I believe it must show next article.
One more quesiton
I can’t position the View counter and comment counter properly.
Now this https://imgur.com/heBOWYn
My ideal position is this https://imgur.com/gg19Pov
I blocked IP except Japan for security reason but I removed it now,you can Access now.

I will send a screenshot of the current settings.
Hallo,
We’re trying to break our category page into smaller post loop sections to insert additional content after every 6 articles. While the preview works correctly, cloning a column and setting an offset for the next 8 articles, the live site displays the same posts as the first section.
We’ve also recorded a screen capture demonstrating the issue.
Could you please help us resolve this?

Hello!
Check these examples:
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_watches_store/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pc_forge_pro/
You can use any demo from our list and apply the features:
Also, you can have a mix of them. You can import only some sections or templates of your current-designed pages from those demos. The template’s manager is in Cloud Templates.
Check out this video about how to create a website from scratch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
I hope that helps you!

I did a lot of optimising and I want to say that fast speeds are possible. I have NGINX and have redis and fastcgi also I use WPROCKET. When you optimise things correctly – you get great speeds when pages are cached. However, if you have trouble with noncached pages which was my case – I used Super Speedy Plugins. Without cache pages used to load for 10 seconds, now they load for 1 second without cache, also you can check my search bar – it has incredible speeds with over 500k posts. I will attach a link to the plugins, I left a video review for them and you can see the difference. https://www.superspeedyplugins.com/ (scroll to see my review).
If you want to I can share my wp rocket settings if needed.
Hi,
Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause and check the suggestion from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-panel-settings-are-not-being-saved/ -> https://community.godaddy.com/s/question/0D58W00007ggvUDSAY/403-forbidden-error-not-sure-why
Thank you!
Hello Annamaria,
Thanks for the very fast answer.
I tried with both PHP version 8.0 and 8.1 the very same error persists.
Meanwhile I also tried with other prebuild websites, for example with “DEFAULT PRO”, the very same error occurs. , so this is a more general issue. I also carefully read the other thread you linked https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/, but unfortunately there are no steps to follow there and also there is no solution described there 🙁
I am using official WordPress docker images, so any developer on your side can spin up exactly that image and reproduce the error:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.3-apache
or as you recommended:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.1-apache
– wordpress:php8.0-apache
For detailed diagnostics, all my experiences are on freshly installed images, with no other themes and plugins.

Hi Bettina,
thanks for the information, but I would like to upload the video myself from my website and not from Youtube. Is there another solution to see the preview image in the video player? Can I insert or use another video player in Composer?
Thank you, Christiane

Hi there
I downloaded single post template-Crypto Gaming PRO from cloud library. In “Live Preview” the body of this template is black, but after when I edited it with TD Composer, I realized its body is white, and some components are not correct. I am surprised why “live preview” is black; however, when editing with TD Composer, it is white!! Do I have to add some CSS code to that template to make it black?!!

Dear TagDiv Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I have recently created a website called topbooks.us, where I write book reviews. I am using the Newspaper theme with the The Critic template, and I greatly appreciate the functionality provided in the Post Settings under the “Reviews” section.
Specifically, I am using the options such as:
“Is this a product review?” to enable the review system.
Star ratings, percentages, and points to rate books.
Adding feature names for more detailed ratings, assigning scores, and even adding additional rating categories.
Writing a review description.
All of this is working perfectly, and I find it very intuitive.
Now, I would like to know if it is possible to rank posts based on these review scores. Ideally, I would like to create a ranking system where posts can be sorted by their overall rating.
Additionally, is it possible to create rankings or filters based on different categories within the feature names? For example, if I have feature categories like “Story”, “Characters”, or “Writing Style”, could I sort posts by these specific criteria?
If this is not natively supported, could you please suggest any alternative solutions, plugins, or customizations to achieve this?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Rubén Maestre

Hello,
Please check the WordPress wp-memory limit and set it to 256M. If it’s still not working, please double the limit and review the other settings in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. Also, ensure that you are using SSL and have sufficient bandwidth. Our server provides a bandwidth of 1GB/s, while my home connection is 500MB/s. If your bandwidth is low, you may only be able to access certain parts of the cloud. This can be done from the frontend, for example, when viewing a post: https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg, from tagDiv Composer: https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png, or through the backend: https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J.
Thank you!
I have a Posts Block on a page. There are 9 items that fit the filter, and it is set to show the first 6 on the first page with 2 rows of 3 each. Pagination option is on. Everything looks fine in the editor, but when I look at a preview or the live site, the 2nd row distorts the featured images of the posts. The first row on the second page looks fine. I’ve tried deleting the block and adding it back again, same thing. I’ve also tried changing the dates of one of the posts, so it moves from the 2nd row to the first. The image for that post now appears fine in the 1st row, and all 2nd row images are still distorted… even the one that moved from the 1st to the 2nd row that was fine now appears distorted.
Some other tries… If I keep it at 6 posts but 3 rows instead of 2, the first 3 posts show fine, but the next 3 are distorted. I also tried 1 row of 3 each, and all shows fine on all 3 pages. If I change it from Grid to List, same distortions are seen.
Here is the url:
https://www.justhacking.com/types/upskill-challenges/
I tested this on multiple browsers and platforms. Some show everything just fine, but most have the distortion.
Windows Desktop:
– Chrome and Edge look distorted
– Firefox is fine
Android Mobile:
– Chrome and Edge look distorted
iPhone Mobile:
– Safari is fine
Thanks in advance for your help,
Don
Hi sorry for the confusion
I mean there are two Instagram & Twitter links that have been added in the article. But the preview is not showing properly. Please open the article and check, two embedded links has not been showing properly, That’s the problem. We need your help on this.
I found a workaround by using the flex loop instead of the post loop but now the article preview image is a slightly different size. There isn’t a ‘article image’ setting in the flex loop like there is in the post loop to change this. What do you recommend doing?
I am currently using Urban Observer theme, Sometimes X & Instagram tweet preview is not showing properly. Kindly need your help on this
Hello,
Please click on this https://i.imgur.com/vuif0eN.png and add the license like in this guide to activate https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ and check the console if the theme is not activated. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause.
Please ensure you don’t have mixed content errors; you can check the console. You have to use an SSL plugin to fix it and then try to activate it again -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
I am using the Newspaper Theme and noticed issues with color contrast reported in Google PageSpeed Insights. Text readability is flagged due to insufficient contrast between text and background. You can review the specific metrics in the PageSpeed report. https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-e-agrotis-gr/cmooiryfvd?form_factor=mobile
Could you guide me on how to adjust the color scheme or settings in the theme to improve contrast and comply with accessibility standards?
Thank you for your support.
Hi Anamaria,
Found a solution! Under Post Settings, I’ve set the default site post template to ‘Default’ and the Public Preview plugin is working.
Cloud Templates are instead configured individually for each category, under Categories -> Per Category Settings -> Post Cloud Library Template.
@StefanGebala hope this is helpful to you.
Hi,
I suggest using a standard template when sending the preview link and then switching to the cloud template when publishing it.
Thank you!
Anamaria:
This is exactly how this plug-in should work:
1) You save your post as a draft
2) Then you create special link that you can send to people, and they can have a look of your unpublished post.
But after changing into cloud templates this link is not working – it redirect into template instead of post preview.
Hello,
Thank you very much for your detailed response and assistance.
I wanted to clarify that I’ve only used Elementor for photo galleries and to embed Instagram videos with HTML code in the past. Currently, I’m embedding Instagram videos directly using the Classic Editor, so I believe this transition won’t cause any issues related to Elementor.
Regarding the mobile menu, it wasn’t that I couldn’t set it up, but rather that I hadn’t done it yet. After reviewing the tutorial you shared, I now understand my mistake, so thank you for guiding me!
For now, I’ll continue uploading the old entries. Later, as mentioned in my other forum post, I plan to redesign the entire site from scratch. I believe this approach will provide me with more customization options than the “Magazine Pro” template I initially used.
I do have one question about the process: once I redesign the site using tagDiv Composer, would it be strictly necessary to remove Elementor Pro? I’m hesitant to do so unless it’s absolutely required, as I want to ensure no design or functionality issues arise.
Additionally, I’m wondering about the best approach to starting over. Should I create a completely new homepage and rebuild everything from scratch, or is it enough to simply create a new template and apply it? I want to ensure I’m taking the right steps.
Thank you again for your guidance and support!
