You can update to 9.2.2, this is the latest theme version. The lazyload was modified in order to fix potential problems that happened in the previous version. You can download the theme package from themeforest and update the theme, here is a guide

If you want you can use a child them and set there all the change you made, in this way when you will update the theme the settings will remain in child theme.

In did there are some resource that you need in order to do not have problems with theme, for example our theme request 256MB wp memory, WordPress recommendation are the same, all plugins that you have installed needs memory, even the cPanel need memory.
We hope that in coming updates will be some changes regarding this problem.

There was an issue with shortcodes identified eventually, it was fixed in the 9.2 update

You should consider to update to the latest theme version, it should’t happen anymore when using shortcodes in text elements, in the composer.

1. So the first code has to be entered in the theme header, between the head tags. If you use a child theme you can copy the theme header file there, and enter the code in it

Or you can enter it in the theme panel here – http://prntscr.com/mel7vj and it will be automatically placed between the head tags in the header.

Both these methods are considered safe methods, the code will not be lost after a theme update.

2. This code is the code of the widget, use it where you want it to appear. Where the composer can be used (pages, cloud templates) you can enter it in text elements, like column text or text with title
