i have a Problem regarding the WordPress User Profile.

The Link to the Userpage ( nearby the Login Button) brings me to a userpage wich is not correct.

When I publish a new article, my home and internal pages are broken down.
I don’t quite understand when using the mobile template instead of the normal one
I use the wpsupercache plugin and if I clear the cache things seem to be fine.
What can it be?
and I think some cloud templates have disappeared…

I am watching videos of your documentation tutorials but the videos do not match the Theme !

Is it the category or cloud templates, the sidebar or single-post page… Almost every video is out of date and does not match the Theme panel settings…

I am not able to find current informations about how to use the mobile theme and amp correct. Nothing works…

So sad to see such a good theme with such bad documentation. And in the forums i need to wait days for an answer because so many people can not handle the documentation 🙁

I really do not want to leave a bad review so kindly update your documentation as soon as possible!

Now mysite.com/tag redirects to a template sample page. But I want to see redirect to 404 page. How to redirect such unused on my site URLs as mysite.com/tag, mysite.com/category, mysite.com/tdb_templates/* etc. to 404 page? Via .htaccess or WP plugin? Then how to get a full list of such unused URLs? I don’t want users to see any sample page on my site.

1) MEGAMENU PROBLEM:

The menu is “blocked” by one subcategory named “GRÜNE” as you can see at the screenshots.

QUESTION #1: How can i remove and get rid of the “GRÜNE” centered directly below the MegaMenu?
QUESTION #2: The order of the MegaMenu SubItems is not like i have ordered them in the WordPress Menu Backend. How can i make sure that the order of the Menu items is exactly like i ordered them in the WordPress menu?

2) CATEGORY PROBLEM #1:

When i am using cloud category template and i click on a category item then all categories show up instead of only posts of the selected category.

When i am inserting a special category tag color for all of my categories then they should appear on the post-page.

4) INFINITE SCROLLING PROBLEM:

When i am viewing a single-post and i am scrolling until the end of the single-post then below the comment section starts a new post.

5) VIDEO SIZE PROBLEM:

I have inserted a video via the tagdiv video-embed function.

6) WRONG TRANSLATION:

When i am using the “Default” settings of the Social Followers on the homepage, then there is a wrong translation (Nachfolger instead of Follower).

7) SIDEBAR PROBLEM:

I have changed the sidebar content on the homepage. When i am going to any other page like single-post page then there is a completely different sidebar on each page.

Hi,
we just upgraded the theme to v10.4 and started using the TagDiv Composer.

We copied some widgets written in raw HTML code into our homepage and single posts template, but we encountered this error: “Errors at columns elements: 4(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.

Now the TagDiv Composer editor is stuck at the error and doesn’t allow to add, edit or remove elements.
We’d like to remove the last HTML widget we inserted that caused the problem, but we can’t for this reason.
How can we solve this issue to get the composer working again?

Desktop it is also displayed but mobile is not loaded the mobile template. What could be the reason for this?

We are using Newspaper 10.4, tagDiv Composer 2.8.

We have integrated other social platform with wordpress. Integration plugin hooks in with new comment number calculation method with:
add_filter( ‘get_comments_number’, array( $someobject, ‘somemethod’ ) );

Logic is simple: sum of WP comments and other social media platform comments (via APIs).

Newspaper correctly displays comments number when in the_loop (home page for example) or in the_post (single post).

But when the home page section is built using block (template: global header template) it is only showing number of WP comments (so doesnt count comments from other platform).

Looks like the hook is not working in this block?

Please advise how can this be fixed or what should be checked?

I’m trying to redesign some things. I used the footer default pro cloud template and moved the elements around a bit. Then in the composer I added row stretch to “Stretch row” so that it is stretched for the full width of the site. But for some reason, whenever I stretch any of the rows circled on the image (https://prnt.sc/118bwmx), the website becomes horizontally scrollable, how do I fix this horizontal scroll bar appearing?

We are using the newspaper theme (Version: 10.4) with tagdiv mobile, composer, standard pack and official AMP plugins.
We are using mobile + AMP theme in Transitional mode
We would like to customize the template for posts, currently the AMP pages uses the template /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php
Based on documentation of AMP plugin I added the newspaper-child theme and created a folder called amp in the child theme root and copied the single.php file to this folder renamed it to blog.php and created another copy and renamed to home.php, then added the following filter in the child theme functions.php:

Hi, I’m following the instructions on adding a new page for my reviews outline in your instruction https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ but whenever I try to go to Cloud Templates > Add new this error message appears – https://imgur.com/msYdpVL

Is there any way I can import new cloud templates? I tried making a new page and loading the template from there but I couldn’t find the reviews page that I like that I saw from https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single

Since we updated to version 10.4 and updated all the plugins, our cloud template pages, we cannot add or modify anything.
when activating the debug we see that when editing the page with
tagDiv Composer gets the error Undefined index: social_rel in /var/www/vhosts/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_social_sharing.php on line 954, any change is impossible the editor crashes.
We have increased the resources for the correct operation as specified in the version update
