Can I edit this mobile version’s menu styles and the background image?
Hi, how are you? I’m having trouble with my website’s mobile menu background colors. Although it’s all set on Theme Colors, when I see it mobile, the background is transparent. Can you please help me with that? Thanks!
checked it with Safari on MAC, same problem.
– URL is changing (showing #anchor after click on menu-link)
– but mobile menu still open and when i close it manually on “X” still showing the top of the homepage – not the position with row-ID…)
Hi,
You can order them here https://i.imgur.com/6sI6SyW.png For mobile menu you can use modal popup -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/
Thank you!
Hey guys,
how can i order the social icons on mobile menu or footer.
In ThemePanel > Social/Apis > Social NEtworks is no posibility to change order like on “Social Share” for Single Post
Thanks
Hey guys,
mobile menu dont work with anchor link. have homepage with 4 sections or row ID’s but its not jumping there in the mobile menu (only from another site to the anchor on homepage).
Thanks
Hi,
To add the social icons, you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, search after social icons and set the link for social platforms https://www.screencast.com/t/kATmr6b3yg
You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu
Please make sure the links contain the https://www.
Thank you!
Hi, I imported a header template from the cloud templates and customized it. My problem is that, for the mobile version it is showing the header that can be set in the theme panel, while I have customized a header in tagdiv composer. In the tagdiv composer it shows the menu I put togerther there but for some reason it shows the the original theme panel version on my actual mobile phone. I don’t know what am I doing wrong because I imported my cloud library template to the header section of the theme panel.
Thanks for reading.
I have purged the cache few times now and the mobile menu is working fine but the search is not working: when logged in is ok, but when not logged is just an icon with no action associated.
Thank you for the fast reply,
SD
I am having the same problem with menu and search for mobile, I have this option enabled (https://i.imgur.com/NmcWq4m.png). My problem is also that if I set a menu to the mobile menu hamburger and save, then it’s working but if I re-open the header editor (without changing anything) I see no menu selected again. The menu and search works perfectly if I am logged in wordpress but from anywhere else they do nothing.
Thank you,
SD
Hi there,
I have tried all 3 options and it doesn’t seem to work. What i have noticed is that for part of the day, the talk town mobile template works, but in other parts of the day it doesn’t work and goes to the newspaper template. The content is the same, it’s just the header and menu.
could you please help
Hi,
You can add it with tagdiv Composer, from the front end as I described above. Also, for mobile, you can use a modal popup element for the menu.
Thank you!
Here’s my site:

And a video of what’s happening:

Basically I can’t get the mobile theme to work properly. It sometimes shows up with the wrong menu at the top, other times it doesn’t. I have a mobile home setup, but that doesn’t always work either?
Hi @anamaria ,
Thanks for your help, it works perfectly.
But the mobile menu isn’t working anymore.
Is there a way to enable it with a cloud template for the HP? Or should I create a cloud template menu (in this case, I guess I would have to create a whole header, right?)?
Anything else I should fix/create?
Thanks

Hello @stefanegirard !
You can delete the text Pulses PRO from there and let only your logo to appear: https://prnt.sc/7LbqhQhKNbid
Click on that hamburger menu and choose a menu: https://prnt.sc/KM1WiaiJlPSD or you can delete this element.
You can customize the mobile header as you wish in the TgaDiv Composer.
Edit the single post template with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport and make sure you have the element called single post content.
Thank you!
I don’t know why my mobile menu (visible only on mobile devices) is different from the header template for mobile (created using Newspaper Cloud templates). When I view the site in a Desktop browser with a small screen width, the menu is as set in the Newspaper Cloud templates.
The TagDIV mobile plugin is disabled, I also have Max Mega Menu, but there the Mobile Menu is also disabled. I don’t know which part of the system controls the mobile menu visible on a smartphone.
The site I am working on is here: https://portal.pti.org.pl/
Please, help! đ
Hi,
From my desktop
On my Homepage: When I click on the Phone Viewport, I have a mobile menu (not configured – PULSES PRO appearing) with a magnifying glass and a burger menu.
If I click I have a menu sliding or a sliding research (not configured). So different from my desktop view.
Without being connected with the back office (therefore without Composer): When I shrink the Chrome window to a minimum (to simulate mobile view): the configuration of the Homepage seems ok (responsive, one column) therefore I see the mobile menu with a magnifying glass and a burger menu. I can see the content but when I click on an image or a title, I do not see the content of my post. Only title, main image and popular posts below. Just like on my cell phone.
I do not use AMP plugin
Thanks

Hi,
When are you logged the mobile menu work?
Thank you!
Hello again and thanks for the help Anamaria.
I have done everything you told me but it still doesn’t work. In the mobile version the hamburger menu on the home does not work for me, it does not respond. http://www.noticiasparacuellosdejarama.es
Sorry, operator error, somehow the mobile menu check box became unchecked, all good now.
Can you check this site, for some reason, the hamburger menu is no longer appearing on mobile: https://www.lagunabeachindy.com/ it does show on this site with the same settings: https://www.newportbeachindy.com/
I have deactivated mobile theme and AMP pages for testing, now.
However, the links to the 404 pages are still there. After investigating the source code for the desktop version of the theme, I have found following section:

Here, these problematic links are inserted in the header section. However, the links are not visible (i.e. hidden) on the rendered web pages and I cannot find them in the tagdiv composer templates.
Do you have a clue how to remove them and why/how they are inserted?
Hi,
I don’t fully understand your issue. Please provide some screenshots.
To change the font and color for the mobile menu please go to Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/0CvSgXp9H to set a background image go in Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/uvDejzbX to change the font from Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/ANBQe7hQhJd
Thank you!
I am having the same problem. None of the colors or modifications I made to the desktop version are showing up on the mobile theme. Also there is a weird background photo for the drop menus on mobile. Please help! My site is pricelesspassport.com
