that the plugin is upto date. Though youtube subscriber shows 0 value though by clicking if I visit to youtube page it shows 33 subscriber.

Regarding Q 6 relating to mobile theme, I like the mobile theme and understands that it is different from desktop theme. I want to hide featured image for certain post categories on the mobile as hidden in the style – 5 of the desktop view. Is it possible.
Regarding Q 8 relating to mobile editor, as the same is not available for post, so can I presume that for posts (not pages) content created for desktop version (i.e., through visual composer, etc) will also show in mobile.
Q 9 (new) relating to hide image placeholder, is it possible to hide image placeholder space (see http://viewpublish.com/category/news/) for few post categories in article display view (at archive page of that category) as I dont have featured image for that post category. Similarly hide image placeholder in front page for that too.

Q1->Unfortunatly, please keep in mind that the post template is not available in custom post type because this is CUSTOM and in this type of post which you have made custom, you do not have available this option, sorry! You should do it yourself.

Q4->Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the right version of Social Counter which comes bundled with this theme packet. Also, ensure that you have added the right Facebook ID and also, make sure if it is valid. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Q6->Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses is too different by desktop version mode.
