The PRO demos are build with cloud elements and template, the settings from theme panel will not apply on it.

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

this code need to be set in theme panel

Also you can choose a different menu that you want to display on mobile, if you are using the mobile theme plugin you can set the menu for mobile from here -> http://prntscr.com/pwa9hl or from here -> http://prntscr.com/pwa9rj . From what I can see the mobile theme is still appearing on desktop version, this is usually a cache plugin conflict, please deactivate your it and check to see if this will still happen, also we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin.
