I think that you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Libraryy, this can be edit using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/jMQFQgK.png and use the right click to remove the element -> https://i.imgur.com/ac8ykHE.png also check in mobile version too -> https://i.imgur.com/gtpnYog.png

I have done some tests on my website but I cannot replicate this error. The importing of this cloud template seems to work as expected. I suspect this problem comes from your hosting provider which might do not have enough memory and that’s why that error appears on the frontend when you try to import a demo. I suggest you consult your hosting provider and request to them to increase your system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, if the problem persists, try to change the hosting provider to another one. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and Cpanel access so we can take a closer look at your setup configuration page.

I already check the Cloud Templates, Its not from there. When creating the post I am just selecting style 4 style.

In order to make the site full width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.
These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.
If you are using a background color / image this will cause the boxed layout.

Do yo think; deleting the current single post cloud template from the -Cloud Templates- Page will revert old posts to automatically selecet -From Panel- option? Then do you think we can apply new cloud templates…work around?

If you are using the Disqus plugin, please deactivate it from pages, let it active only on posts, also this is an untested plugin, therefore we can not provide technical support for the provide provide by this plugin.

The cloud templates that you customized will not be affected, these are saved in database, and you’ll delete the tagDiv Cloud Library files the data for tagDiv Cloud library will remain set in database.

The Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination from page template is the same as the posts loop, if you want to can be able to use tagDiv Composer to edit it set the page template on default and use only the posts loop from tagDiv Composer.

Hi there,
I’m trying to add a sidebar to my blog posts but it’s not working.
I’ve created a template where there is the blog post content on the left side and the sidebar on the right side and when I view the template it works perfectly. But when I apply this template to a blog post the whole sidebar ends up at the bottom of the page. So for the first problem maybe you can use tagDiv Composer and set some flex block where you can display the post you want, maybe this will help you!
For the second problem, the Guest Author was not tested with our theme, therefore we can not say if this will work or not correctly with our theme, sorry! if you want you can check our documentation for adding multiple authors to your articles -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/ please notice that this will
work only with standard post templates.

I switched to the new Newspaper X. The problem is that it is extremely slow. I cannot change or edit anything (templates, articles, pages) without losing the connection to the server or waiting for hours to load an article. Everything because of your update. I have thousands of users every day and your theme is full code that makes problem. Please fix it!

All good, it seems like I needed to modify the Home Page to use the Template called :
Pagebuilder + latest Articles + pagination
It gives me exact what I wanted with the pagination and page 2, page 3, etc Great!
But so far I don’t really know how to customize the look of the “latest articles + pagination” block that I get now at the bottom of the page with this template.
I can’t modify the block with TD Composer.
Therefore, if I drop a Post Loop 2, I can customize it. But I would need to remove/hide the block coming from the template. Do you see what I mean?

I have assembled the entire website with Cloud Template, categories, pages, homepage, blocks, search, 404. everything!
When I deactivate Standard Pack Plugin, everything changes.
I don’t see code, no. But the blocks move, change color, the text is over the photos. On mobile it is a disaster.

How do you get the TagDiv element “search form” to center align?
In tagdiv, when clicking on any of the Horizontal Alignment buttons, the search form does not move from left align. I want to center it.

I created a new page for video news. I wanted to use the video news homepage template. After importing it overwrote my main home page. Is there a way to import the various templates and create section pages.

If I’m right this is because you are using a footer page, so you’ll need to edit that footer page, not the content from theme panel footer, because this will apply only on footer styles.

You guys brought a fine feature but single post template bulk update do not apply. I did not even try the bulk category template feature..which I believe is also not working. ( Update: I need to go to each post, in the end of the post, you need to select, post template, FROM PANEL. Than it applies. But again, we have to go each single post. simply the feature do not work.)
Also, the issue with -WPML string translation resetting itself after changing the theme panel language- still continues. Here’s Simion’s last reply..

I have recreated the issue on my end. For example I have translated the header template and the footer page fields – https://prnt.sc/qtc1hn – https://prnt.sc/qtchl8 – https://prnt.sc/qtchqp And then I did what you mentioned, changed the language in the theme panel and saved. The strings disappeared – https://prnt.sc/qtcicr If I changed the language back, and set the header template and footer page again, they reappeared – https://prnt.sc/qtcito and the translations were still valid, just that the strings disappeared.
I can’t say if this is supposed to happen however (most likely not), or if it happened up to this point, or if it started happening after the recent updates. I will make a note of it and pass it along to the developer team, they will investigate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for any inconvenience. Let me know if you notice anything else, or if you have more questions.
This is not related to the cloud library issue mentioned in the topic, that was a different issue. That issue caused cloud library templates to not import correctly or at all when WPML was active, which is now fixed.
