Hi
On my page there is a horrible ugly passé gradient that I can not get rid off:

I have gone through the settings but it is not located anywhere. I have also added this css to my header template:
.td-header-gradient:before {
content:none;
}
..however it looks like it might be coming from the page template?
Please show me how to get rid of it!?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, then the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
AMP is very restrictive when it comes to the ads and to the content. What type of ads are you planning to use on AMP exactly? Are they compatible with AMP?
The most popular and widely used type of ads used for AMP are AMP auto ads from Google https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261309?hl=en
We provide a field for entering the code https://i.imgur.com/2kAsROP.png
Also the mobile theme ad spots will load ads on mobile or mobile + AMP https://i.imgur.com/YEkMJ6N.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve turned post view counter off in the settings….

…and deleted the box where it sat from the single template…

it doesn’t show on desktop…

But it’s still showing on the mobile page….

What am I missing?, there is no mobile template loaded.
Thanks
Andy
Hello @lbaddhan!
These templates can not be edited with the tagdiv Composer.
We suggest customizing the old templates with child themes or setting them with the help of the theme panel settings.
Please note that the custom code requires custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
The easier method is to build your own single cloud post template without any custom code help by importing a blank template (in order to make it editable with the Composer): https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply, i did check the tutorial but the option is missing.
Also i have not installed any other plugin except newspaper theme.
I also tried to create a new page with the Default template and still this option is not available.
I can send you a screenshot if this helps.
When the WPMU DEV Forminator plugin is enabled, it messes up the tagdiv Composer in the tagdiv NewsPaper theme. I disabled all plugins and it alone is the culprit. It’s kind of funny, because it messes up the tagdiv builder on templates/pages that have no forms on them.
Forminator v1.19.0, WordPress 6.03, tagdiv NewsPaper Theme 12.1.
See screencast:

Hello,
Please read this conversation and then below one : https://prnt.sc/Tjjd89mP2hig
We have these templates modified in the child theme: https://prnt.sc/OpT5u3stWyTH So now you can see this is the current page which I want to modify with new design: https://wordpress-745984-2533952.cloudwaysapps.com/deepika-padukone-feeling-better-after-being-rushed-to-hospital/
So let me know what can I do? The post template settings are selected to “Style1” and when I try to edit single_template_1.php file, it is not reflecting anything. So let me know.
Thanks.
Hello @Wolfgang !
For me, the WordPress Customizer works as expected with our theme and no errors are encountered.
As we have our builder, we recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello,
Seems you have the mobile theme and AMP are still activated on the website. Please deactivate those plugins and purge the cache a few times.
Usually, this problem is caused by the cache plugin, which doesn’t have the option for the mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please disable the redirect from the mobile version to amp -> https://i.imgur.com/7Z7V82x.png using that option your visitors will never see the responsive version, only the amp version.
The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:

Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
There are some settings in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme and Dashboard -> AMP only.
You can not add a shortcode as in the TagDiv Composer. Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please note that we don’t recommend you use WP Bakery anymore since there can be conflicts between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery; also WP Bakery can’t edit the tagDiv Composer templates. You can use the cloud library and directly import a homepage template if you want: https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
All the Cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/, and you can ask us here on the forum if you have any questions.

Hello, I have serious issues with a cloud theme turning every page into the same one (content) after I updated the theme and WordPress to latest version. I reversed to a back up, just need to know if you want to check on this because the only other choice I have is to make like 41 individual templates, which I think would be way too much. I was going to send you a ticket with credentials but the support button sent me straight to the forum. The template can be seen here: https://www.puertoplatadr.com/gov/
This is the template: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_scuba_pro/tdb_templates/search-template-scuba-pro/

I was using the default Pro Newspaper theme for my website elkgrovedailynews.com
I had to reinstall the default template and this message appeared twice at the top of the page:
Notice: Undefined offset: 1861 in /home1/elkgrews/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php on line 210
I tried a few different templates and that same message appeared.
I am currently using the News Life Pro template because the error message above does not appear.
However, I prefer using the Default Pro template.
What is making the error message appear, and how can I remove the error so I can use Default Pro template?
Also when I reinstalled the default template, the Big Flex at the top of the pages did not properly display.
The top of page flex block
Hi, I need to enable the “unique articles” function to get rid of the duplicate articles from my front page.
I am using the default template but still the unique article option is missing.
I’d be really grateful for some input please.
Hello @shivangtomar!
On every post made with the TagDiv Composer, you used that single template. You need to assign that template to other posts in order to have the same layout/design.
The page from your example (Short Code) is a page, not a post, so you cannot assign that single template. Because this page was not created with Composer, you cannot edit it with TagDiv Composer and eventually paste the sidebar created in your single template.
A workaround there could be to create this page with the TagDiv Composer and then you can create that sidebar. Otherwise you can not display that sidebar on a default page.
Thank you!
Hi,
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 5 tabs: General, Layout, Style, ADS and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).
Thank you!

For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/3
The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Hello @sunilhzb1 !
This issue with the Mobile version on Desktop has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-site-displaying-on-desktop-site/
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. Hello @interwebsurfer !
You can import sections, pages, templates from that demo.
Only Newsletter works with Mailchimp: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/

Hi,
From the cloud, you can get blank templates for cloud templates, templates, and sections. If you want to add a page, this can be done from the pages section -? https://i.imgur.com/ChyRWu0.png
For posts you got a single post template, now, for pages, there is no template n cloud, only pre-build pages, sections and blocks that are pre-made.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can remove the Single Post Author select with tagDiv Composer and with a right-click you can delete => https://i.imgur.com/GNzcGmJ.jpg , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg this change will be applied to all posts that use that template and you can delete any element like this.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please go to Template settings and select Pagebuilder+latest articles+pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/DnjT0ec.png.
Refresh the page.
Thank you!
Thanks for the quick response! I’m trying to load some cloud templates but I dont see the same options as in the tutorials.
I have the tadDiv plugins installed:
https://ibb.co/VQYMq7X
For instance, I’m not able to load a blank template:
https://ibb.co/BfYfTC8
I think it’s because its recognizing it as a mobile page for some reason? I tried creating a brand new page but I get the same result:
https://ibb.co/ZV1zfX8
I was able to load a template on a “post” just not sure why I cant get it working on a page. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.

Hello, for some reason that I don’t understand in several sites where we have this theme, when we are editing a page, we cannot see the “Page Template Settings” (td_page_metabox). Apparently it’s defined like this in “wp-admin.css?ver=12.1” line 5293 to 5295.
See the examples: 01.png as it appears (even being active in the editor); 02.png as it should appear.
Can you please check if it only happens on our websites or is it really the case?
We have already deactivated all plugins, we have reinstalled the TagDiv plugins, we have already rolled back to previous versions and nothing! The problem remains. It only happens on the pages, in the posts everything is ok.
