Hello @porec145!
If you mean page speed, then you need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so the latest version of the theme is 11.4.3. Make sure that all the plugins are up to date too.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hello,
Since you use a plugin to optimize the images, then thumbs in source code will be added.
Please do a test with tagDiv plugins without optimizing images then the source of a single thumb should be displayed.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, I made some tests and it looks that there are some problems with the CSS Analyzer and auto loading.
Unfortunately the CSS Analyzer is only in beta version and for the moment is is not recommended to be used where pagination is used!
An alternative plugin for this is the Autoptimize
Thank you for your understanding!
Our website is showing perfectly on desktop, whose screenshot I am giving you below. But it is not showing properly on mobile. Please tell me how can I fix it. The video and text of the homepage are not showing on mobile.
I Have to Use a Newspaper theme
Our Website URL: https://snowmonkcamp.in
Website Screenshot: https://aws1.discourse-cdn.com/envato/optimized/3X/d/7/d7e092a25fd8ce48714ca8e050e43728fdf2f5fc_2_690x317.jpeg
Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager and check if the header and footer are there and it is not selected “No footer”. Check in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and see if you have the footer template. If not, then please install a footer template from the Cloud Library or build it from scratch by uploading a blank template.
For the category page, you can add a flex block with filter Category: Current category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ The posts from that category will display.
Let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results: https://www.screencast.com/t/peVbVmUDE. For more information about offset feature, please check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/.
Check this topic to see the difference: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/location-of-specific-blocks-to-edit/
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results.
From what I can see, you use the Mobile theme plugin and there are only some settings in the theme panel -> Mobile theme for customization.
Some texts can be translated from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations: https://prnt.sc/zSmXIgSMCyCj
That logo you’ve set up in the theme panel, you can change it and delete it from there.
Social media icons can be disabled/enabled by filling the fields Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Social Networks with the unique URL.
You can delete the join / SIGNUP from here: https://prnt.sc/O96Ni2YaFjJ1
Unfortunately, you can not add other elements there.
Thank you!

Hello!
Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Also, you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Please try to reinstall the Mobile Theme plugin, clear all cache, because it was a conflict problem with all in one seo plugin.
You can use the CSS Analyzer, which is our automatic tool, very useful for the unused CSS. This tool is detecting the unused CSS and delete it.
Documentation here: https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-the-newspaper-theme-10-4-update/
Tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
As an alternative it can be used the autoptimize plugin .
Thank you!
Hi,
This situation can be from some cache or optimize plugins. Can you please check if this problem is happening when you are logged on the website? If the problem do not persist, then it is from the mentioned plugins.
Also, if you want to disable the Infinite Loading for Single Posts you can do it using this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Thank you!

Hi gono, the CSS Analyzer can be used on pages and cloud templates. On pages it can be removed the extra css and on cloud templates it can be only generate the critical css.
As an alternative it can be used the autoptimize plugin .
Thank you!
Problem came from the plug-in “Page Optimize” by Automattic. At a first glance, it looks fine. I’ll check on the mobile device and close this ticket later in the evening.
Hello!
Which kind of slide do you use? Try to disable the lazy load: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb, delete the cache and see the results.

Hi,
I think that I remember a similar case that was caused by some cache or optimize plugin. Did you made a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problems persist?
It looks that by default the height of iframe is 880, but something is setting an inline height -> https://i.imgur.com/Olu59tm.png
Thank you!
Hi,
This plugin can be used, only certain settings need to be used. For example, you can try the settings in these articles:

Hello!
The tagdiv Composer is the main plugin for this theme and it has a lot of customizations. For example, if you have a lot of elements on a page, then it could load a little bit slower. Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.

Hey @nedeljko1,
you need to optimize your theme, use optimization plugins, fonts preferably local and two, no more, convert images to another format.

not
heading (on own line)
image and excerpt (side by side).
can u whip up 1 demo like this in your block section
and i won’t bother you again 😉
Hello!
Yes, this is a recommended tested cache plugin.
I’ve heard that you could improve the page speed with the WP Rocket plugin, but please take care for a future plugin conflict with our theme.
Check this guide too: https://www.xtechkr.com/optimize-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi Arlink, there were a few reports from other users about the same problem, most of theme were from a plugin conflict or custom settings on host.
An alternative option for the CSS Analyzer is the Autoptimize plugin. This will do the same thing and should work without problems.
Thank you!
I see. Is the mobile page set only on the homepage?
I see that there is an image that it was deleted but it is still assigned in theme panel or in page -> https://i.imgur.com/bUFFnYZ.png please check this section -> https://i.imgur.com/0lh176B.png
If you want to adjust the current mobile page you can do it by setting a small image size for flex blocks featured images -> https://i.imgur.com/CZ0d4LI.png
Use custom fonts and not google fonts -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Can you remove it and check to see the results? Also, I think that I founded some guides with Wp Rocket plugin(most of users said that there was no need for a mobile page or mobile theme plugin), if you want you can make some testes:
-> https://www.xtechkr.com/optimize-newspaper-theme/
