Let me know if there are still some problems.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no option to can achieve that, the socials can be set with a custom css, but for logo is no option do do it.
The mobile menu can be set for responsive version from here -> https://i.imgur.com/AZyIDTi.png , if you are using a PRO Demo with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/zy5fzLK.png or if you are using the mobile theme plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/uoesamG.png
Thank you!
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Hi Vlad,
3A, 3B, 3C, 5A, 5B, 7 – Thank you
4. Is the TD Standard Pack the same as the Theme panel? So you would recommend that I do all my edit with just the TD Composer? However, in your 3A answer, you suggest that I edit my mobile theme colours in the Theme panel.
9. http://bulletproov.com/ When I add this code, will the button always appear whether the Mobile theme is activated or not?
Thank you

In the Search Console there is new Page Speed Report online. It tells me that I should avoid cumulative layout shift. Mine is over 2,5 s for mobile and desktop. So the pages are categorized as slow. But what should I do? I have nothing changed concerning the layout?
I have done some research in the meantime and found out that it must be a problem concerning the theme layout. There is a placeholder missing for the logo in the desktop version. So, at first the text is loaded and then the image. So text shifts down and the high cumulative page shift that kills the page speed is perfectly done. Can you provide a code to set the logo image in container / placeholder to avoid that problem?
The cumulative page shift also concerns any and all images in a post as well as ads if they are not placed in a container that tells the browser the height and width of object to be loaded.
Here are two pictures:

Hi,
Please use the amp plugin with mobile theme plugin, using this option -> https://i.imgur.com/awBYe7Z.png then the problems should be solved!
Thank you!
I have 3 questions
1- I see following grid elements has problem in mobile view.
Big Grid Flex 2, Big Grid Flex 3, Big Grid Flex 4, Big Grid Flex 5 and almost all Big Grid elements and Big Grid Slide.
I want to use Big Grid Flex 2 in web site but it doesn’t work properly and looks faulty in mobile view.
https://prnt.sc/spwuuy
Your the other theme Newsmag uses a grid similar to Big Grid Flex 2 https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag and it looks perfect in mobile view too. https://prnt.sc/spwkno
Will you solve this serious problem?
2-Can we change sizes of Grid Flex’s sizes? Newsmag’s Big Grid Flex 2 has amazing height and width size.
I think we can edit grids.
3-I set “Row Stretch: Stretch row and 1200px content” for all rows in my web site. I use a Big Grid Slide in my web site. When I set “Row Stretch: Stretch row and 1200px content” for Big Grid Slide’s row, I have that problem: https://prnt.sc/spv6pr
How to solve this problem?
Hi,

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
3. A) You can edit theme colors from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/lRvUqjgV8
3. B) Yes, mobile theme is a very light design meant to provide faster speed.
3. C) No, see -> 3. B) answer
4. If you start using only cloud library templates and disable the tagDiv Standard pack plugin it will improve your page speed ( depending on its content) and you will be able to edit everything using tagDiv Composer.
5. A) Well there is the only place you can change the menu name. Also that is a wordpress features, Newspaper theme only renders it.
5. B) Please follow our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
7. You have the image button here: https://www.screencast.com/t/JDM2sTFav3m But you will still need a link for it.
9. Please provide a link to your website. We will try to activate it from CSS and give you the code.
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hi,
Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
I deactivated WP Super Cache and now it is workibg. Which settings do I need to use with the mobile theme plugin?

Hi,
To educe the margin you can use this custom css
.td-footer-wrap {
margin-bottom: 16px;
}
Also the number of px can be change after your needs.
The code need to be set in theme panel > mobile theme > css
Let me know the results!
Hi,
Let me know how can I change the setting for the mobile menu, I didn’t find settings for the mobile menu in the Theme panel. Take a look on this screenshot http://prnt.sc/spu891 I want social icons at the bottom of the menu and also want to show logo at the top of menu.
I’ve fixed the AMP version, I had to edit in “MOBILE THEME” version and ADD the code in custom code.
Just please, help me out with this one…
There are too much space in my footer…

How can I reduce the space? I would love to have something like this:

Thank you.
I have activated the Mobile theme plugin on revive.nl
But on mobile it will not always show the mobile theme plugin version.
It switched back to the normal version. Is this a cache problem?
I use WP Super Cache

Upcoming ranking signals for Google Search will be based on various aspects of page experience–combining Core Web Vitals and previous UX-related signals.
The mobile theme still needs improvement.
Hope to see new update for mob theme soon!
https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2020/05/evaluating-page-experience.html
It stopped working without any previous change to the settings or the content.
see: https://www.hlidacstatu.cz/texty/licence/
and
https://www.hlidacstatu.cz/texty/licence/?amp=1
You cannot find any content text from desktop version inside html of Mobile/AMP version
I tried to edit content of the page, disable and enable mobile theme and AMP again, stop WP-Cache plugin. No success.
Hi Vlad,
Thank you, I have managed to be able to edit the header now.
Please kindly answer the remaining questions. I have paste them all here for your reference.
3. A) So if I have the mobile theme installed then the top menu and footer is black by default no matter which demo theme I install?
3. B) If I have the mobile theme installed then my website will run much faster compared to not having it installed?
3. C) To clarify my understanding, if I have the mobile theme installed then I cannot do much editing or customization to the mobile design?
4. To clarify, you would recommend that I should only do edits and customization through the tagDiv Composer, and not do them through the Theme panel?
5. A) In Appearance > Menus, How do I change the name of the menu buttons? For example, if I want to change “Tech” to “Money”. Is there a way to change it without touching the code? https://imgur.com/lQIW7ut
5. B) How do I change the menu icons in the Menu section? And where can I find other icons that are available to choose from? I cannot find the option to do this in the TD Composer when I click on them https://imgur.com/Gbmg7mv
7. Instead of providing links to images, how can I embed images on these forum threads like how you did for answer 3 above?
9. I noticed the the button circled in red only appears when the Mobile Theme is activated but not when it is deactivated https://imgur.com/NfdCJw1. Is there a way I can include this on my site when the Mobile Theme is deactivated?
Thank you!
Hi
When I first go onto my homepage https://onemoretrack.net , the page doesn’t load using newspaper’s optimised mobile theme, though my content does work. To temporally fix it I edit the page by turning amp on/off and then it works again in mobile theme, but after a certain while it reverts back.
Ive tried clearing the cache, changing the amp and leaving it both ways, changing the mobile theme settings for apm. Same problem still persists.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Yes. The mobile 2 grid is now fine like this -> https://imgur.com/1DO2B47
But the mobile 1 grid is now like this -> https://imgur.com/yzjzvtm
But I want it to be like this -> https://imgur.com/m1nj4WQ
I used this code for it:
Yes, there is a code that is overwrite the settings from theme panel, please remove this custom css
.td-post-category {
position: absolute;
left: 0;
top: 67px;
display: block;
background: #dd9933;
color: black;
font-weight: 700;
}
but then is Mobile grid 2 messed up -> https://imgur.com/jTIXnaB
You gave me a code to move the date to the right side but is it possible to move the category tag above the title.
