Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. I suggest that you check the system status – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and make modifications if needed, according to the guide, because this could be the cause for changes not saving as intended.

It seems that your Visual Composer is not right installed or also, maybe you do not use the latest version for this plugin. To be safe, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins from the packet. If you identified the Adsense manager plugin to be the cause of this, and removing it solves the issue, then maybe it is a matter of incompatibility at some level between this plugin and elements of the theme.
You could also check these parameters in the theme status, and make modifications if needed – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ because this could also have an effect on your modifications not saving properly. Please let us know how it goes.

I see that the speed booster is disabled because of akismet.php. I cannot disable akismet. So what can I do to enable speed booster

This should not happen at any time, not to mention when you change the header style. The theme is tested and the demo functionality works properly. In your case something went wrong, be it a plugin conflict, or maybe custom code entered in theme panel, or added to the theme files.
Please try to make a fresh theme install – https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and install only the plugins bundled with the theme.

From what I can tell, my system meets all of the required specs and I am running the most recent versions of WordPress, Newspaper Theme, and Visual Composer.
All required plugins are installed and activated (Visual Composer). No other optional plugins are active.
Again, problem is instantly solved by changing to the 2016 theme and instantly resumes if I change back to the Newspaper theme.
It doesn’t appear to matter how I embed the social media post. If I use the embed shortcode or if I just drop in the URL as per the WordPress Embed codex.
This is kind of a big problem for us as the site relies heavily on social media posts.
If I had to guess, the Newspaper theme is running a filter or action on the embeds. I believe this is true based on what I have read in other posts in the forum. My guess is, something in that filter or action is timing out on some social media posts or is failing to recognize the formatting of some URLs and not others (less likely.)
So my questions are.
1) Does the Newspaper theme run a filter or action on embeds or in any way interact with embedded media?
2) If so, where is that code located in the theme?
3) Do you recognize that this is a theme issue and not a plugin / social media issue (since the problem only occurs with the theme activated)?

1. Please try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching you have installed and purge cdn files if you have this system. Then check to see if the problem with the images is still occurring.

Good afternoon, please could you help me with these problems. The page with the widgets takes a long time, I can not drag and drop any wingets to footer 1 for example to add another gadget.Page freezing for long time. The problem exists in all browsers. I buy extra licence for Visual composers, Ultimatte addons for VC, Slider Revolution with all extra plugins, visual composer toolkit (undo-redo,copy-paste) and ultimatte layouts for VC.I DISABLE ALL BUT THE SAME PROBLEM.

Second problem is when I go in selecting customize option in my page has much delay and crashes but there I can make changes, but too slowly.

Likely check error log for your hosting account.
Check system status in theme panel to ensure you have enough RAM allocated to WordPress.
Consider fewer modules in sidebar/footers, don’t use ‘mega menus’, turn off lazy loading animation, consider turning off related posts/more by author, and the like.
If your system getting ‘overloaded’ from peak access times, you need to look at optimizing your site for both resources on your system, and how many things are using those resources in your layout.
