Do you use the latest update of the theme and plugins? I’ve tested it on my end and it is working just well. Please make sure it is not a plugin conflict there.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Unfortunately, I don’t understand exactly what problem you are having so that I can help you efficiently. Until now, haven’t you had tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library active? Also, you don’t need to make changes in the theme files, because these changes will be deleted with each update. You can add that text as I mentioned above. Do you want a video? We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Try to optimize your website and increase the page speed score.

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Hello there,
My website https://marketinside.news is using the Newspaper theme and a feedzy plugin to release some articles on my website including the featured image. It went well for a couple weeks and after the last theme update it stopped showing the images.
I have been busy with the customer service today, we loaded a back up twice and tried adding a line of code in the functions.php file to prevent the theme from updating again.
I just woke up after a short nap and I see that it has stopped importing images from RSS once again. Please help to solve this.
Wordpress was updated to 6.5.4 and now Posts are not publishing when scheduled.
How can this be fixed? The site cannot be restored to the previous version as it is a news site that is constantly being updated.

I’m contacting you because i have an issue with the tagdiv social counter, the counts does not update anymore.
I tried to disable and enable the plugin, i also tried to delete and re-install the plugin. But i still have the same issue with fixed count (of course the counts are not fixed in the tagdiv settings).
It’s the same issue for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

Are there any white papers for mobile theme best practices? Google is emphasising a lot on its speed and design.
At the moment the Newspaper mobile theme is slow even on dedicated servers. Even after using the best Chache plugins, the mobile theme is slow in Google light speed tests.
Feedback – hope next NewsPaper update will bring greater fresher optimisations to Mobile Theme as well. As the current mobile theme seems to be an orphaned/ step child/ part of the NewsPaper theme. While other makers are regularly bringing fresh updates and making mobile themes faster and better for Google.

UPDATE: I have found a number of Single Post Templates by going to Theme Panel > Cloud Library. Although, none of the previews seem to include the Leave a Comment form–I trust that the form is available but just not shown in the previews. What I want to do is very simple, and I even added the line of text to the comments.php file, and it worked. But, the comment guidelines disappeared when I had to activate the tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer plugins to make the mobile-width menu work. We have worked very hard on getting the single posts to look the way we want them. Is there any way we can do what we want without starting over with a new single page template? Thanks so much for your patience and help.

I had approached you earlier as well regarding my issue. Since you (justifiably) could not offer support, I am approaching you once again with a new but related request. The concern is that my website theme (purchased from you) i not updating since the web admin is not available any more. He only had the login details with tagdiv and themeforest with which only we can keep the theme updated every now and then. Now, we are left with no option but to buy the theme again (for no fault of us). We saw that you are offering 60 per cent discount already. It is requested that considering our genuine situation, please offer a greater discount to us, so that we can re-purchase the same theme so that our website gcaffe.com can get regular theme updates. Let me know what best can be done.

So I’m suggesting to make a full backup and update the theme to 5.4.3 make sure that you remove all no WordPress files, check the plugin using FTP and remove all plugins directories that are on your WordPress install and are not displaying on WordPress dashboard plugins.

Hi – Even though I have the color of H titles set to white (#ffffff) within the theme options they always show up as black in my posts. How can I get the default color to be white, I may need a work around from the theme options as I have all the colors set as they should be yet they don’t update.

I have changed the whole template and edited the template however there must be some issue with TagDiv composer because the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin is not updating. I tried by deactivating all plugins including cache plugin but failed. I also tried to update the plugin from theme panel but updating failed. Some issues must be there with the TagDiv plugins.
I have sent the login credentials and FTP details through email. Please help to get rid of ant error.
