Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

All the settings that can be done for customize the mobile theme are in theme panel> mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/Yj23TlK.png
The search button can be replace only if you make changes in theme files.

The problem with the featured image most probably or appear responsive version (without this option to be selected) is caused by some plugins, most probably cache plugins, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Unfortunately the mobile theme plugin has not been tested with memberpress shortcodes, sorry!

Your website displays mobile theme.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

The cloud templates can be edited with tagDiv Composer, also in order to display the header menu sticky you can use the website manager -> https://i.imgur.com/fsg3TbA.png -> https://i.imgur.com/n0yuZVK.png for mobile you need to do the same.

If you do not use the mobile theme plugin then it will apply on mobile too, if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you nee to set the code in this file too -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php -> https://i.imgur.com/6nPBc8T.png or you can make the replace in get_date() function in -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/DMtGvaT.png

You can achieve the menu on mobile only if you are using a cloud header and not the mobile theme plugin , you need to edit the cloud header with tagDiv Composer choose the mobile device -> https://i.imgur.com/EXyDGZM.png after that you need to add a new row above the logo or under it, depends on where you want to have the menu -> https://i.imgur.com/rbeUBKj.png set the mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/5IXiUfZ.png and set the text color ->https://i.imgur.com/VBqKyHL.png

If you want to remove the featured image inside articles on mobile theme you can use this custom css

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
