Hello EricStur,
Please check the server minimum requirements to be met, system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello barahona06,
You should provide your website so I can take a closer look at it. Ensure that your theme has been correctly installed via FTP way according to our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and all system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
I am trying to edit my site, but when I click on Edit with TagDiv Composer, the page goes completely blank. All plugins and theme are updated. I already did the suggestions that I have found on here, such as:
Also in some cases there was a different issue you could try this solution as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
These two did nothing to solve my issue. Please help.
Hello parsonsdesign,
First of all, please ensure that your system status parameters are highly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Please use this guide to increase the memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
First please check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If necessary, ask your hosting provider to increase the value of those parameters according to the guide (WP memory can be set higher if possible). Then check if the composer works properly. Also test on a new page. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hi,
It should not matter in which post you are uploading images, either featured images or content images. If you are having problems uploading images, please try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.
Also check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the mentioned parameters if needed.
The following would be some basic steps to take if the issue persists
– https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/229-fixing-errors-when-uploading-images-in-wordpress
Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hello sejpost,
Make sure that your system status parameters have been correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, the PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
The latest theme version of the theme is fully compatible with PHP versions up to 7.2. So are the theme plugins (be sure to use the latest version)
If there are problems despite using the latest version of the theme and plugins, and you tested with only the tagDiv composer active, we could take a look. Check the theme system status before
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Send us admin login, as well as FTP and cPanel access if possible, at contact@tagdiv.com and we will investigate. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That could be caused by insufficient resources, please check these parameters in the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase them if necessary. Then check if the issue is solved.
I have deleted and reinstalled the theme.
I have deleted and reinstalled tagdiv composer & multipurpose plugin.
I have tried deactivating all the plugins but in vain.
System Status Parameters are also fine.
Still I am getting the same error.
Need your urgent response.
hello i want to ask something, i installed Speed Booster plugin why in system status not green? and out read v4.9.1 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected please help me. thank you
Hello,
I cannot add elements in the home page using TD composer. When I drag an element only the name of the element appears.
Not the element placeholder with the element options. The tagdiv composer works fine in other pages.
I have attached a relevant screenshots and my system status.

Please check if the composer has been updated automatically, it should be version 2.1 and multi-purpose 2.0. If it has not, update them manually. Update all the other theme plugins you have installed.
Check as well the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If needed ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Then check the results and let us know.
Indeed, there seems to be a delay for the stylesheet to load. That may be related to the delivering of the website resources. There are many errors in the website as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mEKoftTn5
A first step would be to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any caching installed. Check if this has any effect. If you use CDN try and use this configuration if possible (do not use rocket loader)
Check the theme system status as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
That is usually caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements you can check in the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If necessary ask your hosting provider to increase the parameters mentioned in the guide to the recommended values. Then check if the theme panel works properly. Let us know the results.
Traffic level is low (1000). I am using VDS. 2 CPUs, 4 GB Ram.
I am having problems with Mysql, Cpu and Ram. I have the same problem when I close the plugins completely and try it. Removing the tempo improves.
In order to get me the best result in VDS, I need a resource that will tell Apache, Mysql settings correctly. CPU usage reaches 250%.
I applied what is described in the following links.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Is there anyone who can send me the Apache and Mysql settings for VDS urgently?

Hi,
Indeed there is a 404 error on the admin ajax file, when the website is loaded
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bQBgFOIeBwF
And another 404 when the pagination is used
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GVGqNa8Xuy6B
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
You should also check that the system status and make sure that it’s set properly, you can check this in system status section within theme’s panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know the results.
Hi,
I have this issue in “Newspaper system status”:
Speed Booster v4.9.1 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: admin-renamer-extended/admin_renamer.php
The plugin:
Admin renamer extended
Disattiva
Lets you rename all admin usernames with GUI.
Versione 3.2
I believe there were similar cases when an incompatible PHP version was used by the server, in combination with the theme. I see you are using theme version 8.5.1 that supports PHP versions up to 7.1
You could check the PHP you are using in the theme system status
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xpjl4lKha
If needed ask your hosting provider to use a lower PHP version if possible.
Support for higher versions of PHP (7.2) was provided in update 8.7.
Let us know the results of the investigation.
We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, as well as FTP and cPanel access if possible. Check the theme system status before
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
And deactivate all non theme plugins to exclude possible conflicts. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
Visual composer is not enabled for posts in our theme because it is not recommended to use it on posts, only on pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
It could be enabled to be used on posts if this is absolutely required for you, in the plugin settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/MjQXwAwxllU
The bundled version of Visual composer provided in the theme package does not require activation, please ignore the activation messages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
That is an unusual issue you are having, so in the backend the post content is not visible despite the post having content. You could try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect. Also take a look at the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hello,
Please first make sure you use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and get all of the system status parameters properly adjusted.
also the file permissions can be a possible cause.
Please read this guide: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/
Thank you!
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
It could also be a file permission issue: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/wordpress-user-roles-and-permissions/
Also please make sure you increase your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
That could be caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements for the server and WordPress configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Check the theme system status and ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources, then check the results. Let us know.
Thanks
