I’m sorry to hear about this.
Before every update, you need to deactivate the non-tested plugins with our theme and then update the theme and tagdiv plugins too.
Try to deactivate all the plugins and cache plugins that you use and try to reinstall the plugins again.

I have to revert to previous version as it spoils my template appearance.

Yesterday I install Litespeed Plugin. and today i noticed Newspaper theme not showing any leatest post on home page. Its shows only january 21 before post. Whats the problem? I have deactive Ad inster,Litespeed and others plugins but issue isn’t solved yet. Please Help Me. I have purchased Newspaper Theme 31 December 2022.

An update from version: 12.1 to version: 12.2 has broken my website https://fundabook.com/ entirely and it is not recovering back. Why would you offer updates if they are not compatible or may broke a website. This is my second time my site is broken because of an update. I had to undergo a complete redesign of homepage due to an update but posts pages were working but this time it broke single post page as well. I am no where now. My website has a A LOT OF TRAFFICe but it is completely useless because of this theme. I am going to scrap it very soon.

I am having trouble with 2 items.
1. bbPress spacing is off. I would like to use the default 1200 stretch layout for it but I do not see anywhere to select that.
2. When I try to add a custom CSS tag to the bbpress.php (or any theme file) it does not update on the site. It shows the file has changed but does not update. I clear all caches on site, backend, etc but can’t get anything to change on the theme files except for “css” files.

It’s done. The template was not set up as the Global Template. Now it’s showing the updated date on the blog.

I have added the single post template from cloud template and saved the changes. https://prnt.sc/oujUXAV5dy1j After that I have made some changes in the old blog and updated it but it’s not showing the updated date on the post. https://prnt.sc/2luggPGqB3Xe
The thing is, that drop down menu (for selecting the header template) is empty. There is nothing there to choose from. I will try another solution first: revert back to an old WP installation (from just before the update) and then make sure to safe the custom built header as a template.
Next I will do the update to 12.2 and hopefully be able to choose the template from the drop down menu if the menu is wrong again.
If the broken homepage (sometimes it’s normal, sometimes it isn’t) is also still there, I will post it in this topic.
you should find a way as google sends me a manual penalty on this. I removed it manually but it start rendering after every update. please find a permanent solution for this.
We are using the Newspaper template version 11.5.1 with the TagDiv Composer editor and it has generated a sudden failure that we can not solve.
The error says: Error at zones: 6(models) : 11(dom). The model does not match the content The current state has implied a problem. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z).
This error appears on all pages of the website and does not let us edit anything.
We have tried to update the theme and the plugin but still gives the same error.
Attached is a screenshot of the problem, we are waiting for your response.
i have the same issue as well, started happening after update to 12.2.
instagram feed was not showing, so i disconnected in the theme panel. when i tried to reconnect, I got this error.
{“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}.
I updated the Newspaper theme to 12.2 and it messed u the header layout. This actually always happened after a Newspaper theme update, but then I only had to activate the updated tagDiv plugins and then it went back to normal, so to the header the way I designed it (from a blank template).
But now that doesn’t work and the layout of the header stays messed up. I deactivated/activated and uninstalled/installed the tagdiv plugins (composer and cloud) several times but to no avail. I tried clearing all the cache, still nothing. I switched to the default theme and back to Newspaper, no luck. The PhP version is 7.4.33.
When trying to edit the header in the tagDiv composer it says that this header is not editable with the composer and that I should use a cloud template.
Lastly. It randomly displays the homepage super strange both on desktop and mobile with everything totally out of whack.

First of all, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

You need to edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer by clicking on the green button while you access the homepage in your frontend. Also, you can find an option to edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer in the Pages-> homepage(hover).
Click on the menus and you can choose which menu to display there. You can create a menu from Appearance -> Menus.

This I already activate when I updated the theme
Update– the issue isn’t related to caching. It’s regarding my mobile-specific page. When I have the Mobile Page and AMP plugins activated, the mobile page doesnt load, even though I have a mobile page assigned to my home page.
Solution (to have a static mobile home page): Looks like I need to have AMP activated and Mobile Page deactivated. And recreate a new header/footer. This wasn’t clear from documentation.
I’ve updated my website but my changes aren’t showing globally. I know this is a common wordpress problem, but I’ve done everything within my troubleshooting abilities and it’s still showing the old version.
I deleted cookies/ cleared cache on my browser, cleared cache on wordpress through a plug-in, hard-refreshed the browser… not sure what else to do to make my changes show?
On my phone, it shows “no posts to display” (the old version).
