Hello,
The Newsmag theme can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and theme panel settings from Newsmag> Theme panel.
Also, you have a different mobile version because the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is installed. To have the same version on mobile as on desktop, please disable the tagdiv Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
goodnight. I kindly need some help. Why is my mobile version different from the one predicted in the theme edit? Please ask for guidance on how to make my mobile version more complete as guided by the theme. Thanks! See attached image.
Hello,
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can use the responsive version.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have not installed tagDiv Mobile Theme.
I’m using a mobile page that has two viewports: landscape and mobile.
I have the problem when i open my website with ipad in some apps that detect mobile version so it loads landscape mobile page instead normal landscape page.
how can i solve it? is possible remove landscape from mobile page?
thank you
mattia
I figured out the issue and was able to restore responsive version by purging cache.
Is it possible to show the responsive version of grid when using the Tagdiv Mobile Theme? I want to override the behavior of showing 3 featured posts and show the big image with scrollable posts at the top of home page instead.
Thanks so much for your help!
How do I get the normal responsive version of Newspaper to show instead of the mobile version?
When I view my site on mobile lots of content is missing including the logo, sidebar content and footer content.
The menus also don’t show and I see a message that says “Click here to use the WP menu builder”
Also, I want the big grid to display with the scrollable posts instead of the 3 featured posts.
I deactivated the Tagdiv Mobile Theme but all of the issues listed above are still happening.
I am struggling to find the correct setting for the Mobile theme.
I have installed TownTalk theme at realreading.co.uk. The correct logo/menu displays for desktop displays, but once you get to mobile view, it switches to the EchoVerse header.
I cannot figure out how to change this.
Likewise, the MENU does not have a solid colour behind it.
Am sure there are easy fixes for both, but I cannot find them! Some pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
Currently the after instalation of the newspaper theme the mobile navigation menu (after opening from the hamburger icon) doesn’t show the menu items configures. I saw that I can enable some mobile pages, but I don’t want to create a new mobile page I just want the same menu items to show up on mobile as after pressing the hamburger menu.
How can I achieve this?
Thanks
Lorand

Hello,
I am using this theme : https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
And this is my live URL : https://newscred24.com/
But its browsing speed is very slow, not using any extra plugin here, only using WP Super Cache Plugin. I thing my Web Hosting is Fast.
Some issue could be happened like :
1. Unoptimized CSS, JS, and HTML Files of the theme.
2. External Scripts and Fonts load of the theme.
3. Unoptimized Mobile Performance of the theme.
4. Too Many HTTP Requests of the theme
Just asking above the issue is there of my points.
To make it fast of my website what will i do now. Please resolve this issue.
Thanks
On my website, I installed LiteSpeed cache because most of the other plugins were not increasing the speed of my site.
However, I have a problem when logged in as an Admin: The page does not render properly or it seems to show a crooked/distorted mobile version of the site, and does not show the admin bar on the homepage. So I cant edit the site with the tagdiv composer/editor.
However when I am on other links like news, travel, everything works properly.
This is a link of how the homepage is shown: My distorted website.
As you can see below the image,There is also a notice: “There has been a critical error on this website…..”
*When I change the theme, Everything works perfectly. Also when I disable Litespeed cache everything works normal.
So what can I do to rectify this problem without removing/disabling litespeed cache?
now i tagDiv Mobile Theme deactivat and unstall… but problem is same

Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello!
I have chosen the News Hub PRO theme, and something strange is happening with my site. After installation, everything is fine, and the design matches both the mobile and desktop versions of the site. However, after some time, the style seems to break either on the desktop or mobile version of the site, and I can’t figure out what causes it. An example of the broken style is shown in the screenshot from the phone. The same design issue can appear on the desktop version of the page as well. All third-party plugins have already been disabled, and the cache has been cleared, but it doesn’t help. Could you please advise me on what to look into?
Thank you.

Hello,
All the changes that you need to do are using the tagdiv Composer.
1. Please install and activate the tagdiv Opt-in Builder plugin to have the section with subscribe. You can use the lead element that is in the page, but with this you can only collect emails; If you use the lead element, this will be added in Opt-In Builder -> Emails.
In the newsletter provided by our theme, you can use embed code from Mailchimp, Mailer Lite or FeedBurner -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/ Please check if it is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/MaowNUz.png
If you want to use another newsletter, you can set the code in column text or text with title => https://www.screencast.com/t/N6rPZvAa The shortcode/code is automatically saved.
2. Those are taxonomies, so you to edit the template here https://i.imgur.com/Pghu7B4.png
3. The icons are custom fields https://i.imgur.com/fWqLlSV.png ->https://i.imgur.com/NPhnGP8.png, so please edit the taxonomies services and check if there are icons https://i.imgur.com/uy9Ka3h.png
4. You need to edit with tagdiv Composer, select the social icons and set there the links https://i.imgur.com/Oe836sk.png
Please make sure the links contain the https://www.

Hello @ramiz1819 !
Please go to Newspaper -> Plugins and make sure the Mobile theme plugin is installed and active. Then, follow the documentation I’ve provided above.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Also, Please can you tell me why mobile site don’t show the demo theme I installed
Mobile site have only articles , blog pages , the main home page is not available on mobile version?
Hi urishtaujjain,
I the cache plugin you are using set to create a different cache for mobile version?
For the elements that are changing the dimension it is possible to be first display a dimension and after that to load the new one (this can be also a custom css set in theme panel in css for mobile and it should be load faster in head of using the media tags, so if you have)
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
}
Thank you!
Hello!
Deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and try again.
Thank you!
