This number does not change when using a mobile device.
The PC side is normal and can be updated.
How can I solve it?
After the update to 9.7.2 I complete all the indicated steps, in the home screen, the rest of the pages and in the individual notes the thumbs are not displayed. And in any of the blocks you can see the thumbnails.
The pages are designed with the WPBakery Page Builder.
What solution is there for this?

After the last big update, I am encountering a lot of issues related to mobile. First, the mobile homepage of the website is now on “last articles” by default, which is not great UX. The mobile homepage is way better, but I can’t seem to find how to have it by default again. Any tips?
Also, the AMP plugins of the theme worked great until now. I have been receiving an overwhelming amount of AMP errors from the Google Search Console, basically saying that an AMP script is present on hundreds of pages, but not used. Any fix?

Recently , i updated my theme to the latest. But After this upgradation, i am getting error in editing my front page. once i clicked on the Edit with TD Composer Tab then its shows following Error.
“Errors at columns: 3(models) : 11(dom). The model does not match the content”

I need to add some custom code to the end of my articles, but when I add my custom code to the bottom of single.php, the changes don’t register in the page. The additions worked before I updated my theme to 9.7.2. Why might my changes not appear? thanks.
I am trying to update to 9.7 in a test environment. I deleted everything the theme and the child theme and reinstalling everything from scratch. The theme install but the plug-ins are going through the cycle of installing but seems to want to update even though I deleted and installed them fresh.

I have updated to newspaper 9.7. coming from 7.8 and I have a problem now. We have a lot of images in our posts. They all have the size 1000 x 500 (w x h). So far they were displayed without any cropping. No matter weather it was a mobile phone or a desktop computer. They all came out in a ratio of 2:1. Now they are cropped and I want to turn this off. Is that psossible?

The images in the post are 696 x 400. This means the aspect ratio is 1.74 : 1 – but I want it to be 2:1

I use galleries for my articles and before the update the lightbox was working perfectly. Now every image I click in a gallery displays the ‘Image # could not be loaded’.

I have already checked out the documentation (https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/) and enabled ‘GENERAL MODAL IMAGE’ option in the Post Settings.
All my images link to the ‘Attachment Page’ rather than ‘Media File’ which seems to work. Only problem is I have 100s of posts and 1000s of images that I need to update. How can I do this as I’m not manually editing every image on my website.

It’s working now I successfully update my theme to 9.7.2 version. The problem associates with I overwrite the new theme file over the older one by extracting in cpanel. You know what I mean.

After I updated to latest Newsmag version I noticed that my sidebars did not display anything.
Then I went to “Appearance” – “Widgets” section and noticed that all the sidebars I have created are missing widgets, except the footer sidebar which displays a footer menu.
Any suggestion for the fix?

From what I know there are no issues currently with the cloud library plugin, haven’t seen other reports. There was an issue a few days back when the cloud server was down for a while, that has been taken care of.
What is the error you are getting? I will pass it along to the developer team. Let me know if possible.

Sorry for the delay, please try not to reply multiple times in the topic as this will only delay the response from our part. It will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we reply from oldest to newest at all times.
Regarding the issue, there have been other reports concerning that plugin. Some users mention conflicts with the theme, or errors. We haven’t made any testing with the plugin up to this point unfortunately, I could not say what is causing problems.
Maybe our developers will get around to make some tests with it, I can’t promise anything however. Sorry for the inconvenience.

After the last update from 9.7.1 to V 9.7.2 AMP, it doesn’t work.
The Official AMP plugin is Version 1.1.1 (the last update as well).
Get only the built-in mobile theme from Newspaper to work on my website.
Tried under theme panel mobile amp settings: Mobile + AMP or only AMP but doesn’t get work.
Turned off / On but still same issue.
Send an AMP validation test to Google and it doesn’t get recognized as well.
Me as a user, I can’t see the AMP pages on my self as well
No error code or any features are missing on admin panel related to AMP Plugin.
Let my website for now set to “Mobile + AMP” to let your support maybe for a check.
