My theme panel cannot open other options. I cannot modify my website, ads etc…. It’s not clicking. Please, what can be done?

I have problems to configure the information of the blocks of this web:

In the bottom part of the page of the previous link, there is a block with the title “Lo más visto” that is configured with the most popular of a category called “Cultura”, but it shows all the categories. And there is another block with the title “ARTE”, which shows nothing and should show the most seen the last 7 days of the category “Arte”.
I have verified that there are articles to show in both categories, and in the case of “Popular (last 7 days)”, is enable from panel.

What can happen?
Can you help me?

I’ve also tried the following;
– Disabling all plugins
– Changing theme to WordPress Default (With all plugins disabled)
– Logging in from another browser
– Adding define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); in wp-config.php

Our site has recently started adding a photo credit below featured photos that automatically goes with the user who uploaded the photo to our WP gallery. The problem is that our photographers don’t always upload their own photos so photos are getting miscredited. The problem started about a week ago, which was around the same time as the last Newspaper update so I’m curious if any other Newspaper users are having this problem, or if it’s unrelated to the theme.

I want to know if is it possible insert the same number of ads in normal post in a post with amp version?? One at begining, other middle and last one end of post. And, will be possible to show logo and menú in amp posts, because, visits enter, read the article but they can not go to other page of website :(.

Hello team, I recently added Adsense Matched Content ad unit to my blog @ catholicgallery.org. After addition, I found that the some of the images in the matched content unit is not correct. This happens only with the pages. I tried to check the structured data markup. The single pages did not show the image structured data and hence google chooses a different image. Check this URL https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool#url=http%3A%2F%2Fbible.catholicgallery.org%2Fecu-tamil%2F . Please add this image data to pages. If it already present what is wrong with the configuration. Also some of the posts not displaying the thumbnails correctly in Google’s matched content ads. Is this the problem with Google or with my setup. These units works fine in other peoples blog. Please clarify.

This is a suggestion. As Google has introduced the Google Auto Ads in Adsense the theme ads section should also get this feature so that it easy to implement the auto ads on the site.

Other ads can implement using this ads section…

We have the newspaper theme activated in our site and it has been noticed from few days that in the backend media->library, the search is not working. What ever we types in, it just loads and never bring us back any result, though the images against the typed keywords are present there.
If we switch back our theme to any other say twentyelven, the search starts working. Can you please provide us the solution on this?

Hi there, if just installed the plugin and copied my non-Adsense code
<div class=”td-visible-desktop”> … blablabla… </div>
or
<div class=”td-all-devices”> <!– Your NON AdSense code here – this ad will show on all devices –> </div>
in the plugin custom ad box but cannot see them. Do I need to set any other code for AMP stuff?

1. Google for mobile to mobile ad allows 320×50 when I create this size and pass the client and slot to the Header Ad of the AMP setting then it does not take the 320×50 into account, it makes it bigger and square.

2. I’ve deactivated creating photos for 265 x 198 and I do not have such thumbnails. How do I make another choice or totally remove your own Related Posts Module and place a Matched content unit;

3. the already existing post will appear on google as amp OR applies only to the articles I add by activating the plugin afterwards?

4. embed code Instagram does not display the post with the photo. no solution?

I installed the multi-purpose plugin as well as uninstalled the 2.0 TDC and reinstalled it with no change. I am very disappointed in this as I can not update my main home page. TDC is working on other pages that were built with it.

I see that this issue is quite common, I am hoping that I do not have to re-create my entire site to move forward.

I am doubtful that this is why our TDC’s have stopped loading, although it is worth the time to investigate.

This has been an issue for almost 60 days now. Please let me know how you feel this can be truly resolved…

I have not been able to save a lot of changes in Newspaper as well. There have been random things over the last months that I did not think to document. Even this morning I am trying to create a new blog and I used a previous draft that even though I am saving the new changes, it is not consistently saving them on the site.

I am hoping not to get a generic answer here and if there is anything I can do to answer any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I realize that you are just now hearing of my issues, although NEWSPAPER has been great until a a couple of updates ago and now I am unfortunately losing market share and momentum.

Hi I have been playing around the theme for quote some time and want to list out some features that can make it even better.

1. FB Comments – The ability to choose between wordpress comments, FB Comments or both.
2. Better Blockquotes Design – Right now the blockquotes offered are pathetic in terms of design.
I don’t know why a Newspaper theme doesn’t have better blockquotes, when our news articles require a lot of quoting and referencing.

3. Post Specific Ads – Ability to Override Site-wide Ads or close ads on individual posts.
4. Mobile social share – like Sumome or Sharethis : appearing on the bottom of the screen while someone is browsing through mobile.

Also, it would be better if you stick this Post so other members can suggest future feature requests without having to create separate posts like this.

I had your Newsmag theme installed and the TagDiv composer working fine; but I have now also installed Newspaper and activated that theme, and the TagDiv composer is not working properly. I can’t change the column layout on rows now.

When I click on one of the arrows next to layout to try to select another one I get a message at top of screen saying
“Invalid row change detected: this.oldValue:11 and curValue: [object Object]”

Have deactivated all my plugins apart from the TagDiv composer and TagDiv social counter and still get the error. Any ideas for what’s going wrong? Is the plugin different for Newsmag and Newspaper? Perhaps that caused an error and I should delete and reinstall the plugin?

i use revive adserver to serve ads. After plenty of hours i decided to change the theme and the issue was gone.

This is the problem: HTML5 banners are not working with newspaper theme. It is working with other themes, on other domains, systems etc.

The Adservers hostname is a subdomain of the domain that should show the ads. Like adserver.example.com

On example.com, i get these errors (only when HTML5 is delivered, image banners working well):

(index):1 Failed to load https://adserver.example.com/www/delivery/asyncspc.php?zones=5|9|10|11|9|11|9|9&prefix=revive-0-&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2F&referer=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2F: The value of the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. Origin 'https://example.com' is therefore not allowed access. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute.

Revive sets it’s own header, therefore they collide. Revive is setting the domain where the banner should placed. Newspaper seems to set a wildcard.

How can i get rid of that wildcard?
