Hello
@MercAfricanos I’m glad you figured it out.
@itkhoj I answered in your own topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-doesnt-show-updates/
Thank you!
Hello!
When I click on “Home” (mobile version) it will leads to your homepage.
Can you let me know what is the issue there?
Thank you!
Hello,
You can disable the back to the top from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> ToTop button => https://www.screencast.com/t/JVYklvqk (if you have the mobile page or mobile resposive)
Also, for the mobile theme plugin, you can only hide using a Custom Code CSS
.td-scroll-up
{
display: none;
}
Set the code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom code.
Thank you!
Hello!
When I access your mobile responsive version, I can see the weather feature in the footer, after that is reloading it when it appears this feature: https://prnt.sc/eMZ6SQzuFWsp from a plugin I guess. So, I think this is a plugin conflict with our theme.
Thank you!
Certain pages are showing empty on mobile. The same pages appear OK on desktop.
The URL is https://www.cbdgoodliving.com/.
The empty pages are SHOP, ABOUT and CONTACT.
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems to look correctly on responsive.
You can adjust the images from the elements in Composer from desktop/tablet/mobile viewports.
Thank you!
hello, everybody. I want to change the theme of my online newspaper, with TagDiv Today News PRO. I currently use Pubblisher by Betterstudio as you can see at this link https://www.gazzettadicaserta.it/ , but I like TagDiv more and it is also faster, then I am very interested in the mobile theme. But I need for the desktop version that Today News PRO is as a publisher, that is 990px of site width, including header, and that header when there is advertising skin is surrounded by advertising. So far with the instructions you gave to the gentleman from before I was fine with the container, but header does not move. Is it possible to have TagDiv as my current site? Thanks

I have setup the Mobiel Home page successfully. It has four Menu options. All work fine except the “Home” option. On clicking it shows the Desktop Page and not the Mobile Home page which is showing correctly in TagDiv Composer. Pl advise. You can check this here http://www.captainajitsirohi.in

Hello,
I’d like to disable toTop button on mobile theme.
In template settings I set:
ENABLE BUTTON (Show the toTop button) ON
SHOW ON MOBILE (Enable the button on mobile devices) OFF
But I still see toTop button on mobile theme page.
Thank you
Hello,
When you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
The issue was resolved by adding the gtag configuration directly into the AMP plugin settings. Previously I only had the AMP analytics code only on the Mobile setting under the theme panels.
Recently I install Prebuilt Website on my site – itkhoj.com, but on mobile device it shows old theme and any update make on this site doesn’t shows on mobile device.
I was already cleared all chache from browser, wordpress cache plugin, CDN and from hosting account.
If I deactivate tagDiv Mobile Theme, then only it shows new changes on mobile device.
Ok, I have worked all day and think I have most of the problems solved. I resaved all the individual pages and the bad pages seemed to sort themselves out.
I also deleted the separate mobile page for the front page as a trial and it didn’t seems to make a difference to how the front page displayed on mobile. Is a separate mobile page actually necessary?
My last issue concerns the mobile configuration of the front page. Take a look at this screenshot https://onlineinvestmentconference.com/files/IMG_0992.PNG. How do I get rid of the extra row at the top with the mobile menu/search icons in it. Somehow it’s in there and I can’t delete it. How do I get rid of it?

Hello Bettina, thank your for your reply !
That is what I did, but it still doesn’t work on mobile. On my iPhone at least, the menu doesn’t display, but it does display all right on my desktop when I minimize the browser to a mobile size.
Does the website behave the same way on your side ?
Thanks again !
Swann
Hi
We are using Newspaper theme for our site and Mobile Theme/AMP is activated on full AMP mode. Site footer looks normal on desktop and mobile (when it’s not accessed from Google SERP) but AMP version of the footer shows “ABOUT US” and “FOLLOW US” in English and we could not find a way to change them.
We are not using any translation plugins (such as WPML). How can we remove those titles from the AMP footer?
1/ Hello there I am still having an awful lot of trouble making my website work in an integrated fashion on desktop, tablet, and mobile. It seems if I create a separate mobile page from my homepage, it will work as a mobile page, but that then throws out the desktop and tablet versions. So I go back and straighten out the tablet and desktop versions and that throws out the phone version. Why does this happen when they are supposed to be separate pages. I don’t understand why if I’ve got a totally separate phone page, why does that change the desktop and tablet versions? And vice versa, why if I change the totally separate desktop and tablet versions does it end up changing the mobile version?
2/ Furthermore, why is it that I have four detail pages, and while they all seem to be the same in terms of having the same header, two of them work properly and two of them don’t in each of desktop and mobile.
3/ How do I create menus for the mobile pages? Do I have to create separate mobile menus, and links to all the mobile pages? Or will that be controlled by the server software when it recognizes its on a mobile device?
4/ Do you have a tutorial on how the desktop and tablet versions relate to the supposedly totally separate phone versions?
I think you have a powerful theme but for the life of me I can’t figure out how the heck to put it to work properly. Can you point me in the direction of some tutorials in either video or print that can show me how? I’ve been using your theme for over a year now, though not working with it consistently. When I set it up originally it seemed to do the job, but now I’m asking more of it, or maybe I’m looking at it more critically, and I can’t make it work consistently in an integrated way.
5/ Can you take a look at my website in Desktop, tablet and phone versions, and check out the menu items, and take a look at the header and tell me why things aren’t working properly and how I can get them working properly.

Thanks,

So I disabled the mobile plugin and everything looked perfect for a few days and now it has reverted back to the old look with the Romanian news logo. I checked and the mobile and amp plugins are not installed. I am so confused with the Mobil site of this theme. What can I do to at least remove this logo so people are not confused when they get the site on a phone?
Thanks
Chuck
Hello,
You can use the mobile responsive version and customize it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ciCD4bI.png
Also, for the menu please select the mobile menu and set your menu -> https://i.imgur.com/btHNHmX.png
The background image and color for the mobile menu are set in the Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu -> https://i.imgur.com/9eYp5W9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ednt2zW.png
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thank you!
Aaaargh! I had everything working on desktop, tablet vertical and horizontal. Then I created the mobile, and the phone version looks ok. But then it seems the mobile version took over as the tablet version and now the mobile tablet versions have taken over and they are all screwed up. How do I get this madness under control by leaving the tablet versions as defined by the desktop version?
Hello!
It think this is the Mobile Theme plugin, so you can change the logo from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header and the copyright text in footer -> subfooter.
You can uninstall this plugin, and it will display the one you created automatically.
Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations: https://prnt.sc/zSmXIgSMCyCj
Thank you!
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
I would just like that my website was the same in the mobile version. I already deactivated the mobile plugin.
I attached photos.

– Below is the mobile menu that doesn´t match the desktop version.
Also, when i close the current mobile menu, appears a photo of a woman, that isn´t part of my site.

Thanks
