I have a really strange issue –
The main header menu (category menu) on the site has suddenly started to show either a 404 response
Or: one single article from the category
I’m using Ubermenu – but have deactivated it and no change
It’s happened very recently and I can’t figure out what is causing it – even if I enter a category url to a browser window – it delivers one post from the category (the same post each time and not most recent) or a 404
So westbridgfordwire.com/events/ – nor response 404
westbridgfordwire.com/news/ the same or a single article POST
Can anyone help?

Hi team,
We have a strange bug, all VC components are not visible inside admin, they are not loading, so we can’t change anything. But a website is working well.
And if we create a new page all VC elements are there.
So we have a problem with a Home page – http://sport-tek.ru/

Strange problem here.
We have a default sidebar, showing on all posts.
The following posts have exactly the same settings on the edit page, but one of them has a sidebar, the other do not. Any suggestions?

Hi guys
When I press the “search” icon on the top-right corner of my site on a mobile device, the whole content block floats up.
From there I can’t scroll down to see the rest of the homepage. The only things I can do are clicking on the post, and refreshing the page to be able to scroll down again. Please advise me on how to fix this.

It’s nothing strange at all. We do not recommend any minification options coming from plugins. W3 total cache is known to cause issues with our theme so if you can, please switch to wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ as for the minification, we only recommend cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

I’ve disabled all plugins and checked the settings again – now It worked. Then I’ve tried to activate one by one and the option worked with every plugin. After I have activated all plugins that I have activated before, it still works.

We try all you write, but nothing. Also we use defalut NewsMag Theme with plugins.
This problem occurs for some strange reason and definitely has nothing to do with Adv plugin. 2 weeks ago we have not this problem.
What happened:
When I place the ad zone within the body site, it seems that the body is separate and then that area become clickable and belong to the background site. Whatever I put on this place and even the text I can click on it and go to background link.

Hi, i have a strange problem…after updating theme all seems ok but every link (post, menu, etc…) on the homepage does’nt work. If i open that links on another page they are ok…but if i clik on the link normally nothing appen…like i have no clik.

I do not exactly understand what you mean, but please notice that our theme uses some thumbs and all the images which were loaded there will have been cut in the certain sizes for a better look because this is the theme system. We are getting a strange effect on the slider on our homepage. The slider is stacking all of the text for each of the titles on top of eachother.
Any ideas? We have disabled all plugins and it still doesn’t display correctly. We are running version 7.2 of the Newspaper Theme.

My site is rendering strange in Firefox but good in all other browsers. column layout in top articles block (block 3) rendering 2 thumbs whitespace next row 1 thumb 2whitespace
next row 2 thumbs whitspace.
Anybody else experience this? Any resolution?
The mobile theme will convert the homepege as the guide I posted above shows. it will convert it tyo a grid with 3 featured posts and a list of the latest articles.
I’m not sure how you were using it and not having the homepage converted. It;s a strange issue. Maybe there was a plugin conflict that prevented the mobile theme from being active. The mobile theme was not tested with any plugins so we cannot say for sure which one will conflict with it or not as it’s still version 1.0

Please make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again. If the photo is still not displayed properly try to regenerate your thumbnails and test the site again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

The problem is repeating itself.
It’s all up to date on my website, but the page does not display the last two items in the correct order and social data counter appear totally wrong.
The strange thing is that this does not happen on the first page of the site.

Help me! I’ve done everything you said but still can not solve the problem.
I’d rather not reveal the url for my website here, but I’ve had some substantial problems with the Newspaper theme ever since creating my website. Every few days, all the settings on my website reset and revert back to default settings. This is absolutely unacceptable because every time it reverts to default, it erases hours and hours of work I’ve put into customizing my website. In addition, sometimes the theme just randomly deletes all of my custom logo images (including favicons and bookmarklets). Again, this is not acceptable because, when this happens, my website is virtually useless to visitors. I could lose serious traffic because of this.
Yes, I can revert to my settings by importing theme settings, but I just did this and my website still isn’t functioning 100% correctly. For example, some of my articles are still filled with strange characters, forcing me to re-upload those articles. Luckily, my webiste is still in the early stages of development, but I plan to have several thousand unique visitors a month in the near future. To be taken seriously, I need a theme that is capable of handling this type of traffic without having a website full of embarrassing bugs. Please help me fix these problems because, as of now, this is extremely frustrating and troubling. My website is extremely important to me and I simply cannot have this happening. I just can’t.

Blimey! That was somewhat easy. Strange because I copied and pasted my code direct from the WordPress instructions on creating a child theme.
That seems to have worked, I’ll slowly try to add back in the changes I had made on 7.2.

Hi Tagdiv team,
I have enabled the mobile theme for my site: tellyreviews.com but strangely I couldn’t get a mobile-enabled presentation (layout) and ‘only when’ I choose manually ‘Request desktop site’ on Chrome browser, I do get the mobile-enabled layout and even AdSense Ads gets to display.
I have already read few supporting pages about fixing this issue, at this end the mobile theme was always de-activated at the jetpack settings page from the onset. I request the support team and/or users to guide me in resolving the issue.

You have a strange line of CSS causing it

You can fix this by adding custom css of this
body.td-animation-stack-type0 .td-animation-stack .entry-thumb, body.td-animation-stack-type0 .post
