Hello. I decided to update my Newspaper Theme from 8.5 to the latest version 11.?

I thought I followed the directions correctly and had to install the new version manually through the WordPress.

But the end result is that it looks nothing like my old version did.

And I don’t know what to do now to make it look that way. It seems to me the new version doesn’t have the same options in the Theme Panel as my old version did.

It was originally built on and modified from the Sports Theme.

I have been trying to add a URL to a advertising image using the Ad box but it will not save

I thought at first it was a plugin conflict but after checking them all I found that was not the issue

I decided to go back to the test version of the site which is using Newspaper 11.1, which I still have online to see if the advertisning URL link would save in the test site.

I was able to save the URL for the Ad box image in the test site

The only difference between the test site and the live site is with the live site I updated it to the latest verson of Newspaper which is 11.2 when I made it live.

Any suggestions on how I can get the ad box URL link to save?

after performing my newspaper and wordpress update, a weird error appears in this condition:

On the login page, an error code appears if you make a login or password error. This only on mobile phone.

If I deactivate the newspaper mobile theme plugin, I no longer have this error. I emptied the cache and reinstalled the plugin, nothing changes.

After installing the new update 11.2 I have a problem with the tagdiv composer. It shows me something different than the original web page. It affects the header and footer. The two areas have a different style in the editor. The divs “header” and “footer” are not editable like the content. Only the elements in them are editable. I can’t edit the page further like this.

When I update the 5.8 WordPress theme it shows some coding on the top. For resolving this I downgrade the WordPress.

I moved a WordPress site from one hosting company to GoDaddy.
Complete DB copy and all files moved over.
When trying to edit any page with “tagDiv Composer” I get the ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR error.
All minimum settings have been met, everything is fully updated.
Tested everything with all plugins off, nothing seems to resolve this issue.

I have seen that this issue has come up multiple times, I would appreciate some help with this.

Attempted to install the latest update (11.2) this morning – when the Composer plug-in attempted to reinstall got an “Ajax Error”, and when I tried to manually install it as prompted, got an error message that “the destination file already exists”. Also, the tabs where I could roll back to 11.1 was gone from my options, so I had to do a restore of my site, which thankfully I backed-up before attempting this theme update. Any ideas/fixes/work-arounds to get 11.2 working on my site: https://pabucketlist.com/ Now back up running 11.1.

Hi, I have just tested Opt-In Builder plugin for 11.2 Theme update. The users are getting saved within the list of plugin. How to add these subscribers directly to the WP users lists.
