I recently installed the WordPress AMP plugin to improve mobile user experience. While the plugin works great, I did notice all of my “featured videos” are showing up as what I upload as the featured image. I’m sure this is by design but is there a way to fix this within the Newspaper theme? If not, any recommendations?
Thanks!
Dear team,
We would like to edit the menu size …we do not want it to cover the whole screen…we want it like goalcast.com (Check mobile version) like it to cover half the screen. Can you help us out.
Dear Team,
I have installed the mobile plugin in my site http://www.baqqit.com
however I want to edit the footer logo image and About us…how to do it…
Also, how to edit the mobile template layout…like i want to show some rev_slider over there…how can i
Again i deactive the mobile theme plugin now everything is working fine. Mobile theme plugin was causing the issue. Contact and about page is working now.
I just deactivate the cache plugin now its showing the mobile version site. But contact and about page issue is still on. So, cache is not causing the issue.
The mobile view is different what it should look like. I don’t know why? It is showing desktop version in mobile version instead of mobile version.
Now contact and about page is showing contents. But again it ‘ll be invisible. It happened in the past.
I create the contact and about page using divi builder.
I thought divi builder is creating the issue so I created a simple page in WordPress default page editor and set it for especially mobile but still, i was unable to reach the page.
And I am using wp fastest cache plugin.
And sometimes the mobile theme version shows up on mobile but most of the time desktop version shows on mobile. Mobile theme version is already active. I dont know what causing that issue. Is it the cache plugin?

Website is GolfCartResource.com. We use the plugin Ads Pro from CodeCanyon utilizing their shortcodes for the ad spaces. We’re having issues with the Header Ad not appearing on Mobile. It works great on Desktop, however. FYI we add the Ads Pro shortcode into the Header Ad Space under Ads in the Newspaper Theme Panel. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Ok sir thank you so much, this time i’m satisfied your answer. sir can i show pages on mobile version theme. if yes than how?? thank for your support.
Hi Arafat,
Here is talking about a block title. So, if you want to hide it only for mobile devices, you should add a custom class for it and then, with a bit of CSS code you can target to hide it only for mobile devices, like this ->
The code is ->
.custom_class .block-title {
display:none!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/c12ulJFmUt1d
Thanks for the message!
Hello ashishsahu,
I perfectly understand your problem. So, I guess that you do not understand how the mobile theme works. For example, your Contact Us page, on desktop appears like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v2Rl3eWTn and when the theme is switched to the mobile theme, the Contact Us page appears like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xzrFZsmEtcqL, right? Your page is created using the Visual Composer elements which are not recognized by Mobile Theme and that’s why you do not bring anything for mobile mode, as I have explained you above. Please understand this effect. This is the default theme’s behavior and in that way, the mobile theme has been designed.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Arafat,
Provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer your site and also, so I can find the element which you want to hide for mobile devices.
Thanks for the message!
Hello bharatunit3d,
I have inspected your website and I noticed that your Footer menu still working but the problem is another one. You are using the Mobile Theme and your About Us and Contact Us page is made with Visual Composer or TD Composer and place notice that the Mobile Theme does not recognize any shortcode from these page builders, sorry! For more information about our Mobile Theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you want that your About and Contact Us pages to be available for Mobile Devices, you should remove the mobile theme and use the Default General Responsive mode.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The theme is fully responsive and will adapt the website for mobile devices. Elements will change appearance and order, so they will be displayed properly on mobile. There are no options to modify how the website will behave on mobile, it is predefined in the theme by multiple conditions.
When creating pages you can preview how they will look on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ99P7tkroK
There is an optional mobile theme plugin included in the theme package. This ads a different functionality on mobile. More information here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
The ads seem to be displaying at the moment, from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pbbFDnUBVK3U
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SxYeOPB6pu
They are also appearing on mobile.
Thanks

How to hide this text (https://prnt.sc/h4z0j3) on the mobile device. Here I am using text with title widgets.
Hi why dont look the same blocks or order in mobile devices please i want look the same
It’s only displaying on mobile. is there a setting that changes that?
Hello,
Sorry but for the mobile theme there is no simple solution. It is a different implementation and the solution provided will not work.
q4: There is no widget that can be placed in the sidebar that can detect the posts shown in the main content. Sorry. You will have to create separate sidebars for each category.
q5: WHat wordpress stats are you referring to? Our theme post counter if deactivated, will not count views anymore. It will not count “silent” if turned off. It will not count at all.
Thank you!
Non-AdSense ads are displayed properly. When no ad is shown, AdRotate tries to display the AdSense responsive unit, but fails every time. It’s the same for any other ad location on the site. Fixed-size AdSense works fine. Responsive AdSense units work only if they’re not in groups.
I have tried placing separate AdSense units for desktop and mobile in the same group, but that doesn’t work either. I believe there’s something in the code that blocks them from rendering even though they are properly loaded in the source, but can’t figure out what it is.
Hi Catalin,
Yes, Q1-3 relate to Mobile theme. If provided, I can implement the code. In fact, I have implemented the author image solution on the desktop version but the same didn’t work properly for mobile. Please provide the code for the mobile version for all Q1-3.
Q4&5 pertains to desktop version but not answered.
Regards
Azhar Nadeem
Hello AzharNadeem,
The most of your questions are referring to the mobile theme, right? Please notice that the solution regarding on small author image added in front of author name has been given for desktop version and not for mobile theme version. Notice that our theme has two mobile mode -> The General Responsive Mobile and the Mobile Theme Version (with plugin). This method will not work for the mobile theme and all of your above questions cannot be made from theme settings because there is no such option, sorry! You should implement them in a code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Note: For more information about our mobile theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Please note that the mobile theme will display page content entered in the mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lkjncbvQ4hmp
Only page content added there will be displayed on mobile pages, when the mobile theme plugin is active. The mobile theme plugin is not required, if you want the same content from desktop to appear on mobile devices, simply deactivate it.
More information here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello ashishsahu,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme and it seems to work as expected on your website, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/z2ovIvMMq5 For more information about mobile theme, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If the mobile theme plugin is active, try a code like this to remove that text
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8oAnEBkDA
.td-footer-description span {
display: none;
}
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section.
Thanks
