I have solved it. I have one more question. Is there a known way to prevent when there is some td composer update from losing the configuration I made and having to re-overwrite the td_fonts.php manually?

As far as I can see, this error was caused by the update to 11.4.
When I rolled back the backup everything functions great.
All the requirements for the theme have been met (execution time, php limit etc…) and it seems that other users are experiencing the same thing…

It was a while ago, but I will try to remember and share here what I did.
From the WordPress Dashboard, you can look here:
Plugins > Plugin Editor > tagDiv Composer > (select Newspaper) > (select parts) > (then you will find menu-mobile.php)
From here, I don’t remember what exactly I changed, but what will help is to use your browser’s developer tools and inspect elements, and most developer tools should let you make the edits there, then you can see how it changes the website.
I think my site has updated the theme, and probably reset / re-uploaded the code for that file, so I am having the same problem again (otherwise I would have just copy and pasted and shared the code I had with you).
I do wish the tagDiv devs could be aware of this issue and look into it.
I believe it has something to do with there being two sections in that mobile-menu.php file:

I updated the theme to 11.4 today and since then i am not able to view the frontend of our website properly. I installed few prebuilt themes with demo data, but still it not showingup in the front end. Can you help us to fix this?

I would rather not edit the tagdiv functions.php to add the WordPress Excerpts edit interface ( that is present in the posts edit on the right hand side underneath featured Image) as advised by WordPress here !
As you well know, it would be overwritten with the next update anyway.
I see, under preferences, I can show “Custom fields” but did not immediately see an option there. But perhaps it is there.
I would also rather not find a plugin, because of security concerns. Fewer plugins the better.

I’m experiencing a strange problem after the update to the latest version. I’m unable to save new code in the theme panel ads fields. It just keeps “saving” infinite. If I refresh it all fields are blank.
Also seems like all previous codes are not there, showing blank fields, although they are showing on the website.

tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is updated and activated, but still does not display templates?
What is the best way to globally change fonts on the theme? I have set the fonts in the Theme panel to the correct font and set all the widgets to use “default font” however, it still does not apply to all elements of the site. I want to avoid setting the font on each individual widget to make it easy to update globally in future. Is there a way to do this within the confines of the theme settings, or do I need to just use global CSS code to override the theme?

Unfortunately, that file will not work in a child theme, but I hope that in the coming theme update those elements to can be translated, I made a request on our list for this.

After an unspecified update, icons are always displayed on the leftmost side of the column instead of besides the text when setting “Horizontal align” to center or right.
“Space between text and icon” has basically no effect in this case, so I think this is a bug.

All the theme updates relate to the cloud library will not affect the current templates, also the empty rows and inner rows will not be display on frontend only in editor.

Hi kubick, unfortunately not, the new update was related to the opt-in builder .
If you are using another sending system and this is providing a code for subscribe, then you can set it using tagDiv Composer in a column text or text with title and if is need to adjust the layout we can help you with some css.

I had faced similar issue. It had nothing to do with the Cloudflare rocket booster, but with the permissions of the file that it is used by the editor. Please reset your permissions in your origin. (The issue appeared after the update to 5.8.3)

First we need to identify what can be the problem with the mobile version, did you checked if this is display when you are logged? If yes, then this problem is related to the cache plugin that you are using, this do not have a mobile cache (or is not enabled).
Now if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then is no need to make new posts, but, you need to make pages using only the mobile theme editor -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ or if you are using mobile page, then this can be edited using tagDiv Composer
About the amp problem, did you set some code in amp settings? Also, this problem persists if you use only tagDiv plugins and amp?

Did you made the mobile page only for a page (homepage)? or you made for each pages and cloud template ? If you made for only a page, then the mobile page will be only when you are on that page.

If you want to use the Post Templates which are in the Theme Panel, then please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activated.
Also, you can use a Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can customize the layout with tagDiv Composer.
Those styles/templates/blocks are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.

I purchased Newspaper theme and then connected it to my website on my personal computer server so I could work on creating a newly updated website in the background without having the current website down.
Now that I am trying to put it onto the server to replace the old website, the theme works fine but tagDIV composer throws up an error 500 everytime I try to install it.
I even tried putting it on a new WordPress database with no other plugins etc and it still won’t install.
I am hoping that the theme isn’t broken and this can be fixed, I refuse to purchase the theme again as it is the same website as it was purchased for. This has been doing my head in for days now, everything is there but without tagDIV composer, my theme doesn’t work.
