As you can see from my other posts, I am having major issues with your theme. I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary. I don’t know PHP or CSS. I am merely creating copies of your Cloud templates and making test posts.
I have been using Single Post Template 62 for everything, but trying to open one specific page to edit causes a 500 error. All other pages are fine. I wasn’t able to work on the website last night because I kept being frozen out. All my other websites on the server load fine; its only yours. My hosts confirmed this for me.
Also, the aforementioned template has a nice layout (with both text and images), but when selecting it when I am creating the new post I don’t get to see the layout; all I see is an empty Gutenberg page, and thus when viewing the page I also don’t see your layout, just the Featured Image and one long block of text. It has always been this way from day one.
I have had this theme for just under 3 weeks, and the amount of time spent trying to find workarounds is unacceptable, and so I really need you to have a look at this for me. I don’t wish to provide screenshots or videos because you don’t have a private area where my work is hidden from the public; my other theme suppliers do it and it works well.
Please let me know what you can do for me and if you have any bug updates that you can supply.

I’m having a lot of issues on creating mobile pages. I’m hosting the project with wp.com, and I been testing with an other wp.org installations, where this feature seems to work fine. Do you thing the hosting is an issue?
The problems:
1. Mobile page doesn’t shows as I updated in the editor.
2. Right now the mobile page is a dynamic page (I suppose, because is a default setting as I can tell).
3. With an installation on wp.org, I had no troubles, but I need to use wp.com

What happened after upgrading to version 11.2? Did all the design parameters fly off? Does it also prevent you from entering the theme panel until you install plugins that I don’t need? What kind of discrimination is this? How to make it work fine with this theme, so that without installing plugins I don’t need? Before that everything worked fine !!!

If on the website are displayed shortcodes, you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activate, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This is a plugin at the beginning, and yes, not all Woocommerce functionalities are included but we are trying to add new options according to the clients’ requirements.
1. The tag template will be added in the next update.
2 and 3 I’m not sure I fully understand what you want to achieve, can you provide some examples with screenshots?
4. The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend, the footer can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF that page can be private.

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict also, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Regarding the Instagram issue you mention, I can say for sure that the Instagram integration we provide in the theme works perfectly fine at this time. Assuming you are using the latest theme version https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
But if this is your website http://podcastermatrix.com/ -> https://i.imgur.com/NsNEUra.png then I see you are using a theme version that is about 3 years old I believe. So there will most likely be problems, the theme can’t function properly for life without updating it. The Instagram functionality has been changed in the theme many times over since then, in order to maintain it. But by using such an old theme version you will not benefit from anything we added or modified over the years.
Please consider updating the theme as soon as possible https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ if you want it to work correctly and fully.

Thank you for your advice, we have still not come to a solution on this.
We do not use SSL plugin, our hosting is running SSL. Or do you mean something else?
We did the test with only TagDiv plugins and the issue persists. The problem seems to be with the TagDiv Composer. Editing a page is possible after the update in the normal WP editor. However, using TagDiv Composer gives only a blank page.
We cleared all cache before the upgrade to 11.2
Do you have any other suggestions, please?

I just set section 1 to Offset 13 and it worked, but unfortunately all of the other elements down the page look the same.
So, it’s telling me that I can’t add my saved element and continue with Offsetting, I have to created a separate set of 12 Post Loops.
Is that correct or can I get around that without creating more saved elements of the same thing?

UPDATE: I just tried that. I created 5 of the same element, changed the Offset for each one and saved each of them, but that idea didn’t work ??♂️
