You can manually update from 3.8 to 3.9.1 without an in-between step.

How about the next theme update? Will it overwrite the file?

Thank you for the version 3.9.1 update This has fixed the search and tags issue and also updated the media bakery to 4.2.2 unfortunately their latest version is 4.2.3

Also the breadcrumbs are still broken for categories?

Updated to v3.9.1 and the problem isn’t solved yet.

Update: now the site loads, but I cannot connect with WordPress.com in order to connect Jetpack (I had deactivated all plugins), and I’m also getting the message “This theme requires the following plugin: WPBakery Visual Composer”, but the plugin is active.

This theme is a complete mess.

I know that but this theme get a lot of updates and keep going back editing a file all the time is work and time..that’s why i share the plugin where make it easy for those that don’t want keep playin with codes…

Hello, after the upgrade my site is lost, as you can see. When uploading the Visual Composer, I get the messahe “The plugin doesn’t have a valid header”.
I cannot revert to any other theme, screen is always blank.
Any suggestion?

I turned off all plugins and still have the same issue. Also Media Bakery is now showing to update to Version 4.2.3 This site has Version 4.2.1 ?

When I activate tagDiv speed booster version 2.2 The search feature and navigation scrolling work as well as the BG Image but if I do a search I get a completely Blank whit page. The same happens if I select a tag.

When you say the breadcrumbs have been fixed do you mean there is another update? The current version I am on is 3.9 and the breadcrumbs for categories is broken. I have them active in the admin but they dont show when selecting a specific post ie. all I see is Home > Post name ?

Hello Lucian,

since, I’ve made lot of modification to the theme, can you tell me in updated verison of the theme, which files are affecting this problem, so I would udapate only them?

If it is a small edit could you please provide the instructions here. The update is not live yet! And my site needs to be fixed asap!:(

Has this been fixed in the latest update 3.9 as I also have jumped from under 5% to 85%+ and it is effecting time on page and number of page visits so its becoming critical. The site is http://coconutoilpost.com – Many thanks
