Hello, this is my first post! Sorry for my rusty english.
I’ve just purchased the last version (12) of Newspaper theme for WordPress for the site of a client, who uses the 7th.
After the activation, i got a problem of visualization, as you can see in the attached pic. The browser responses with the code of the page.
After the uploading via ftp, I went on apparence -> themes and I’ve activated the new version. There was a required plugin update. After this, i purged all the caches of the site… and I saw this:

Now, I downgraded to v7 but I have some critical errors in my backend.

Hello,

This morning I noticed that the authors’ information no longer appears in our posts/articles. I opened up a post and searched within the widgets for author box options. The old Author Box widgets seem to have been replaced with new author widgets. There seems to be no transition from the old author widgets to the new author widgets and all of the articles now no longer show authors. Is this an error in code that will be updated? I really don’t want to have to go through all of our published articles and replace the author boxes that were located above and below each article. Please advise. Thank you.

I am unable to add archive templates for custom taxonomies. I am using ACF plugin. When I import a blank template it’s added in the list of templates in Cloud templates->CPT/Taxonomies->Custom Taxonomies – Templates, but when I make any change to the template from the edit option that we get when we hover on three dots (not edit with TD composer), it disappears from the list.

For example, I imported a template from cloud library for a custom taxonomy that I created called “section,” When I clicked on edit, it took me to new tab. There I changed its name from Blank taxonomy to Section taxonomy template and updated it.

When I retured back to the CPT/Taxonomies section of the cloud library and scrolled down, I found that my template was no longer there. This message was written there: “No cloud templates. Please import one or more templates from Cloud Library.”

I tried this 5 times — same results. I once even tried not making any changes, just clicked the update button. It still disappeared. But surprizingly, I found all the invisible templates at this url: “mydomain[dot]com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tdb_templates”

My website even sent me an email regarding the fatal error caused by tagDiv Cloud Library. You can see the snipped it sent me below:

Please also note that there are options in the edit window to select the template type from the dropdown like “header, search, tag, etc.” I tried to experiment with that as well. I once kept it at default “No template type” and after encountering the issue changed it to tag, but it didn’t help. I couldn’t find an option for custom taxonomy in the dropdown.

Custom post types and taxonomies are the foundation of my website from structural perspective. This issues has caused me great inconvenience and more than that, frustration. Please help.

How do I remove the spammy ads that have nested in my wordpress backend since an update? I have paid for and purchased a paid software/theme, how does TagDiv now get the idea to show ads as well?

The tagDiv Opt-In Builder feature update is good news for many users of this theme.

However, at the beginning of the new feature, there were only 2 types of payment, namely bank and paypal. I myself can’t use this type of payment because of a number of things, because of that I haven’t used this cool membership feature until now. But is there an even easier type of distribution now? because I myself didn’t download the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin just to see what’s new because it’s a pain to have to modify the page again.

Such as through third-party services, creator donations, such as the use of QR or 1 account, many different types of payments.

I have been trying to change price text font, color, and size for variable products using tagDiv composer. But it seems the setting is not part of the Woo add to cart element.

I also want to use variable images (small icons) instead of dropdown to select variable products.

Do the settings exist pls? If not should I be expecting it in future updates???
