Unfortunately the content from author template is different from the one that is in page, if you’ll try to edit the page with template content corm cloud you’ll get some errors, also is possible to do not work properly because is was not build to work in this way, sorry!
If you like that template the best way will be to create it with tagDiv Compose.

You would need to edit the page template for that, if this is required. By default in a page that uses the latest articles template, first there will be the content of the page, and then the latest section – http://prntscr.com/nmb15u you could modify the order in the code, then check the results.

1. There is indeed an ajax menu option for blocks, it can be found in the filter tab of the block settings – http://prntscr.com/nmai6w You can choose from displaying categories, tags, authors or a popular filter. When enabling the ajax filter for example by categories, by default it will show all of them. You can enter category IDs in the filed below if you want specific categories to appear in the filter

The same for authors and tags.
2. Blocks have a few pagination options besides the load more, you can select the one you want in the block settings, filter tab – http://prntscr.com/nmak32
A numbered pagination is not available for blocks. If you choose the page template with latest articles this will have a numbered pagination, and it will appear at the bottom of the page – http://prntscr.com/nmal66
You can choose a module for this latest articles section, it has other settings as well.
3. Those would be the excerpts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-excerpts-introduction/ most modules can display them. There are automatic excerpts and excerpts you can set manually when creating the post – http://prntscr.com/nmalu1
The length of the excerpt can be set in general for each module, in the theme panel->excerpts.
Blocks have more specific settings if you for example want a block to have it’s own length for the excerpt – http://prntscr.com/nmam9z

You can find the child theme in the package that you have download from themeforest , you need to unzip the file and look in Newspaper-tf > code -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SkcjyR0cOz
Also now is no need to use child theme to customize the post templates of blocks/modules, you can customize the single posts templates from tagDiv Cloud Library directly in theme using tagDiv Composer also you can use flex blocks instead blocks, these can be easy change with tagDiv Composer.
If you like some parts from demos you can find theme in tagDiv Cloud Template and you can get them from there, without need to install the demo ( or you can install the demo and use others demo parts from tagDiv Cloud Library ).

I use the theme for 5 websites and I can’t find the fix for this issue.
I only use categories to be able to use some widgets (like related articles). But I don’t want to show any category page to visitor or to Google. I understand that it’s possible to hide the category of an article through css in frontend, but it does not stop google from scanning those no-index pages.
This is bad for SEO.
I understand the theme has not been built to hide this parameter in the backend (only in css), but we need a way to remove them from back end.

It appears that under your Watch Now section you have a Latest Articles section and the latest articles section provided by the page template can’t be moved – https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-tag-templates/ it will always appear at the bottom of the page and it will use pagination.
A solution is to choose the default page template for the page in question, then add a block called latest articles and sorted by latest (which will function the same way basically) in the location you want. You can choose from the default blocks

Or use a flex block and it’s options to customize how it looks

Hi,
If the post has both categories a and b it will appear in both category pages. When using cloud category templates and loops to display the posts, the loop element has a setting to exclude specific posts by ID – http://prntscr.com/nlzp4g
But other than this there would be no other ways to exclude posts that normally should appear in their category pages. Unless maybe you create a cloud category template and use filtered blocks and grids, but then that template can only be applied to a specific category. That would be a solution if you only want to do this for a few categories.

If I understand correctly you want to set the “text with link” at the end of each post, for this you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, all you need to do is to edit the template with tagDiv Composer and set at the bottom of post the text you need -> https://www.screencast.com/t/l4tgywADyFnE after that all you need to do is to set the template on posts, and will not be need to make any changes in theme files

We have set up cloud header template 3 and set the sticky menu to off but still when scrolling down the page the sticky menu shows up on desktop version.

Unfortunately you can not use the WPBakery to edit the the demos, all demos and template are build with tagDiv Composer, using others builders will brake the pages.
Also since Newspaper v9.7, you’ll need to activate the tagDiv Composer to keep the Newspaper theme functionality you’ve previously used.

Maybe I’m getting something wrong.
I’ve installed the plugin you suggested to remove unused thumbnails from my server. It says: “Delete thumbnail files for old unregistered sizes in order to free up server space. This may result in broken images in your posts and pages.”
So, once I run that, it will result in broken images. What’s the sense in that?
Then, It says that my thumbnails are 17 different sizes. I only have 11 activated in my Newspaper Theme panel. So, once again, what’s the sense in regenerating all of them?
My question still remains. I need to remove all the thumbnails that the template is not using. So, how can I do that? Please, I need some help, I really need to reduce the 400,000 inodes that I have in the server urgently.

On the homepage you have a sidebar made with tagdiv composer and in post page you have a sidebar wich is made from widgets. In order to have the sidebar from your homepage on every page you have to add a single post template from the cloud library and edit that with the tagDiv Composer. You could begin by deactivating plugins, that would be the first step. Disable all non-theme plugins as a quick test and check if the issue is solved. Could be a plugin tat causes it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also if you use a child theme, try to disable it temporarily.
Empty pages shouldn’t provide such an error. Have you maybe made any modifications to the page template files directly?

Yes, it happens again. If any of the templates(Page template, category template etc) are choosen as Default Template in the theme panel, the site brings strange amp version to desktop, especially on the secondary language.
