Hi,
Please update the php version from v7.4 to 8.1 or 8.2 and the problem it should be resolved.
Thank you!
Hi cassiano12,
This is strange, because when a post can not be indexed there is a reason and this appears in GSC.
I also teste the article with the Schema.org and Rich Results Test – https://i.imgur.com/aH0Ge0Z.png and everything seems to be ok.
Do you use extra plugins for cache/optimize and CDN? if you do, then please make sure that all cache and cdn are cleared/purge when a post is updated or publish, I saw a similar situation when a user do not know that he has CDN and this was not set to be purged.
If the problem still persists after this, then please do a test using only the theme plugins and try to manually index the article: Indexing pages to be included in search results
Thank you!
I am getting this same issue, any update?
Thanks
Ok, but that still didn’t answer the question whether it is possible to update the preset by adding another module to it. So I just want to add reading time so it can be displayed on the front page.
Hi there!
I have created the AMP version for the website smarknews.com, but ?’ve got some problems. I tried to take a look to the issues of other people in this forum, but it was unsuccessful.
First of All, I’ve created the home mobile version as you wrote in your documentation:
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
I’ve used one of the mobile templates (newspaper mobile).
But if I try to load the page from mobile, it doesn’t work, even id I try to clear the site cache with the suggested plugin wp super cache.
The page is available here
https://www.smarknews.it/home-mobile/
But the stranger thing is that if I try to load the homepage from my desktop device without reloading the browser’s cache, it loads as mobile default version (with all the stream of the news without categories division)…
I’m not understanding where I’m doing wrong…
Thank you for your attention!
Andrea
Hi,
I just checked the provide links and I see that you are using a theme version from 2019 and this can be the main reason, this will no longer be compatible with the latest WordPress and plugins versions, so what I can recommend is to make a full backup for the website and update the theme – How to Update the Newspaper Theme
Thank you!
Hello!
I’m working on this website https://viajarvivirysaborear.com/ and several things are not working.
– First of all, the home page is not being displayed. You can see all the other pages but not the main home page.
– When trying to update the theme to see if that’s the problem this message appears: https://cutt.ly/ywNQ5BVm
– Also, it doesn’t recognize that i have a licence key here either. https://cutt.ly/uwNQ6cmZ
Hello,
Website Link: http://www.thehempcow.com
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thehempcow
Our Instagram followers are: 1070
But it is not reflecting on our website. Our website reflects the number when we configured and integrated instagram account with website.
It should automatically update within some days at regular basis.
Kindly let me know how can we fix this?
I have a problem regarding YouTube videos on the website. Every time I use an “embed” YouTube video in any post, Google indexes the post, but does not show it in the search.
If I remove the video and update the post, it appears in the search normally. Do you have any news about this being a problem regarding the theme? If yes, how to resolve it?
My site: https://mipylist.com.br
Thanks a lot
Cassiano

https://prnt.sc/jp2Ovy3VCIvI
Last, time your team told me that you need to do this: “Please access Newspaper > Plugins and make sure you have the tagdiv plugins installed and activated.”
But, I already installed and activated on website. Please see the below link:

Today, I restored the backup of the website but I need permanent solution of this issue. Please update me asap

[WP Optimize Premium v3.3.0 caching active]
When displaying a posting/blog article it doesn’t show views number+1 because obvious it is showing a cached page.
But refreshing the page’s cache and the viewing it again doesn’t show number update as well.
I first thought that it wouldn’t show due to the same IP address I do the page views, but with VPN it also does not count that view.
Is there a way of updating page view numbers in background with page cache on?
Thanks.
Hello,
We currently have the Newsletter theme version 8.5 installed.
So we purchased the updated version of the Theme Newsletter 12 on ThemeForest.
I downloaded the Newspaper-tf file, extracted Newspaper.zip to a folder called Newspaper then uploaded it to: /wp-content/themes/Newspaper/
The site broke and we have errors like:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘td_css_compiler’ not found in /wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:998

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/
Thank you!
Hello!
Improving page speed in WordPress is crucial for providing a better user experience and optimizing your website for search engine rankings. Here are some tips to help you enhance your WordPress site’s page speed:
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve to users, instead of dynamically generating them each time.
Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.
Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can also enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.
Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page loading time.
Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.
Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.
Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
Ads can significantly impact the speed of your WordPress website since they often involve loading external resources and scripts. You can try to limit the number of ads, optimize ad sizes and formats and implement lazy load on your ads.
By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.
Thank you!
Hello!
The fix will be available in the next update.
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hi,
If you want, you can contact our custom work team here, and they can help you update the theme safely: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases); in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello,
Have you recently updated your plugins, theme, WordPress, php? Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again
Thank you!

Hello,
Please let me know what browser you use. If you use Safari, please try using another browser because there is an issue with the latest Safari update.
Thank you!
Good day, we are in the process of updating from Newspaper Theme 8.8 to 12 and looking for documentation on the best path for the update.
Dear Waleed9, Why are you so much confused? Just relax and access Cloud Templates option from your admin pennal. On this page you can create different mobile templates for all website pages and for any modifications you have to update both Desktop and mobile template.
It’s very easy to do and it increase website speed/performance too. I am also using the same. Even I stop using amp after getting this feature with newspaper theme.
Dear Anamaria,
Thank you
Can you rephrase what you said again because I didn’t understand?
I have read the documents carefully, although I think that the documents are not good enough, especially regarding the mobile phone
But I understood the bare minimum
See: https://prnt.sc/29cgC3ttNZcu
In order for the mobile version to be applied, you must create a mobile template from the icon at the top of the home page
Then there are two options, one is to import a template or to auto-configure from the desktop template, which is the option that I made
I created a template copied from the basic template for the main page, then I also created another page for the categories page in the same way, and I have not yet created the posts template.
Now how many options are there to view from mobile?
In my opinion, there are three: 1- Using the default desktop template with the modifications available in the mobile section on the left side next to the desktop options without configuring any templates.
Or 2- Create a new template for mobile, either by importing ready-made templates, or 3- Configure by copying the default template
is not it ? Is the template that was created based on the default template on the home page the same as the desktop template in (1) or is it an improved version, especially for mobile (3)? I want to know this point
Now what is the function of the mobile & amp plugin here?
The problem that you mentioned at the beginning of your comment, I think it is the one that appeared when I entered the categories page. It appeared on the categories page. Therefore, I created a template for the categories as well in the past few days, after some modifications to the template that I created for mobile from the top of the home page. When I enter from mobile, it sometimes appears. Non-updated copies of the modifications I made, i.e. previous copies, and sometimes when I enter from a mobile phone, the site appears, but in a form devoid of images.
This happens with any modifications I make on desktop or mobile
It seems that the matter is stable now, and there is no doubt that AMP also posted a message on my site when I activated it before I deleted it and I am trying to get rid of all his problems. All of this happened simultaneously.
Forgive me, Anamaria, I did not understand what you said about the mobile plugin or that thing that you did not find
thanks alot
